You can really feel his passion toCompliment and his knowledge was out of this world. I will be shopping here for my colors again and of course, you must ask for Gerry!! Hes great!

Very poor customer service except for the African American young lady that came out after I was on line for quite a while. I was the only person in line, store is virtually empty, nobody talked to me or said, I’ll be right with you. Two men working there, one making paint, the other one talking to him, all within eye contact distance, I continue standing there wondering if I suddenly became invisible .Cuddos to the young lady, that help me, the rest of the staff needs a lesson on customer service.

After spending more than a week to match my interior wall paint at Home Depot, I decided to go to Shermin Williams on a whim. Sure enough I received the best service from Kevin, he took his time to perfect the match and left me amazed. Sounds like common sense but, If you need paint go to a paint store, its what they do for a living.

Extremely helpful salesperson. I will definitely be using this store again instead of Home Depot or Lowes for painting and staining

Went to store on Wiles Rd Coral Springs, Fl. The agent was extremely helpful. Looking for a matching color for an outside touch up and could not find matching sample from community choices. Agent suggested we get a sample from the house, and she proceeded to match the color perfectly.

It was great working with professionals. Very helpful and knowledgeable about their products.

Update: 2.7.2020 just visited the store again and was blown away with the customer service same young men provided again... thank you :) not enough stars to rateI just visited your store again and unfortunately i didnt not get the name of the young men who was helping me, but must i saw WOW... he was so very helpful... he helped me choose and offered customize the paint ... very patient and easy to connect... thank you guys... it is not my first good experience in your store about a year ago i had young lady assist me who was very nice and helpful too... the owner of the store must be a nice person and treats his team right so project it on to customers... keep up the good job and thank you for your help.

This store is TERRIBLE! The two people working here today, Saturday at 12:00pm do not know anything! I was looking for Dumond Smart Strip paint stripper and they said they didnt have it. Then I saw it on their shelf!! I think they were mad I found it and they became snippy with me. I asked if they have the laminate paper for putting on it to speed up processing and They dont know what that is! Really? I watched like two YouTube videos and know more than them? They dont know if I need gloves or what kind, or a mask or what kind or any tips or anything. Why am I here? I could have ordered from Amazon and watch YouTube videos. What kind of brush should I use/buy? No idea. Im very disappointed. About a year ago it was different. Staff knew what things were, seemed to maybe have done some projects themselves, knew what I needed to buy for my project to be successful, etc. I Hate this store now.

New location was a bit disappointed as we have purchased many paint items from the store on University. Took one of the cans to duplicate previous color paint and was told that the new store could not duplicate??? They did the best but the color was off and had to throw out the order. Not sure why since the formula was printed from the previous order that they couldnt duplicate??? Dont understand???
