Great location right on University dr easy to get to.This place is a decorating dream . They have a giant selection ofArt, Housewares, Garden decor, Linens, and Toys you name it.They offer sales and coupons and the staff are everywhere if youNeed anything!

I periodically check this store for their merchandise. The store is always neat, clean and has a variety of items (food, home decor, furniture and craft items). I always make it a point to check out seasonal holiday items. Price point on items is reasonable.

I love this place and it’s unfortunate I leave a 1 star but everytime im looking for something I know they have…. They say it’s just not in stock. When I asked when will it be restocked manager just kinda shrugged the shoulders and say I don’t know, walked off.

Absolutely terrible encounter today. Lindsey the team leader was so unhelpful and rude. We went to the store because we heard the patio decor was 50 percent off. We bought almost 300 dollars worth on decor and two of the pillows did not ring up right but there were more in that area and they refused to honor the price. I said that they were more where we found these but they said there is nothing they can do. Will not go back as her attitude was so disgusting.

Store is much cleaner, however, noticed that prices have gone up. This used to be a very inexpensive chain. Not now.

I dont shop Big Logs often, but always find surprising good deal almost everytime I visit.

They did not have just about anything you needed. Out of stock. Even store signs direct customers to incorrect aisles and assistance staff is almost non existent. This was my final visit to big lots.

Nice size store. It is clean and well laid out. They have a better selection of products than I am use to, at my home town store. The lady that checked me out was very nice. Her manager kept interrupting to ask her something and then explain a process to her. I am not sure if she was knew, but she did her best to not let him distract her while checking me out. I would suggest in the future, he allow the customer transaction to be completed before trying to talk about things that were irrelevant to a customers actual checkout.

Though would have more but will wait until month end to go back

The store was very clean. Items that are in season was easy to find. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Friendly staff member Donna was very helpful during check out. She also invited me to open a Big lots credit card (after years of shopping at Big Lots I did not know that they offered a store credit card) I applied and was able to use my new card to pay for my items.The store manager on duty was also very helpful with a 3 piece desk and chair set I wanted to buy.I would defintely recommend Big Lots for everyday purchases at a bargain.****Fast Forward 2021***Subpar customer service.I hope that Donna is still employed as shes one the the best employees at this location. 😥

I have called up to the location of the store and the manager is absolutely disrespectful I’ve certainly only Had one question with two sides to it I am a previous big lots worker in another state and I only called to ask questions on the process of being transferred or just going on in and applying again as a new worker because everyone knows after you’re not an employee anymore you have to re apply for the position definitely if it’s in another state but if you’re still employed you may have to transfer but I was trying to gain that knowledge at that moment in as I was trying to explain but he just kept cutting me off and talking over me and he was never answering the questions that I asked that just disrespect as a man AND A MAN this is not OK to be a manager if you don’t enjoy your job you shouldn’t be there. This is a customer service job if you can’t even answer the phone with pure respect and the audacity to answer questions respectfully maybe you shouldn’t be there I was thinking about coming to work this way but there’s a big change of plans now is definitely disappointing. This is some situation.

Very organized and clean. Associates are very helpful as well! They do need to have more carts available in store that are sanitized for shopping, that would be a definite plus ! Never a bad experience at this location.

Big Lots in Coral Springs is my favorite location thus far. Its huge and always clean. I always find great deals.

Showed up at 730 pm to buy a couch, hung out for 30 minutes no one ever offered any assistance. Still love them for their home decor etc. May attempt to visit earlier next time.

I like shopping at Big lots because of the great deals you can get there. The cashier that assisted me was awesome, she was so friendly and professional that she made me feel welcome and I will definitely go back. I would recommend this store to everyone.

Oh my :-D what an incredible experience I have had since moving to the area. EACH AND EVERY TIME I walk into this BIG LOTS location the manager is in good sprint and always welcomes you to the store and is always willing to assist. The staff are so wonderful and always ask if you have seen the specials they are having. I mean the manager and his staff should all get a customer service of the year award. The location is very clean, well lit inside and outside, plenty of parking, lots of bargains on all items, and the staff are always willing to help. I just love the atmosphere and the pleasant moments of strolling though non cluttered lanes and seeing the staff smile. If you go to this location you will enjoy your shopping experience.

By far, the WORST Big Lots in the country! The store manager is loud and extremely rude. He was so nasty when I asked why so many products didnt have prices anywhere to be found, he shrugged and walked off. I did too, leaving a full cart behind. The stores layout is all wrong, it just feels dirty, the carts are a mess and they are always out of stock on what I need. Do yourself a favor and drive over to the Margate store. Its much nicer, cleaner and the manager isnt.....well, I cant say it here!

Nice items, some good prices. Many items were not marked with a price tag and employees were somewhat hard to come by. The manager (?) was very intense bordering on frantic in his interactions with customers and employees that made me quite uncomfortable. Nice store to go in and browse but dont go there with a specific need.

Found containers I needed at a responsible price. I will go back.

Boyfriend and I bought a sofa there, although we had a truck, I asked what the delivery fee was and Mr. White informed us it was $8, this did not sound right so I verified it with him 3 times. When the delivery came it was $75! I called the store to find out, they would not do anything about this and this is their delivery charge. I advised them that had I known it was $75 I would have taken the couch home myself the 3.5 miles and the only reason I chose the delivery was because I was told it was $8 otherwise we would have put it in our truck and took it home ourselves and to make matters worse, Big Lots didnt want to hear anything about it, didnt even want to look into the matter let alone offer some type of resolution.

Big lots at Coral Springs used to be such a nice store now it looks like a dollar generalYou walk into garments on display...very confusing

We tried to make a big purchase at the Coral Square location but unfortunately they didnt have what we wanted in the store. Jose, however would not contact another Big Lots location to see if anyone else had the item. Ultimately we did the ground work and went to the margate location. Which turned out to be the best thing ever. Darren was super amazing and made the difference for us. Great customer service gets this location 5 stars.

Its a store of randomness. I really dont even know how to describe it, either than random stuff for low prices. You can literally buy a blue tooth radio, a garden gnome, Mexican Coke, and an accent chair in this store. That being said, for the amount of random inventory here, it surprisingly well organized. The place is pretty clean. Its not like a trip to the dollar store that just got ransacked. There is always someone doing their best to organize the inventory for better customer availability.Ive been here only on Sundays (thats when I do my shopping excursions), and they are steady busy. But the customer service throughout the store and at check out is pretty good.

Big Lots is still a good place to get many deals however I do not quite see many items as cheap as I used to or as many as I used to that were really good deals. Although I liked some of their large selection of furniture

Nice sized big lots. Lots of employees roaming the aisles to assist and keep things tidy. Large furniture section as well as beds and home goods. Found everything I was looking for at a reasonable price!

Good prices nice atmosphere. Friendly employees. Only complaint I could ever say is the lack of shopping carts. I was having trouble finding an available shopping cart and saw a customer returned an empty one so I politely asked and was able to get that one right away. Ive always loved Big Lots. Especially when they have friends and family specials. Often at times you find some really GREAT BARGINS in addition to their normally good sale prices.

Surprised with this visit ... This store has usually been a great location but not so sure anymore. While the employees were polite to customers it appeared that the management was having a stressful day they were kinda short and basically rude to their employees. Also almost every aisle had obstacles that prevented the passing of 2 shopping carts. This made for a lot of frustration in that there were many times that you had to back up several aisles in order for other shoppers to pass and vise versa. Overall, not a bad experience. However, I can NOT RECOMMEND this location at this time. I am sure they will improve with time.

I particularly like this Big Lots because of all the great little finds you can encounter. And you cant beat them on price. Even on regular brand name items. The downside is that the inventory is not always regular. Dont expect to find something you bought there 6 months ago still on the shelf. If you see it now, grab it!

It is always fun shopping at Big Lots. Today however the stop was a last resort. Getting ready for Hurricane Dorian. It was a great place for water and other knick knacks.

You can see this place from the road a fairly large store just like the others. Staff here are always courteous and very helpful.

I would give this location five stars but the management here is really bad. They never hop on a register to help lines when they form and anytime I’ve ever needed management assistance they act like you’re an inconvenience. Other than that I really enjoy shopping here. This store is kept nice and neat; also their prices you can’t compete with. One last criticism, they should remodel their restrooms. The ladies room isn’t in the best shape.

Sufficient place to find every day household objects. They have a little bit of everything and can be found at a decent price. My only concern is that there can be an object you want one second and the next day its not. It seems there is a limited supply of certain miscellaneous products and they wont be there for long.

Everyone was helpful. Last week when I was there and again needing assistance today. I was greeted warmly by knowledgeable employees

Great place for the average person to get some nice things. A little of this, a little of that...i liked my first visit to Big Lots.

Find lots of bargains including organic and interesting ethnic food items, though that may be because this one probably gets surplus from Whole Foods across the street. Always front row parking. Visible but not on the main drag so not too much traffic in the lot.

Clean and well stocked. Well organized and great place to buy in bulk

Not impressed with the customer service here..... Its a shame that business managers dont in-service their staff on how to simply greet, smile and acknowledge customers in order to have them want to come back.... Its so damn simple to implement.

Love it. Got me a patio set there a year ago. Want to buy new pillows. Cant find them in the store .they do not sell them online. All it took was a friendly email with a explanation. And I got a response in less then 24 hours. With a lot of information and help. Thank you Big Lots.
