Got a mini fitting from Richard and it was incredible. He knew what to fix right away. They changed the shafts on my clubs and literally overnight I was a better player. I’m extremely grateful to Richard & Tom for helping me to improve my game and enjoy the game more. I have been using Richie and Tommy to do club repair and fittings for over 30 years. They are the most honest and professional guys in the business. Recently, I had a club and putter fitting by Richie. We went out on the range and with the help of flightscope, we honed in on the perfect makeup of irons and woods. Then on another visit, I decided to do the SAM putting analysis/lesson. The next time I played, got 2 birdies in a row on the first 2 holes.... wow, that has never happened before. If you need any type of golf club work done, these are your boys. Cant say enough good things about putter around club repair!

I’ve been using Putter Around’s services for nearly 20 years. But today my wife and I introduced my 7 yr old granddaughter (who recently played in US Kids Golf World Championship at Pinecrest, NC) to Rich Conragen for a club fitting. Rich was wonderful with her. He was excited about Harper’s talent and spent 1 1/2 hours with her and her dad; for dad it was like getting a masters degree in understanding the intricacies of club fitting. Great experience. Rich, Tom and Putter Around get my highest and most enthusiastic recommendation.

Without a doubt this is the best golf repair shop in Florida. Rich the owner is a great guy who does golf club fittings and some repair is very knowledgeable. Tom who I believe does most of the repair work and can do almost anything to repair or alter a club to your specs is wonderful. You won’t be disappointed.

I went to get fitted two months ago. Wow! What a difference it made. They broke down the different shafts from most flexible to the stiffest, and you could tell a major difference between each. They didnt tell me I needed new clubs or anything fancy. With the technology they I had, I found out that I was using to flexible of a shaft for my swing speed. After upgrading to a much stiffer shaft my game has improved dramatically. Very good price for everything you are educated on, and the experience. No rushing during fitting. They work with your face and there is no pressure to making any unnecessary purchases.

Great place for club repair and to get fitted

Just had my steel shafts replaced with graphite guys did a great job of fitting me to the right shaft and of doing quality work at a reasonable price. Tom and Richard were both very personable and helpful.
