Terrible customer service! I ordered online for store pick up and went in to pick up my shoes. Checked the floor and found a back up option in case there was any problem with my order. They told me it wasnt ready yet and would need to come back but the shoes I had ordered were in the back. Only to find out an hour later the shoes are on back order! They lost a customer.

This is my first time working with this location. I made an online order through one of there sister store. Just for this location to cancel my order. The same day my order was cancel, I went to the store in person to find out the shoe that I order was in the store. Spoke to the employee and they gave me an lousy excuse for it to be cancel. The worst part is my return will be in a gift card! Never again and highly upset.

A great store with many options, lots of wide sizes that I need, many brands for everyone. Price always good.

Always a place to stop by, and check the back wall for some good deals on running shoes. Picked up some nice Puma soft gels. Excellent price and they do give a Military/First responder discount. Great selection of current styles.

Not a wide variety of shoes...most the sizes and brands were out of stock...however the blonde customer service representative was excellent...great service

The young man who helped me today was fabulous. He knew a lot about athletic shoes for people with problematic feet. He took his time in showing me a variety of sneakers to assist me in finding shoes that were doctor recommended. The Shoe Carnival has a huge variety of athletic shoes. Though I could not find what I needed today, I have purchased great shoes there in the past! I cant praise the young man who helped me enough. He is certainly an asset to this company and knows his business about shoes! I highly recommend shopping here youll be surprised at what you can find.

Its a shoe store, but unlike your average Payless (rip), its very spacious. Everything is kept very neat and they are always doing special coupon events with this Carnival Wheel. Despite being so big, its usually quiet. Although the events can get loud. That being said, if youre looking for shoes, here is a good place to consider in your search!

Shoe Carnival was founded by David Russell in 1978. Their headquarters are in Indiana and they operate 419 stores throughout the US. When they first started out they promoted a circus or carnival style atmosphere in their stores but this has since been toned down. Online sales is now their fastest growing division.This particular store is located in my local mall and I came in looking to find some shoes for work. I am on my feet 12 hours a day so I need quality over quantity. Gone are the days when I could throw on any $10 sandals. Now I need arch support and padding and if possible I still like them to look cute too.Their selection includes name brand shoes for men, women, and children. Brands they carry include Sketchers and Converse. They also carry accessories like handbags. Their prices are comparable to what you would pay in other stores. I didnt see a large selection in the kind of shoe I wanted and the ones they did have were out of my size. Stores are competitive in the area I live in. There are so many places to shop. This was my first time trying Carnival and while I wouldnt say I would never come back, there are other shoe stores I prefer over this one.

It was actually ok here. I found what I was looking for. They have lots of selections. They were giving free gifts for kids in grade school I guess for holiday shopping. So I will definitely go back.

I been watching there website so I decided to go to the store but they didnt have variety of colors that they showed in the website so I wanted to order while in the store and they could not help me with that a little disappointed

I do not like the sneakers here. They do not look up-to-date. I did buy 2 pairs for my son but it took a lot of convincing on his part. I just do not like the shoes here. I mostly will not shop here again.

Service really is poor, came here for a pickup and one of the employees was very rude.... claimed that I should be more patient because they were very busy today so she did not have time to process the pickup I was told was ready.... Really? It doesnt matter if Im picking up an online order or shopping in store, no customer is any less important than the other. I understand its the holiday time and I have many years experience in retail so I know the struggle, but theres a way to deal with customers and maintain professionalism and this was not at all the case, so I will not be shopping at Shoe Carnival anymore.

I always make a stop at shoe carnival each trip to Florida.They usually have some cute sneakers but size is always an issue.I lucked out this trip....Yaaa me !Staff are friendly and helpful and the store is usually clean.The prices arent bad its just that the deals are usually buy 1 get 1 half off and you find 1 shoe and the other they dont have the size or colour you need.
