WOW 🤩 is one way to describe Cinnaholic! I wish we discovered this incredible place sooner. The entire menu is vegan and tasty. If you haven’t been, run there for a taste explosion of goodness. The only problem is choosing one thing from their endless menu.

Decided to drop in and finally try this place. There wasn’t a line when I walked in. I looked at the samples in the “glass window” and the young lady behind the counter asked was it my first time. I told her yes and she told me I can choose many different toppings. She then went back to completing 2 cinnamon rolls she was making behind the counter (which was cool with me. I consider it multi-tasking- while I look, she continues to work). I asked her about the French toast and she said it was a favorite and they the maple glaze was good! I went with it (and grabbed a brownie after she told me they had a fudgy texture). The only part I will say is that mine wasn’t gooey but I found it good. I will try brownie tomorrow! I will go back again but I really want that “warm gooey” cinnamon roll experience!

I went at night with the whole family and the wait was not long as we were expecting. They offered us water and we tried the dole ice creams which we certainly liked. My husband ended up buying the pineapple dole. When we had to enter to ask for the order the girl was very patient because we were undecided. We ended up buying 6 different flavors to go. I went to the bathroom and it was clean and very nicely decorated. They were quite fast and gave good service. The most important thing was that each of us liked it and we enjoyed eating it.

The place smells like delicious cinnamon so, we expected our cinnamon rolls to be delicious and unfortunately, they tasted old, room temperature and the cream cheese tasted like a buttery vanilla that was mixed in a bowl of leftover flavor remnants of who knows what ? We will stick with Cinnabon.

Amazing if you like super sweet desserts, great for vegans also. Cinnabons are very fresh and chocolate lovers will love this place.

Was at your store on Monday and I have 2 complaints. First complaint is that I received an email which states that on Mondays rewards customer can receive a free cinnamon roll with purchase. According to attendant the manager at that particular store cancelled that policy. If it was canceled it should be reflected in the email as well. Second, the cinnamon roll was hard and not fresh at all. Even after heating it in the microwave. This is the 3rd or 4th time going to this location and the first time I received a roll that was cooked 1 or 2 days before. Very disappointed and I will now return.

Best vegan cinnamon rolls Ive ever had! Tons of different creative choices. We ordered the cinnamon roll wreath for Thanksgiving desert for our family and everyone loved it.

Sooo good! The amount of frosting choices, and toppings is crazy! But the real deal is the cinnadoodle cookie dough.The staff is very friendly and fast with the rolls.10/10 will keep going back and recommending them!

Overrated. First time there and my Cinnamon rolls was not fresh, they were hard. I was purposely given the old cinnamon rolls and was told to heat them up myself. I only tried it out because it was next to Smoothie King. I wont be trying Cinna holic ever againReplying to the comment from the business owner, Terri C.No that is incorrect,. I have never placed an order prior to coming in, so you all did not receive my order. I decided to try out Cinnaholic since it was next door to Smoothie King. Therefore Im confused at your comment: We received your order in advanced...... your order was boxed and ready for you and for some reason you decided to opt for the baby buns.... Completely false! I was a walk-in, trying out something different. I know you all arent disappointed but I am due to the fact that I received unfresh buns.

First time here. Smells so delicious when you walk in and the taste was just as scrumptious.

Very friendly and the employees know their product. We enjoyed every bite! 1x Scoop of Cookie Dough with Chai frosting & the Wizarding Roll! Yes, they had butterbeer frosting! Perfect combination of sweet and gooey. Definitely will be coming back for my next sweets fix.

Full vegan pastries with some GF options, very accommodating staff, with so many creative ways to customize a cinnamon roll plus other features on the menu with cookies shakes and coffee etc .

Date night with the wife and figured we’d stop for dessert. The order did not look anything like it did on the wall, the three micro pieces of strawberries were old and tasteless, then they packed the thing with sprinkles - must have been a kids version.I went to the server to inquire; she was very short, very rude and dismissed my concern without any attempts to resolve. Given that there were only a couple of them working, with about 10-15 persons waiting to be served I didn’t press any further.My wife and I resolved that that would be our only visit to Cinnaholic.

I went last night after a bad experience with Applebee’s. It was the perfect ending. I did not of this place until I did a search for Cinnabon. I ordered the caramel apple pie and it was a complete hit. It was freshly made and the young lady explained the process perfectly. This will surely be my go to place when I’m craving a Cinnabon. I bought three for my family and they enjoyed it.

Fun concept to have your own custom cinnamon roll!I was overwhelmed with making my decision off the menu, I decided to go with one of each!You can also create your own cinnamon roll creation and make up your own combo.First they warm up a fresh cinnamon roll, then pick the flavor icing, then the toppings.The cookie dough one was fun! The icing here itself is more buttery than sweet and I enjoyed that.I really loved the original kind and you can have pecans or walnuts on top.All the fruit toppings are freshly cut on top each roll made to order, so its really fresh here!You can also get mini rolls and customize those and they also offer cakes which are cinnamon rolls placed together and toppings to be a design on top to pull-a-part for a treat instead of slice of cake.I also grabbed a most delish banana bread with chocolate chips, and fudge brownie yum!Its a tiny shop just south of the Trader Joes in Coral Springs on University Drive, and it smells delish!!Must try these rolls!!! And by the way they are all 100% vegan!! Me and my family had no idea!?

Very good!!!! Unfortunately a tad expensive. Not someplace I can go to all the time but a nice treat every few months.

Great place to get Cinnabons! Everything here is vegan which is awesome. They have a lot of different Cinnabons to choose from with all kinds of toppings. Definitely check this place out!

This was my first time going to cinnahollic, I won’t say it’ll be my last time but the young lady with the blonde hair made me feel less of a customer I was there with my family . I was asking her was that a ice cream machine she completely ignored me and I asked multiple times my family said I was loud enough even tho we all had on mask we got the strawberry cheese cake cinnamon roll and 2 packs of mini rolls . so one of the packs had hair in it so we took it back she gave me 3 more in a small box and they were cold and hard so at that point I didn’t even want them anymore so I took those back because we were at the smoothie king and got a brownie in stead but for me to feel less of a customer and have bad food is upsetting because she needs better customer service skills and need to wear hair nets I’ve been in the food business before so it was just disappointing

My first time eating here, I got the cinnamon roll with the cream cheese and strawberries. Ive never been happier!!!!! This was by far the best cinnamon roll I have ever tasted in my life and I will be going back over and over again.

I got the blueberry and the apple pie cinnabuns. No pics because I destroyed them. 😇 I ordered ubereats and they were still warm when I got them. Will be back!

Staff was completely rude walked and asked whats the best item and was told lookbat the menu then I was looking at the menu and was asked to hurry up with no line in store I will never go back horrible staff

Great place✔. I didnt wait too long. 2nd visit i waited a little long but was more due to a customer ordering not the speed of service. Compared to cinnabon ive gotta say this is as good as and or better. You can taste real butter at work. This is more accessible than cinnabon only being at malls, now every time i go to north broward i go back to my old city of coral springs to see friends and cinnaholic is a must.

My new favorite place in town!When we walked in the door the smell was so amazing it almost took my breath away.At first i wasn’t sure what to order because they have so many delicious options, but the staff answered all of my questions and made some great suggestions. Our order came out quickly and was handed to me by the manager who was very friendly and thanked us for visiting.My kids ask now everyday when can they get a Cookie Monster Roll again. My favorite is the Sparkle Berry. We look forward to our new favorite treat every chance we get.

Stopped in for the first time yesterday and Im sure glad I did. The staff was very nice and provided me suggestions when choosing my buns. Ultimately, decided on the Caramel Apple Pie Bun and the Chocolate Bun. My husband and I enjoyed them both. I will be stopping in more often... Cute concept too....

The cinnamon rolls were AWESOME!!! These Rolls didnt disappoint😁 I ordered online, had a very SAFE curbside pickup waited less than 5 min. Thanks and we shall return. They were soooo GOOD!

Recently got cinnamon rolls from here for me & my coworkers as a treat and these rolls were super hard and definitely not fresh, at least the toppings were good but the actual rolls were very disappointing. Maybe I got an old batch or something but the quality was not there.

If you like big buns this the place for you. Excellent cinnamon buns, frosting is amazing. Very sugary and rich. Make sure to heat them up for the uber bun.Took one star off for the price. Its expensive. Those Shark Tank people gotta get their cut i guess. Wouldnt be surprised if they price themselves out of business.

0 stars, tried to order at 8:30pm and the uber location at coral springs wasn’t available so I called to ask why it isn’t available and they said that it was too late to order. Then I asked at what time they close and she responded 10:00pm, which made me think they just don’t want to work. Managers should check on that!

Great breakfast options fresh food.

Horrible customer service but great concept. Although I was the only customer tonight, I waited over 10 minutes for a cold roll. I paid for extra frosting and they forgot to pack it. I go back in and advise the staff. Instead of apologizing and quickly handing me my frosting, the girl starts fixing baking trays. Like really?! Im the only one in the restaurant! I will not be back.

Love this place. Different from just your ordinary cinnabon. Very tasty and they offer toppings, yum!! If you are in the coral springs area stop by if you are looking for something sweet😋

This place is amazing. I went for the first time yesterday. The staff is very very friendly. I was not sure of what I wanted for there are so many great choices. One of the workers assisted me with my choice and made some suggestions. I purchased a regular size bun, with cream cheese frosting and fresh strawberrys.It was amazing. OMG.Everyone MUST MUST go. You will continue to go back, like I willThank you 😁

The absolute worst working environment, very hostile and demeaning manager Jen. Get paid barely above minimum wage and are constantly under attack by manager. Some employees are given little to no hours while others are over worked. McDonald’s had a kinder more respectful management.

So disappointing. I was so excited when I saw this place being built and couldn’t wait for the doors to open. Service was good but slow. And the cinnabons were not warm and gooey at all. They were more flaky like a croissant and all the extra loads of toppings is just too over powering for a dessert. I will stick to the original cinnabon franchise at the mall.

Delicious! BUT... costumer service must improve. When you come in the store no one says greets you, nor tells you where the line is, as there are ppl just standing not sure where to order or where to pick up.

Great sweet cinnamon rolls with a nice variety of frostings and toppings, however the service was very slow and inefficient. The cookie dough was also overly sweet. Still a delicious treat but still have to try the dole whip.

A complete failure at proof of concept. Overwhelming and bossy greeter that tells you where to stand and how to order, lackluster service for a new place, and they constantly remind you they are a new franchise and told you often they were seen on Shark Tank. Where is the owner? Being seen on Shark Tank doesnt make you a well run establishment. Where is the person financially responsible that is there to make their business grow? Its like someone bought a resturant in a mall and dropped it in a popular area. If Cinnabon threw up a Panera and played country music in a modern space this would be this place. Good luck this will probably be closed in 6 months.
