Great location, plenty of parking spaces, gas station on this store. Friendly sttaf members, but double check your purchases, I been charge double on a single item, so the best way to deal with this is that you should count the number of item you have vs the items that appear on your receipt.

For you healthy eaters, the recent pomegranate, organic bananas, avicados, blackberries, raspberries have been phenomenal.Blue berry batch this season has not been as stellar.

Surrounding is nice and well kept.Well stocked.Everything seem fresh and attractive. It is always crowded .Workers are pleasant and greet you with a smile .They walk around and offer help in all areas. Nice place to shop.

I do not understand why it is so difficult to cancel my membership. I got a membership in 2020 and used it 2 times. I was eligible for a prorated refund, but I didnt go after it because I felt that it wasnt warranted as I had used the membership. I intended to let the membership lapse. I did NOT sign up for automatic renewal. in 2021, my credit card was charged for renewal. Again, I did not authorize this. When I tried to call to cancel my membership, they wouldnt help me without my membership number. Since I had recently lost my wallet, I didnt know my membership number. They stated they couldnt look up my membership number so I had to go to the store. Since Ive moved away and have no Costco near me, I was out of luck. months later, I was unpacking and found my card, so I tried to call again. This time they didnt even ask for my membership number. However, in order to cancel my membership, I needed to provide a credit card number that they have on file. She read me the last four numbers from the credit card. But wouldnt issue a refund without me giving her my number again. If you have my number on file, why cant you just issue a refund? It was my fault for the time lapse, so I wasnt that concerned about the refund, but she wouldnt cancel my membership. She said I have to do it at a store. So now, I have to find a Costco SOMEWHERE and hope that driving there isnt a total waste of time.

Always a great experience but weekends are way too crowded for my taste unless absolutely necessary line today. Friendly, professional staff who is typically very helpful. Never get enough of this place. Consistently great all over the country in my opinion.

Dont buy their rotisserie chicken. Really bland and gross. I have 2 memberships. One at Sams and one here. Sams club rotisserie is bomb. this is gross!

Great Prices! Great Variety! This amazing Costco is staffed with many friendly associates. The store is very well organized and the aisles are roomy. After youre done shopping you can also get a delicious hot dog with a beverage included for only a dollar and 50 cents!!! Plenty of parking spaces. I am absolutely in love with this Costco!

Im a huge and devoted fan of Costcos value and business practices. I shopped at two locations today so not sure which one Google is asking me to give my impression of. I normally shop at the Davie location, but swung up to the newer Coral Springs location as well. I found it similar but with a more open, comfortable feel to the store. I found the employees also much friendlier than the Davie store, who I often find indifferent and sometimes downright rude. On a recent visit, I had a rotisserie chicken sitting on the lower part of the cart so as not to warm my frozen foods. The checkout man smugly said I was trying to sneak it out unnoticed! And he wasnt joking. What? So from my brief visit today, I much prefer the Coral Springs store. Too bad its twice as far from me.

Its great to always have a Costco wherever I travel. I came here during the day and it wasnt crowded. Plenty of parking. I also had some returns and it was a fast smooth process. They also have a gas station which should be cheaper than a regular gas stations in the area but it wasnt.

What I noticed recently, is the quality of the fruits; they are very low quality fruits, except occasionally you may find decent grapes. Oranges are not good; specially Navel Oranges ?They are NOT sweet. I had to return apples.Mandarins are so small, and dry.Something is wrong with Fruits of Costco.Prices have gone up !Another change I noticed in last couple of years, that low price Clothings, like men’s pants and T shirts etc. are Not Quality, Name Brand cut price Clothings; they are specially made for Costco by some name brand manufacturers, but quality is not like it used to be or should be with those names.I have cut down buying clothes, fruits and meat !Even Filet mignon is not tender.Costco is not what it used to be.

By far one of the nicest locations Ive been too it usually isnt busy what so ever except for the weekends. I dont like that there is no self checkout but there isnt usually alot of people that shop here so its fairly easy to get in and out. The staff is nice everything throughout the store is very well stocked and maintained gas station isnt busy most times. Only hassle is the parking because the space are small considering this is Costco despite it being a new store parking is awful. Id highly recommend visiting this location!

This is a brand-new store in Coral springs, it is like every other Costco, it has a larger square footage than most of the Costcos Ive been in the State of Florida. They have a kiosk that lets you order the food that they serve there so you can easily get fast service. They do have a little bit larger of a middle section. Definitely a good place to get everything in bulk.

This Costco just open a couple of months ago. The location of the place is convenient, and easy to see or locate from the road.This location offers more product variety that the ones in Pompano and Boca, the only inconvenient is that apparently there is not self checkout. However there is plenty of cashiers to compensate. Customer service is awesome.

We got helpful service eventually, but it was sometimes a long wait to see a representative at the desk. We got great recommendations for tires and paid a great price.The food “samples” are now just people standing there with a product, telling you to “try it,” but they don’t have any samples. They want you to buy the product to try it at home I guess. (Thanks covid.) Overall I love the produce and the Kirkland brand can’t be beat.

Calls drop to every department (administrative, membership and returns). After listening to the opening prompt multiple times, and trying 3 different departments to connect with Costco Coral Springs. Its really a hard place to connect with.

I love this location since there arent too many people, even the lines for the gas station ate so much shorter other locations.

A brand new convenient Costco right by where I live! It’s still has that new store smell. After shopping at the nearby Sams for over a decade, walking into this location was an eye opener.Neatly stocked shelves, bright lighting, attractive displays, I might just have to leave Sam.They serve $5 açaí bowls! It’s not quite like their pricier competitors but it gets the job done.

Been there every single day for the past week to get food from their food court (which is REALLY good) but today I was denied because the person at the front checking peoples cards told me it’s for members only. Then had a chat with a supervisor, who checked with the store manager and told me the same thing. I was not trying to sneak in or steal anything, just trying to do the same thing I have done the past week which was to spend my hard earned money at their store to get some food on my lunch break. I really hope they change whatever rule it is that denies people food. Would probably get a LOT more business. Shame...

I love the new Costco. Its got plenty of parking. Plenty of cashiers to get out quick. And the quality of the food and other products is top of the line. Their Kirkland Signature brand is comparable to other top brand items, if not better. The Kirkland liquor is also amazingly good and inexpensive. Their $39 1.75 liter 12 year scotch is just as good as a $56 .75 liter of glenfiddich 15 year. The gas station has plenty of pumps that ensures the lines move quickly and gas is 0.50 cents cheaper per gallon than other gas stations.

Do your self a favor and don’t take your Covid vaccine in this place. They make you wait 40 minutes after your actual appointment and they don’t tell you about it until after you already there and filled up the paper work. What is the point of the appointment? No respect for their customers time.

We have been members since 1989. Great store with great prices. This store is brand new.They have a gas stations which generally is the cheapest in the area.They almost have everything you need, food, meats, tires, tvs, computers, books and much more.

That specific Costco in Coral Springs is one of the best! I recommend Costco and this in specific.

I was at Costco yesterday late afternoon at the self checkout and after waiting in line, I needed assistance in scanning my items but Stephanie refused to help me .I was told to leave this area and go to another check out area (with a cashier ) which I did . Not sure why she treated me differently.? I informed the supervisor (Mark ? ) of my experience and he informed me to fill out a complaint form . . Very surprised of this poor customer service experience. I had observed her helping others prior and after her conversation with me Thought you might like to know .

Same day I started new membership I went over to get gas and only had cash, was not able to get the gas. I like the way that bjs would just give you a 2nd card for someone that same day, you could purchase gas with cash as well, so I canceled in less than 2 weeks and glad that I did… “Mirela K” seemed annoyed that I was coming back to cancel my membership and receive a refund.

Prices really shot up and hate the check out system they have. Cant really see going back anymore.

I love shopping 🛍 at this Costco. Customer Service is 💯 all the time. I come all the way from Miami a 45 mile drive 🚗. Coral Springs is beautiful. I can shop there without someone running into me with there cart. The store is absolutely clean and organized. They dont play the mess you get down here in miami. One of the district managers should go under cover to see how poorly run the stores are in the Miami area. I stop shopping there in miami now. I drive 45 miles to get away from the fighting in parking lots to the long wait lines.

After paying for my hot dog today around 1pm. I waited mnts.to get it my food? Then I ask the tall severing lady where is my dog please. The lady ask me did I pay for it and show me the recipe!! I did get one from the cashier.Because The cashier was so nervous today or maybe new?Infact she even gave me $1 over..but I told her she giving me to much money back. She thank me the lady given the food keep telling her go take your brake !!!..this made her nervous.But I felt bad that the server (giving the hotdogs..not touching the money) accused me of lying not paying for a silly hotdog. When I spend $$$$$ at Costco..it was a bad day at Costco today!!!! People behind me couldnt believe how she acted!Thank you for listening team.
