Very poor service!!! On August 3rd 2021 at 10am I Arrived to the hot food sections for breakfast and the worker had no idea about the specials they had. All the other workers were like deer in the headlights and refused to assist the lady who was attending me. No Hello how can I help you. Nothing. Other Bravo Supermarkets do have Excellent workers but it seems like these were forced to be there. I still didnt get what I asked for even after explaining it to them and was charged more than the other Bravo charges. So upset because this is a Hispanic based supermarket and we Hispanics are kind and helpful. Que verguenza!!!!

Cheap for produce and meat.Busy as heck, but thats to expected with these prices. I like that I can get the Cuban flavors Ive been messing around with lately. Its nice to add some flair into cooking.I dont know anything about the middle of the store, as Ive never been down the aisles, but the produce, seafood, meat and deli department are great.And they have a lot of prepared Cuban food in a hot case too.

The best place at Broward to buy latin and Caribbean food, spices, ingredients and products. Its an amazing market. Really good.

I do My weekly shopping here, They have a huge selection of produce from all over the world at very reasonable price, they also have fish & meat with all the cuts and selection that anyone would need, the staff and mangers are also very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this place.

Never even knew this market existed. My friends at tennis told me about it and I was surprised to find a type of fish, really hard to find in Florida, Corvina, best fish for Ceviche which is raw fish cooked only in lemon juice for 4 hours.This fish was fresh, not frozen and it tasted sooooo good.They have lots of south Americas food choices, sweets to meat cuts, canned seafood of great quality, fresh baked bread and many choices. Great wine choices at really low prices. Chilean wines are excellent quality and the prices are perfect.

One of the few supermarkets where you can buy a large variety of Latino ethic food. Prices are a little more than the large supermarket chain stores, but Bravo had many items not found in those larger chain stores.

Great place to get all the Caribbean and Spanish spices

One of the few places I know where I can get bread fruit and other specialty items from the Caribbean in one location. I have never found green papaya in stores until I came here... They offer a variety of meats and seafood. The hot sauce selection is also quite nice!

A bit smaller than other Bravo supermarkets that I have been to but I also noticed that prices are bigger! Meaning, I have learned that each individual chain has their own weekly specials or even if its similar, the prices on specials are different. As a regular shopper at this chain who always looks forward to the bargains, I would have preferred that these stores be on the same page,doesnt matter if they are individual owned, they bear the same name. Pro:clean and organized!!

Great variety of Caribbean foods and great prices. My only recommendation is to do something about the fishy smell when you enter the store, smell hits you. But I do still recommend shopping there.

I have never seen a more complete grocery and at such affordable prices! Their hot food counter is DELICIOUS! Everyone that works there is so friendly and accommodating. Big BRAVO to this Bravo in Coral Springs. They are ALWAYS OPEN no matter what! These people really know what theyre doing and I look forward to going back there every week.

Social distancing was terrible especially in produce area . When I came in I saw employee just casually spray over all carts lined up while stacked closely so I asked can I please use spray to disinfect my car properly and he said no i already did but he did not . It is not safe what he did everywhere else they wipe down carts individually not spray from above quickly while all are stacked into each other. Not safe at all. Very disappointing.

I really like this place. Incredible selection, great prices, great service. I went to Whole Foods looking for some specific ingredients for making Mexican food and was sorely disappointed. This store had everything I was looking for and more.

7-10-20Wish I had a better update on my last review. My wife was in the food counter when she noticed that Social Distancing rules where not being followed. She mentioned this to the Mgr REYNALDO who proceed it to ask her why does she come to shop there? tha she should not come anymore..that she needs to stop shopping there if she does not like it..How these people stay in business is beyond me..beware and stay away.Dont expect Publix level of service from this place. Produce and Veggies are 2nd rate most instances. We stopped to eat breakfast and asked for a bread substitution for our egg sandwich (we offered to buy the bread ourselves so we can get our preference) mind you they would have made more money doing it this way. We had about $100 worth of groceries in our cart as well. We were told that was not the politics of the store and that it could not be done by one of the supervisors..Great business brains are running this place for sure. Go at your own risk.

I would give no stars if it let me or negative 5 stars but it won’t let me. This place is unsanitary, unclean, low grade etc. Numerous people have found roaches in their “correctly packaged” meats, pork, chicken etc. alive and dead! Food is stale even though that’s “packaged correctly” too! All in all, the place is so unclean and needs to be shut down! I went in there once and was going to try it out and shop, but I found the place so unclean and unsanitary that I walked right out! Don’t shop there unless you have to please!

Omg, I have never in all my years shopping walked into a grocery store that smells so bad. I have been here at least 5 times and every time I walk in, smell only gets worse. The people who shop here are very rude and apparently not very English speaking friendly. The management is also something to be questioned. Don’t let their excuse that they sell fish is why their market smells like old dead fish. Heed my warning, Walk in once, that is all it will take. The place is over crowded with lanes you can’t even walk. They apparently tried to pack too much into one store. Shopping experience is poor, pricing is no better then anywhere and I would say close to a corner store pricing not a big box store pricing.

They need fresher produce and should offer more organic options. I shop here for Jamaican food items, whole fish, and items that are not readily available in local supermarkets. They have good cooked food, soups, and breads.

I love the variety of products and meats; however, I notice that the cashiers for the most part are not polite. They do not automatically greet you and even when you say hello you either dont get one back or you get a grunt. I shop there regularly and spend over $200 each trip. They do not have people to help with the bags so the least they could do is train the cashiers to be polite to the customers.

Bravo Supermarkets are price gouging during COVID19 pandemic. Its incredible how greed overpowers serving the community. Shame on you!

Worst ever customer service at the fish area. Went to purchase snapper, waited over 30 minutes, was the only one in line most of the time. No one acknowledged my presence.

You cant beat their prices anywhere. They maintain huge selections & a good staff. However, just one wordof caution; carefully check the produce before purchasing.Generally its fresh, and Im a very long-time customer, but a couple of times I was a bit disappointed. Once by onions, once by red bell peppers. That happened quite some time ago & not since.Otherwise, Id give them 5 stars.

Bravo has cooked meals no place to sit a little corner whats tools. I bought food there and the rice and beans were burned the park was half cooked and the freezer some more like spoil or something I dont buy it. Im very disappointed. The workers are nice but the prices are high.
