This place is the most well organized Goodwill Store. I often buy tea cup sets from here.

Very clean! Probably the cleanest thrift store Ive ever been in! Plenty of room, good selection, didnt have to wait long for check-out. Found a couple of neat fall decor pieces & a lovely, high quality dress! Plenty of free parking, wheelchair accessible curbing, & inside the store. Front doors are not automated, though.A good experience.

Very disappointed with this store. They probably have only 5 or 6 shopping carts in the entire store. Had to wait 20 minutes until one was available. The prices are not convenient at all. Wanted to buy a dozen of drinking glasses and they were $ 1 each. Why do you want to spend $ 1 in used glasses when you can buy them NEW at the dollar store?On top of that this store doesnt offer packing service to wrap your fragile items, the cashier just gave me bunch of newspapers to do myself and to add to the injury they dont have any shopping bags, nor you can take the shopping cart out of the store so you have to take all your items to your car and make several trips or you will have to buy a grocery cloth bag they sell. So if you are planning to visit this place soon bring your own bags. Its just disappointing considering all their merchandise they get it for free.

Prices are not good. Not a regular Goodwill. I should’ve known from the overpriced toilet tissue display when you walk in. They do not accept Good Member 25% off discount. Overpriced items AND worse of all they write the prices directly on the merchandise...decreasing the value entirely. I think I asked everyone WHY. Cashier says it’s to control arguments about pricing. Here’s an idea 💡 Run this place like the other Goodwill stores and no one will fuss. One price pricing. Shirts $4.99. Dresses $6.99. And use tags!!!!!

As a reseller I go into all goodwill stores lookis will stores looking for things that I can post on eBay I am very caused to conscience because because I need to have have enough room to make money. I picked up 3 hats that I wanted to purchase but there were no prices so I asked one of the goodwill employees of the cost of the hat and she said $2 each Then I went to look at some shirts and the shirts were no prices on many of them but is FM but most of the T shirts had a $2 prits $2 price I picked up 4 shirts poor shirts so I thought my bill would be a total of $14 which included the hats but but it wound up being $24 they have no membership discounts Which I get at every good will. This particular good will looks like a retail store and they have retail pricing every item I looked at to possibly buy was close to brand new pricing tin which is ridiculous I will never go back to that store again

My family and I always find great deals on quality clothing and other items at this Goodwill. We also have donated massive amounts of household goods and clothing that we no longer need here, as well.

Terrible employee. I will never come back. arrogant even to pass on information. they still let you take care of the reception to customers and cashier.

Big, not helpful staff, okay book collection

I just called this location to donate some items and the person that answered the call hung up. This is a shame because my call was related to a donation. I asked the criteria for donation and how the process works and the person that answered hung up in my face. Ill donate these items somewhere else but I really hope management at this location addresses their staff about this.

Lots of broken and over used stuff that cant be used. Prices are same as new items at stores like Ross,Tj Maxx, Dds and so on..and people donate these stuff so you can sell it for such high price? People cant afford it..so sad

Incredibly rude and disrespectful employee- the gentleman with the spider web tattoo on his elbow had an attitude the entire time he was checking out and was incredibly rude and nosy of my conversations with my partner. Any little thing I said he had to comment on or tried to engage. Even when I said something about pennies being on the floor he was like ‘you need to wait’. Wait for what? I was talking about pennies on the floor.

I found a couple things (clothing and books). I was visiting on senior discount day. The cashier rings up the books no discount. The cashier cannot speak any English. So she cannot tell me why no discount. She does give me the discount on the clothing. My wife and I will not return.

Good place to get lost in .never crowded .there is a few pickers there 24 / 7 BTW

If youre looking for second-hand clothing/shoes/toys, as youd expect, theres always a wide selection.I stop in now & again, on the prowl for things like crystal, cut-glass, pottery, sterling silver or bone china. A couple of times I was lucky enough to find a very nice piece. The section of this particular Goodwills location area for these types of items is small & so the selections are limited.The staff are pleasant & always able to answer my questions. There is ample parking, its easy to find, & they keep the store clean. Overall, I find going there worthwhile.

The prices are way to high, they write on the clothes, it destroyed clothes, so sad they get the clothes for free and selling it for so much... the new manager is very rude... he has a very bad attitude..

Rarely find anything good here. The line is usually a super long wait, even though there is not many people in it. One day waited over 20 minutes, but thats about usual here. There is one cashier that usually incorrectly prices items at the checkout counter. Then when another employee was called over, they verified the correct price. Happened more than once. I wonder how many other customers that happens to.

Line is always very long. Prices are a little higher than they should be since you can get a brand new shirt at Kohls for about the same price. Ok selection of mens clothing. Not much in the way of furniture. Definitely worth checking out at least once!

No scissors.So I happened to find a mens sleeveless shirt there and when I got to the counter I was going to wear it later that evening and I didnt have a scissor in my car . I asked the clerk I said could you cut the the you know the plastic thing and she says no we dont have a scissors.well I think this is ridiculous plus there is no reasoning behind it Im a sixty-year-old man .What is the harm? Goodness, even stores like Kohls or anything will let you wear something out

This is the most neat & organized thrift store I have ever been in. I credit the staff with the way it looks. Not only is it organized by size, its also organized by color. I was lucky enough to hit a half price sale. I got a size 12 womens Speedo swimsuit for $2.00 & a Monica of Hollywood swimsuit for $1.50..both look almost brand new. Lamps, furniture, house hold items all good prices.

Great store with wonderful staff both in the store and at the drop off behind the building. I have actually donated some nice items that were immediately priced and placed on display in the store. It really makes you feel good to know that someone will be enjoying donated goods and the proceeds of the sale go to an excellent cause.

Ridiculous prices for items that are not even worth anything..Plus, they have the nerve to write on everything and destroying so many items.. I was going to buy a childrens book, and I mean a thin little childrens book, and when I asked the lady she said 2 dollars, for a kids book, really, better off going to dollar store where the kids books are new and only a dollar,!

Im a long time customer here, but will not be returning after todays incident. I picked up a juniors tank top and the top of the tag said 2. I go up to the register and the manager charges me 8 dollars, pointing another number on the BACK of the tag. I have never seen a junior tank top for 8 dollars, and this was a walmart brand tank top. When I pointed this out to her, she rolled her eyes. Never returning. This is not the first time this has happened, but it will certainly be the last for me.Goodwill is a for profit, hence why you pay sales tax. Really want to make a difference when you donate or shop? Head over to the Salvation Army, their prices are clear, no tax, and wednesdays are half off.

Some prices are higher than other Goodwill locations i have shopped. This location has claimed they are out of plastic bags - since early December. They are promoting sales of their cloth reusable bags and/ or gift bags. So be prepared if you are purchasing a large amount of items or breakables.

I like this Goodwill. It has a good assortment of items. However, I must say, if you want top notch clothing brands, the Margate Goodwill is better. I actually purchased a few items and then sold them to Platos Closet for a profit.

Ridiculously OVER PRICED..... the cashiers are rude and so is the supervisor. I dont recommend shopping here. There is no set price on anything . I can buy two shirts on the same rack and one will be $5 and the other is $8. They dont go by the color of the tag.

What happened to all tbe reviews??? Is it possible to remove them? This store, like many of the Goodwills has raised prices to ridiculous amounts for used, damaged items. Also, they write the prices on the clothing.... seriously? The staff is great tho hence, 2 stars.

The prices are way to high. Just because there is a store sticker doesn’t mean you should keep it that price. For example a candle holder. I don’t necessarily take all my stickers off but yet I had the same cute candle holder for 3 years. Paid $15 each. Well there it was at goodwill $12 come-on . It had dings all over it . You could get a coupon to pier one and get a small savings for a brand new current piece .

Prices used to be good buying used clothing, but prices are going up lately.Even charge you for carry bags now.

The prices are way to high. I often spot items that are priced within 2 or 3 dollars compared to new. Considering their items are donated to them and often worn (as in stained, chipped or scratched) its hard to find good deals. I would hate to be in need and have to shop here to stock my home or cloth my family. Certainly out priced the poor here.

The staff here from the Regional Manager on down is RUDE AND RACIST!!! Its bad enough that the store is in horrible condition as far as cleanliness goes and the staff is extremely lazy....but they are beyond RUDE! Like you would never think that Goodwill was a charity the way they act in this store. I cant even go down the line of events that took place at this store today just know race and rudeness placed a huge part!!! WILL NEVER SUPPORT HERE AGAIN!!!!

Ridiculous amount of money for second hand clothes that are faded and badly worn. Goodwill is a scam. I will no longer support them by donating clothes. I would rather give them away to someone who needs them. Stop supporting Goodwill. What good do they do for the community?

If you want to save, go to a garage sale. If you want nice stuff cheap, go to a discount store. The used things at goodwill are just too expensive. You will not get a deal at this store.

Jacked up prices for clothes that are DONATED! THE CEO IS GREEDY! $10 AREO jackets that are used. When u can get a brand new one on the website. Im never coming back! And the manager trying to charge me $5 for kids jeans. When it says $3. If u cant tell the difference between childs and mens clothing. You shouldnt work there.

Customer service its horrible I was try to get some toys for my kids and one of the staff told if you not going to buy it dont touching!! Excuse me but for buy something I have to check if its on good conditions

I always find something here, never crowded.

Donated a truck load of furniture. Not one person in the back came up to help unload the truck. All of them are lazy and Id be even surprised if they could pick up anything seeing how washed out the people were. In the future, if you plan on donating just throw it off the truck. Thats how they feel about your donation.

I was happy to get a 2 ft Christmas tree for some one in the hospital

Staff kind of rude here, on the phone while checking me out. Dropped and scratched one of the items I was purchasing. But overall decent selection of clothing, the home goods area is pretty banged up. And I agree with other reviewers, the permanent marker is actually ruining the items being sold.

Great place for women to find a great bargain in clothes or other houseware items. Harder for men since there is a bigger selection for women

Very poor customer service. I purchased a shelf that would not fit in my car and they were not helpful at all. The two cashiers started screaming at each other. Neither would claim they were the supervisor so that they could help me.

Trying to see if the store excepts donations on Sunday since they are open from 10:00-7:00 but no one answers the phone.

Overpriced and I waited at the counter to be checked out for ages.....staff members walked past me several times and didnt help me. Rude!!! Ill go to 441 next time.
