The store has a wide variety of video and audio collection of all kinds. Movies are well categorised in various sections which makes it convenient to select. Staff is super helpful.

Love what they sell. Managers are really nice. Always love stopping by for something. Music is great to and they took off a few fun things but still some great buys if you have the money.

I dont have an fye near me but anytime I see one while traveling I like to stop in. This spot didnt disappoint, I grabbed some neat Godzilla items including some Godzilla vs Kong energy drink and hot sauce!

Cool store

The physical store is fine. DO NOT order online!!! I repeat DO NOT order from FYE online!!! They have NO IDEA what they are doing!! Ordered an in stock item on December 8th, on 12/21 I FINALLY got a tracking number. The item will be delivered by 9pm on 12/24!!! This is why when you order online you are NOT given a shipping time! This company is a JOKE!! The customer service is NON EXISTENT!! It took them 5 days to respond to an email!! When they finally did, they gave me a tracking number that wasnt in UPSs system yet! It took 3 more days for the tracking number to show in UPSs system. Which means the item wasnt scheduled to ship UNTIL we started emailing and asking where the item were!! We will NEVER shop at FYE again!!

I always find great music and DVDs there. When I go to the mall, I always check it out. I never know what I am going to find !

If there was an in-between Id actually give this 3.5 stars. It used to be better however it seems the quality has dropped. This is definitely a place to go for DVDs however Id be more inclined to recommend the Best Buy on University and Atlantic for that purpose. They have odds and ends that are cool however they are cheaper on Amazon. The shirt selection quality has dwindled. I got shirts I really like from here only because I couldnt get them anywhere else outside of online. The catch is you pay $20 for a single shirt (a problem when I could only find one shirt I liked at a time). The service is hit or miss. Some employees are good. Others give a real attitude. Browse around here for random items, however do price hunting before buying here.

It was understaffed. Well I dont necessarily hold that against the store, I just dont see a lot of value in the items offered their but hey my son does so theres the market.

Theyre doing their heart is trying to sell off their movies all surprised that you could get a movie and then for $2. They have a lot of clearance and for sale and low discount and buy one get one if youre a movie buff and you just want to try watching over old movie that you seen or randomly new movies I would definitely go to the store. I used to go when I was in college and it was quite fun when I just wanted to watch something different and thats been more than my cost for lunch.

The only place where you can find used movies at a bargain price. I always come here to look for movies and Funko Pops. Everything in the store is averaged priced to great deals. The used movies are always brand new looking from my experience.

Amazed that this place is still open. Since more people enjoy entertainment, and somehow FYE manages to stay in business is incredible in and of itself. Calm environment and wonderful collection of movies and novelty collectibles.

Records, Anime, Movies and more. Sometimes better organized than others, but overall generally a nice store for the unique gift.

I love getting unique gifts from here. Tshirts with old school cartoons, e.t.c on them. Love the socks. And always a good selection of vinyl though they are pricey.

When I went, the costumer service was really good and all of their items seemed to be in good condition

I love the store honestly. I love the cheap deals and the funko pops and the music they sell. The employees suck. Last time I went I was scammed into a membership, wasnt fully informed until after I signed up that its a paid subscription and it automatically charges my card. I got it cancelled after a couple calls but I dont recommend going here if the employees are as deceiving as the one that.

Staff pleasant and courteous. They were very helpful in helping me locate the item I needed after visiting 3 locations of another big brand store which could not help me.

Great store. Really nice to see vinyl in a record store again. The staff pretty much ignored me except for the person at the register when i entered her zone.

The people are friendly, good selection of stuff, good music usually playing. The carpet is filthy, Im sure its old but it is full of stains and is a bit off putting and makes the whole store seem dirty. Please replace the carpet!

I was so surprised when i saw one of these. I thought the were all out of business. The store has turned into more of a movie and cartoon novelty and apparel store vs. Music. The selection of items was interesting.

Liked it.Packed with all sorts of pop culture junk.The music selection was a bit better then the others and I found something worth buying..Gone are the dayes FYE concentrated on music and movies, but such are the times.I keep going because I prefer CDs & DVDs over digital downloads.Yea, I know Im old.That and the clerk is always friendly.

I was fraudently charged for an FYE backstage pass and a Rolling Stones magazine subscription that I never agreed to purchasing.I only came here to buy a t-shirt and two months later I come to find out FYE has charged my card nearly $45 for things I never bought. I understand your company is failing but you dont need to take your customers down with you.

My group was prevented from entering the store because some of us were under 18. The store doesnt have much to warrant an 18+ rule but we were still barred nonetheless. Half of us who were part of the group were able to enter the store no problem, including me, despite the managers only people 18+ can enter rule while the others watched us shop. Wasnt fair.

I guess this is the endpoint for physical media music stores. Though I did find one 2019 album, all of the named dividers with no product were still in the bins, such that there were more dividers than product. The category labeling above the bins was also out of sync with the merchandise.The overall impression I got was of a business that isnt even trying. There might have been something that I would have bought, but things were just too disorganized.
