This place was the best!! It was our second stop of the day for wedding dress shopping and I’m so glad we made the appointment. Brooke took care of us yesterday and before we got to the appointment, she checked in with me a couple of days before to check my style choice as well as a price range. When we got there, she had at least 5 dresses picked out that were the exact style I was hoping for - all with a reasonable price. She helped me through the process, was great with my family what was there, and made me feel extremely comfortable in my choice and in my experience. After that I was contacted by the most amazing bridal stylist Brooke who asked for photos of dresses I liked. I provided three pictures and when I arrived at the appointment she had the most gorgeous dresses pulled and ready for me to try on. She was extremely attentive and had me try on multiple styles to figure out exactly what I wanted. She truly knew her stuff and literally nailed it with exactly what I loved! I am not normally one to complain, but as a former bridal consultant and now Bridesmaid, I did not have a good experience with this store!They are very nice and helpful in finding the perfect dress. However, the majority of the girls (only one was not) in the entire bridal party were measured incorrectly. I am swimming in my dress (over two sizes to big) and now have to pay hundreds of dollars in alterations. Other girls dresses are even small and need to be let out. We are not girls that have fluctuated in our weight, everything was as when we were measured.I expected to pay for a hem like normal, but the fact that the measurements are off by this much is ridiculous. Not to mention, the dresses were on back order from Sorella Vita shutting down (not the stores fault), but the bridal party was not informed of this until after the dresses were already late! Thankfully they arrived with two weeks to spare for alterations even though they were ordered at the end of last year (Dec. 2020) or beginning of this year (Jan. 2021). Talk about stressful...After all the trouble, we still havent been told anything more than an apology. It would be nice if there was some way they would help with the cost of alterations since they fitted the dresses incorrectly, which at the end of the day is their only job to not screw up.

I had the most amazing experience with Brooke at Boca Bridal South. She was so helpful and really listened to what I was looking for, but also had extremely good input. It was the perfect combination of letting me pick what I want but also providing guidance. I went to Boca Bridal South to compete with a dress I found at another store. They had a very large selection in my price point which was fantastic. I ended up successfully finding the perfect dress.

Brooke is a real life fairy godmother! She made my experience stress free! Boca Raton Bridal South was one of the first bridal shops I went to. I wasn’t sure what silhouette I wanted. I was tired of trying on wedding dresses! I drove to Fort Lauderdale to the big box store and was so disappointed at the quality of dresses! I live in Parkland and did a Google search to find a bridal shop near me and was so happy to find Olivia at Boca Bridal South in Coral Springs! As soon as I made the appoitment, I recieved a text from Olivia and she asked for some pics of dresses I like. She already had several dresses ready for me to try on when I got there. We had an amazing experience with Brooke at Boca Raton Bridal South! I grew up in Boca and live in Salt Lake City now but I wanted to take my mom with me dress shopping while I was in town visiting. I was able to make an appointment only a few days before and I really did not have a great idea of what I was looking for. I showed Brooke a few photos I’ve saved of styles I like and she was able to pull a wide variety since it was my first time trying anything on to give me an idea of how different styles fit. I also have a short timeline as we are planning on eloping in 4 months and she was able to find SO many beautiful gowns for me to try that are available in stock without custom ordering. Every one was stunning, it made it hard to choose because they all fit so well! The studio is so cute, plenty of room to have your family and friends, and to walk around in the dress to see how it feels. My mom and I were very comfortable there and had so much fun.Brooke was able to pinpoint my personality from just the short time we talked and find me a perfect fit for me and my vision of the wedding! I honestly didn’t think I was going to walk out of there finding the one the first time trying dresses on but my mom and I agreed it was too good to be true! It was such a great experience that I would highly recommend.

My experience here was beyond incredible. Not only was the store beautifully set up with a big selection of dresses, but Brooke was absolutely SPECTACULAR!! She prepulled 5 dresses that I chose and after trying those on and liking them, she ended up pulling a dress that she thought I would like. Not only did I like it, I loved it & said yes to the dress she recommended! From the semi private rooms for your party to the different lighting settings to see how the dress will look the day of your wedding, the experience she provided surpassed my expectations - personable, knowledgeable & very efficient!!

Boca Raton Bridal was the fourth Bridal store I visited and thankfully my last. From the moment I walked in my family and I felt so welcomed! We were greeted by Nicole, who helped us the entire visit. Nicole was an absolute pleasure. Even after going to three other stores I still had no idea what style dress mermaid or ball gown was looking for. We tried both until i was sure of what I wanted. So grateful for everyones patience and kindness with me. My wedding date ended up getting changed twice due to COVID and Brooke was so helpful and comforting during it all. I came in with my family to look for gowns (not expecting to find anything on my first day of looking!) but was blown away by their selection, quality, and value. I fell in love with my gown and couldnt be happier with my selection. Their seamstress is very talented. She was able to create a new and unique bustle to compliment my gown.I was surprised to find all of my wedding needs at one location. I was able to find all of my bridesmaids (6 in total) dresses on the same day as my bridal gown - so convenient! They offered me a 10% discount off of each dress since I had purchased my bridal gown from them already. Everyone loved their dress and the ease of ordering - all they had to do was send in their measurements!Lastly, Boca Bridal South truly SAVED my wedding day. My sister-in-law (and bestie for life!) was out of state and couldnt find a seamstress who could take in her gown (she was 3-months post-partum and lost more than she thought she would). When she arrived to Florida the day before my wedding they met with her, altered her dress, and HAND DELIVERED IT the morning of my wedding. They truly saved the day!Now Im waiting for my dress to be preserved. Truly the one stop shop for all your wedding needs.I would 10/10 recommend.

I took my matron of honor and one of my bridesmaids with me this past Saturday to this bridal shop to look for my wedding gown. I had previously been to two different appointments in other places that morning, and I had one coming up after this one as well. I had found quite a few options from a previous place that I liked, but I figured I would keep an open mind and come into the store as well. The second I walked into Boca Raton bridal South, Brooke greeted me at the door with such a kind sense of warmth that made all three of us instantly excited to be there. What stood out about this place in comparison to all the other bridal boutiques I had visited was that she sat me down and talked to me personally before we even started trying dresses on. She had already asked me a few questions over the phone before we got there, but she wanted to know more. I was very impressed with her intentionality and care behind the questions she asked. She then proceeded to show me dresses she had already set aside for me to try on. A lot of them were very different from the styles I had wanted to go with, but I love trying new things because I have found that I am often surprised when it comes to bridal shopping so I gave them a shot. I don’t know how she did it, but I loved something if not every aspect about every single one of those gowns she had me try on. After I left and said I wanted to come back with my mom to show her one of the gowns that I fell in love with there, she messaged me a few days later telling me the other gowns came in and she was so excited to show them to me next time I come back in case there were other options that I wanted to explore as well. I am so blown away with how wonderful she was, and the gowns they have at this place are STUNNING. They also have beautifully reasonable price points for the craftsmanship and beauty of these downs, so I highly, highly, highly recommend this place to any soon to be brides!!!!

This was my first stop in shopping for a dress and the bar was set very high after leaving! I walked in feeling nervous not knowing what to expect. I worked with Carli who was an absolute dream! A few days before my appointment she reach out to introduce herself and asked me to send photos of things I liked. When I got there she already had dresses ready and waiting for me to try. Her knowledge and expertise was so helpful in guiding me. We also just had the best time being there because the store was beautiful, the staff was welcoming and overall I truly felt like a bride! They even let my stepdaughter try on dresses and made her feel so special too. This was a special experience for her and I to share and they made her feel so included, I was so appreciative. When I left I was not prepared to buy because it was my first stop and they were very polite and said if we wanted to come back just give them a call. After this first stop we went to 2 more places that, in comparison to Boca Raton Bridal South, were way below par in all aspects. Even the price at Boca was spot on with my budget! We called that same day to see if we could come back and they fit us right in. I found my perfect dress and Im so glad to be working with such wonderful people who run a beautiful shop. If you want to feel like a princess while you shop for your dream dress this is the place to go! I honestly feel like I could not say enough good things about this place!!

I had an AMAZING experience at Boca Raton Bridal South. I am a bridesmaid for an out of town wedding. I was unable to try on the dress before ordering due to the fact that the store the bride was using was in Houston. I just send in my measurements and ordered the dress over the phone. When I received my dress it was WAY too big. I went to several different alteration shops in the area and everyone was more than double the price for Boca Raton Bridal. I was able to get all my alternations done for only $100!! I cannot recommend this place enough. My dress fits perfectly and they did all my alternations in one week. Everyone that works there is SO nice. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of alterationsI have been in several weddings and this was by far the most pleasant experience!

From the moment we walked into Boca Raton Bridal South, we were made to feel so special. This is exactly how I had hoped the day would be for my daughter looking for her wedding dress. Brooke greeted us warmly and led us to a nice, private area. My daughter was not exactly sure what she was looking for. Brooke brought a beautiful selection of dresses. My daughter modeled dresses for me and her best friend. The 2nd one she tried on was it! Brooke was fabulous and made this very emotional experience fun for us. My daughter knew this dress was the one but wanted to look one more place just to be certain. Upon walking into the other store, we all knew this was not the place. We were not given much attention and uncomfortable from the start. After a few minutes there, my daughter texted Brooke and said we are coming back for her dress. We walked back into Boca Raton Bridal South with a happy and warm feeling. Brooke greeted us like old friends. She is very professional, caring and warm. She even shared a champagne toast with us as my beautiful daughter said yes to her stunning wedding dress. We couldn’t have asked for anything more than this fabulous experience!

This place was amazing,Nicole wasvery helpful,she listen to what my daughter wanted she only had to try on 3 dresses and all three where beautiful, but that magical one was one of the three. Wedding dress shopping should be fun,stress free and it wss definitely stress free,definitely recommend making this your first and only stop. I absolutely love this place! Brooke and Kaitlyn were so friendly and sweet. I did not feel rushed any moment! They let me try the dress many times to make sure that was the one. I have always dreamed of this day since I was a little girl to try on dresses! Carli was amazing, and so patient. It was a little overwhelming for me at first with both of our mothers there trying to impress them, but she seemed to pick out a lot of dresses that were my style. The very first dress I fell in love with, and it seemed nothing could top that after. The biggest reason I love this shop is that it is a small business and I am a huge believer in supporting our locals.... I did not want to go to Davids Bridal or any Big Corporations The staff at all locations are beyond amazing and super friendly, they treat you like family. I had a great experience from start to finish! I would recommend this shop to anyone. I first meet this shop at a bridal expo in Ft Laudy and fell in love with there customer service and the welcoming feeling. I walked into the Coral Springs location during a Truck Sale and I went through my whole dress process with Nicole and she was by far the best! Very friendly and knew every dress in the shop to help you make the perfect decision. Brooke and Kaitlynn also helped me during my experience and 10/10 they were super helpful in making sure everything was perfect! Love this shop!!! SUPPORT LOCAL!

My experience at Boca Raton Bridal South was wonderful! I worked with Nicole and she was amazing! We were paired up because I had brought my wedding shoes and the manager knew that the two of us were a match… it’s little things like that, that just make an experience go from good to great and they definitely did that at my appointment. They have a beautiful selection of gowns and there store as a whole is what you picture a beautiful bridal shop should be like! Nicole was so attentive and accommodating & a pleasure to work with! I had a great experience at Boca Raton Bridal South. I went to get my wedding dress and Nicole knew exactly what I was looking for, I tried the first dress and that was it!! They have the most beautiful dresses and great prices. I love this place so much that I went back to get a second wedding dress and Nicole helped me again to find the one. Today was absolutely amazing thanks to Sydney!! This was honestly the only place that did a questionnaire and also texted me before hand and ask for samples of my style...and then finally, when I got there, Sydney had several samples awaiting that were my style! She also gave me several suggestions- one of which ended up being the ONE! After shopping at different bridal shops...this was the only one in which she “tested” me with other dresses to confirm it was IT! She was so personable that I felt like she was a bridesmaid!! I give five stars all the way!! Wonderful experience and I was so happy about the price tag when I paid out (I made a point never to let price influence my decision)!! Go see Sydney!! She won’t disappoint!!

Terrible location and fake staff. They are located behind a Chik-fil-a and it is impossible to enter the store any time of the day. The staff are rude and dont care about what you want for your wedding, just what they think youll want, completely ignoring everything I said just to sell a more expensive dress. If you do want to go to this store, go to the one in east boca because you can at least find parking there and wont be run over by people getting chik-fil-a

Best bridal shop! Dont know why I wasted my time anywhere else! Carli is amazing! I got married a couple years ago and got my dress from here...The staff was sweet and helpful and made the whole experience a pleasure from the moment I stepped into the store through the moment I walked down the aisle! Horrible & unprofessional! Customer service sucks 2 ladies there no one ever walked over to see if I needed help. I walked over to them and asked a few questions. Never tried for my daughter to try on the dress. She solved all my questions by saying this is all I have! I know they dont carry all sizes but, atleast try to sell a dress. This is a special occasion for me and every other place I have been amazing!

Stuffed in a hot, sweaty corner. No help at all to get into the dresses for the most important day. There all by myself because my girlfriends dont live close. I have waited over 10 years for this day. Very, very disappointing.
