This place was disgusting from the outside. The windows were caked in all sorts of crud that I dare not touch. There were smudges and smears all over and some kind of nastiness. I also noticed that we were to stay two metRES apart. This store is not sophisticated enough to use metERS, much less metRES. Stick with the feet and inches Charlotte Russe.

Warning Read my review -The new company that now owns Charlottw Russe is a scam. The signs on racks have a $ amount or 50% off that doesnt actually partake to most of the items on the rack. They have a rack that says $5 but when you go up to the registers the items I got on that rack were $10 and $15. None of the sale signs are actually indicating that those items on that rack are on sale. There was ONE of the 9+ styles on the while racks on sale(I checked after arguing with them). ALSO when looking at the receipt at the register saying I was overcharged they refused to refund and said the sales are only for select items and theres no refunds. Do not shop here. They said there only way to know if an item is actually on sale is at the register lol

So the district manager is refusing to wear a mask properly. GROSS. also no returns and no try ons??? Ummm no thank you.

I went there and bought clothes for $22 and gave the worker $100 and she gave me back ONLY $20 back. I couldn’t get a refund or anything.

Holiday season, so the store looked well shopped. However, they still possessed a large selection of womens apparel from which to choose. I will have come back after the season and have a better look around.

I have always like this store. However they closed down and opened back, but its not the same. Before, I used to love all the clothing they had. Now, just some items. I hope I explained myself. They came back with only half good items.

Bad service especially cashier we shop and 2 items missing then when I came back not even give the missing items they want me to wait for their call to just get my missing clothes horrible I drove 30mins for nothing.

Just purchased a sweater that didnt fit right, so I looked up their return policy and it states you have 30 days to receive a full refund. I call the West field location and they inform me that, I was looking at the old policy and they havent updated the website with the new policy. The sales rep proceeds to inform me that they only offer store credit and theres nothing they can do about the misleading website information.Clothes are cheap material and not even worth the purchase!!!!!!! Never again.

This store closed for a minute, then re-opened with their plus size section totally gone. Theyre back to having nothing larger than a (sized-down) Large.

Beautifully dressed but my online experience ruined this store as my top favorite. I ordered a few valintines dresses a week ahead of time for valentines day and expected them to arrive here FOR VALENTINES DAY or even my birthday the 15th and maybe my poetryreading the 16th but its been 5 days now and the estimated delivery time changed from yesterday to the 17th! You would think since its labeled a valintines dress it would get here by valintines day but its still in New York how dose this happen?

Everytime i shop in washington i never paid tax because i am from alberta. I always shop in washington whenever i long drive. But a while ago the lady at the cashier told me to pay tax because she was saying she can’t find alberta on the list. Told her its weird coz everytime i shop at the store i never paid tax and she answered me its not weird! But obviously she doesnt know what was she doing,she even went to their back door & made me wait for nothing!. I ask if i can talk to the manager but unfortunately the lady who is infront of me doing the cash was the manager! Bad costumer service!!! Same time my husband bought shoes at the mall and he didnt pay tax just to let you know lady!! I repeat i am from alberta and i never paid tax in washington!!! And you asked me to pay. 😡bad bad bad!!!!

Will be getting everything from online from now on. Horrible sales person took my pants to exchange to smaller since i got it from online and wanted to charge me extra for the same pair 15 extra btw. Then when i was waiting for someone to come to the cash they saw me waitinh but they were haveing a convo in the back about what they r doin and who they r doing. Very disrespectful.

I have never had a sales associate be so disrespectful and condescending than Ciara at the Tukwila Charlotte Russe, will not be going here anymore
