I flew into South Florida from Detroit yesterday. I visited Coral Square today to purchase some shoes for my son. I didnt plan on buying anything for myself. My son and I stopped into Shoe Palace on our way out of the mall. Justin greeted and assisted me. I found a pair of Adidas all black slides that I really liked. He provided exceptional customer service. Next, he showed me some ultraboost shoes on sale and then some newly arrived Bob Marley merchandise. Everything fit perfectly so I bought the slides, tennis shoes, and a new t-shirt and shorts kit. Overall, I had wonderful shopping experience. I will be back when I am in south Florida again.Amazing store with awesome staff!

Professional and excellent service. The sale associate Jose made my experience memorable. I came in for some white forces which they didn’t have and I ended up leaving with 10 different colors of shorts! Great People, great sales ! Most importantly great customer service.

Walked in on the manager training a associate. I asked for a size in some Nike Cortez size 9 and they didn’t have it but she brought out 5 different pair of shoes with an outfit with each one. I can tell why the associates are great ! Manager is involved!! I brought three out of those outfits by the way

This was first time visiting this location and Keyshawn (apologizes if misspelled) was the best help I’ve received at a shoe store ever. His positive attitude and willingness to help made my shopping experience very enjoyable. Every time I’d find a new shoe I was interested in he would go to the back and grab a size for me with no problem.

Today this store gained 3 consecutive customers. The energy was outstanding inside there. Isabelle, Gigi, Mathew, Naquam and Jose were incredible. I’ve never been inside a store where everyone is interactive with each other and happy to do so. If you are ever in the Coral Springs area please make sure you stop by in this store and grab something from these people. I tried to secretly tip the manager to grab food for these hard working individuals and he refused and said “We do this for the community and simply for the community” incredible. 10/10 experience and I even shared my experience in the microphone they had ! Hat off to management they really do a lot in developing the employees and the work place. See you soon !

I went to Bayside market place to go shopping I brought some new air forces that came out but couldnt find a outfit until went inside shoe palace I showed the young lady Ms.Swardinie my shoe that I need a outfit for and she got me right less than 10 mins with a nice boys n the hood outfit she gave me the last outfit In the store off the mannequin. Super dope. Everyone had fresh kicks I had a conversation with the district manager while he was there super cool guy and he had on fresh kicks. I don’t believe we exchanged names but if you are reading this you did a amazing job in choosing the management for this store.

Luis was great, was at the store as soon as it opened and Luis help me try and find a difficult shoe that I was looking for for tomorrow. he was very patient and genuinely wanted to help me out with finding the perfect shoe. unfortunately I couldn’t find what I was looking for but he found the shoe I was looking for in a larger size and it was the last one. I was grateful that he took the time to try and locate what I was looking for with great customer service!

I reluctantly went in the store to see if I could purchase a pair of sneakers for my 4 year old. I wanted something trendy but didnt know where to start. Luis ( salesman in Coral Springs ) assisted me and made my fear of purchasing boy trending sneakers so much easier. I told him I leave boy shoes to my husband because Im not great at it but he was so helpful! Thank you for superb customer service!

This experience was so great I had to leave a review, on Tuesday I was coming inside to find some shoes last minute for myself and my children, I was in a rush and Jose made my experience fast and easy ! I was already thinking in my mind I would have to go to another mall to find what I was looking for but Jose recommend me some nice shoes that matches with my kids ! Will be coming again for all my shopping. Also ended up leaving with some exclusive scareface merchandise bravo !!!

Shoe palace is my favorite store to go too and I love buying stuff from them and they are the greatest people who work at the store and there store is clean and bright and they always have alot of shoes to choose from and clothes and face masks and everything else and they always do great job selling stuff to alot of people and everyone else too. They always help each other out too. I love the atmosphere and love everything about shoe palace also. Shoe palace always will be the greatest place in the coral square mall ever. Jose and naquam are the best managers.

I been inside this store before in the past, recently came back down to Florida and I was completely impressed on how much the atmosphere inside the store has changed ! I was welcomed and greeted by almost every associate, they notified me on the current sales and promotions they had going inside the store at the moment. The sale associates by the name of Justin, Naquam and Jose made my experience memorable and me and my family will definitely be back !! Naquam also recommended my husband some exclusive Scarface merchandise and he loved it ! Goodluck in your school work you have a very bright future. Whoever the manager is of this store is doing a wonderful job Kudos to you !

Emma was the best, great customer service

Even with the store being at its peak the staff was super energetic and made sure everybody was attended. More than one employee in each section to make sure everybody can have a good experience and it definitely worked ! I wasn’t able to get anyones name but the green hair guy is definitely a great asset to your store !

I was shopping for my girlfriend but was having trouble getting the right shoe size. An amazing worker named Cas, helped me find the right shoe and even tried the shoe on for me because she wore the same size as my girlfriend. Best customer service II’ve had in a while!

Staff is friendly and store is clean. They have somewhat of a wide selection. I think they should carry more shoes in youth. I also think they should have some type of rewards program. There seem to be ongoing sales on select shoes. I also found a hat for $5 so that was cool :) They sell a small selection of clothing as well.
