I stopped in at this store for a favor to accompany a friend receiving their Covid-19 vaccine. Also stopped by the deli to get a sandwich for dinner.The atmosphere at this store was very different than other Publix stores I have visited in the past. It wasnt a bad experience although the staff could have been friendlier. The store itself was clean everything was where it should be...now if only when they make me a sandwich when I ask for a little oil and I actually get it instead of a oily sponge of a sandwich that would be good.

This Publix has been my favorite for over 30 years.Clean, employees always helpful, fresh food, well organized.What prompted me to write this review is an incredible experience yesterday afternoon....after shopping i couldnt find my car keys....asked an employee who was just leaving if anyone turned in keys they found.This wonderful, extremely pleasant and helpful lady, Maizy (I hope i spelled it right) not only asked and replied with a no, but turned back, stayed with me, we retraced my steps in the store, she suggested we check my car in case I left them there, which is what it was.She helped me regain my composure....words cannot describe.A sincere and humble thank you to this wonderful, generous with her own time as she was on her way home to her family, lovely lady Maisy, and to Publix.

As a new Publix Club loyalty rewards member, I came in to pick up my birthday reward. I claimed a FREE carton of Publix brand ice cream as my birthday reward. Another birthday option, also FREE, is a box of two cupcakes.

Amazing Publix location. Everything is always on point. Daphne the Pharmacist truly cares for everyone as she expertly dispenses your medication. The deli crew are always happy and helpful, and they even open new checkout lanes when busy and apologize for the wait when it was just a few minutes. Best Publix in Coral Springs, hands down!

Nice customer service.

One of the best stores Ive ever been to. The bakery manager, Brent helped me find everything I needed and even was polite enough to help me through a cake order. By the way, one of the best cakes Ive ever had. Once done with my shopping, I went to checkout; the lines were long, but a nice gentlemen, Jose, opened up a whole new register for me. He made sure I had a successful and enjoyable shopping experience, while his bagger, Davis, did the same while managing to get all of my groceries bagged in record time. He then helped me out to my car and wished me a nice day. Best customer service Ive ever had!

Took 4 teens for lunch. Surprised to see how clean the store was. Staff was friendly. Chicken fries were a bit disappointing. More breading than chicken for $3.99. Chicken nuggets would have been a better choice at $1.49. Next time!

They are adding more organic and health food options. Would like to see a few more choices of organic summer fruits. Wanted to grab a few things about 30 minutes before closing, and there werent any hand baskets available to shop with. Store wasnt busy at this time.

Plenty of BOGO. Clean nice store bigger than the Margate Publix and more diversity. I just dont understand why Publix is so expensive! Same item in Publix is twice the price of Wal-Mart. I only shopping Publix when they have buy one get one free otherwise I always either go to Aldis or Walmart. Publix is not a frequent visit. I dont highly recommend Publix!

Publix is always a great place to shop. I really like my Publix very much. The employees are always ready to help you find whatever it is that you need and the meat & fish are always fresh.

By far the worst Publix I have ever been in 30 years from staffers not knowing where their products are in the store to the cashier NILA being very rude and very uninformed as to what her job entails. There were a few products that rung up the wrong price and she was unaware what the next course of action was. She then proceeded to slightly throw my items in my bag due to an attitude of hers. She definitely does not hold up to Publixs mantra that says where shopping is a pleasure because shopping there today was no pleasure! I am thankful that I did speak with an assistant manager who assured me that he would speak with her. If you can avoid NILA please do so!

This is one of the WORST Publix’s I’ve been to in a while. They have incompetent people making food ; I asked for the sandwich that was on sale but the worker accidentally made boars head instead of “Publix” brand… wanted to THROW THE WHOLE SANDWICH out to make another instead of just charging me for the sale price. I complain to customer service and they have someone else make another sandwich, because this is obviously a very wasteful company, so the old one was already thrown out! Then after the whole ordeal, time and food wasted I still had to pay for the sandwich LOL. I wouldn’t touch this store with a 1000 foot pole they’re TERRIBLE.

Out of soup at 11:30AMPublix is always a winner, though.Also, no CONSUMERS REPORT book.Handsome customers!

Chicken tender pub sub was so good. The buffalo chicken dip was really good too.

Great experience with the pharmacy. They are kind and very helpful. I was going on vacation and they helped me with filling my meds early so I wouldnt be out! Store managers are also very helpful and go above n beyond to make ur shopping trip a good one!

We just move nearby, and me and 2 kids decide tu buy a key lemon pie, the guy in the bakery was amazing, very nice, knowledgeable and friendly, I did request the manager to let him know how great was the experience, and within 40 seconds manager was asking how can help, wow this place its my grocery place from now on. I am so impressed with my experience with the pharmacy staff at this store. They were super professional and attentive. Jack, the pharmacist, was quick to assist me with all of my medical needs. He also offered to give my boyfriend and I flu shots while we were there. It was so convenient and PAINLESS! He was really gentle when giving us the injection. I am so beyond pleased with my experience here. Great pharmacy staff and a FREE $10 gift card for getting the shot. I will continue to use this pharmacy for all my prescription and vaccination needs!

Everytime I go to this place in the sandwich department Im waiting for over 5 minutes and there is no line. People are standing there watching me wait. Eventually someone walks up who is doing nothing and tells me someone will be right with you mean while everyone is talking and looking in space. Terrible service Im not going back, Ill stick with restraints and fast food places.

1 cashier? Walmart? Now publix just like Walmart. 1 cashier long line, manager laughing and chatting with other workers by lotto... sad... going up the street to neighborhood Walmart they have 2 cashiers, lol

One of two stores we visit frequently. The Dairy department has a rounded vaulted ceiling that I like. Like most locations theres almost always a clearance section. Nice clean store.

I love shopping at Publix they are so organized and helpful it beat any other grocery store by far

This Publix has the worst customer service. Employees will actually avoid you then claim they didnt see you as a thin cover for their negligence. I have overheard employees conversations in which it was expressed, and agreed with by one of the managers, that you gotta bring the fight to the customer. So, when they are not ignoring the customer they are fighting the customer.Generally, when the overall attitudes and behaviors of staff are so blatantly soured it is coming from the top down.Customers are why you have a business establishment and if staff keep employing attitudes that clearly communicate the customer is the least of their concerns then (Amazon does deliver groceries now and weve all seen the effect that they have had on other brick and mortar establishments) people will explore other options where shopping is indeed a pleasure.

I was standing in line with 4 frozen dinners. Renee, who was wearing a button down blouse, who appeared to be a manager was seeming to not be having a good day. She didnt ask me How I was today, nor was she very inviting. Renee was dismissive on MEMORIAL DAY at that. I just paid and left. I wouldnt have want her to be the manager I would have to speak to if I had to inquire on anything.

Anthony that works the customer service counter is the worst publix worker I have ever encountered. Rude in more ways then one. Never coming back. Due to this individual. Fire Anthony immediately! Please look into this horrible staff member.

I actually went out of my way(passing the a Publix one minute from me)to go to this store. The customer service is great there in the meat department. The guy paid attention to my needs as he was working. As I walked away, I heard him ask someone else if they needed help. Customer service means EVERYTHING!

Want organized and good qualify of food and people working there

There are two Publix on North University drive in Coral springs. One is 2201 and the other is 1305 North University. The one at 1305 has the most competent and polite employees.

We were there for our second vaccine the team at the Pharmacy are great! The are fast and efficient and very nice, it was a wonderful experience!

I came in tonight to get an ice cream cake for my daughter for her birthday and they had an issue with the freezer, so the store manager Edward found one for me that was still in good shape and gave it to me no charge for the inconvenience. I really appreciate it and thank you so much to the store manager Edward for helping us!

Long lines and only 3 registers open. Chaos among the hapless employees. This is 5 PM on a Monday. Mismanaged into a fustercluck.

Had some items mislabeled and very small section of organic produce. They employees were friendly and professional.

Ok so I never check my receipt however I have noticed couple times Ipick up an item that is on sale buy one get one free and I get charged I have let it go cause its not worth calling explaining etc...and yes they do honor the credit but its the idea that its happened a couple of times already.. will check from now on..

The deli counter at this store is so efficient and friendly. I always hate going to the deli counter but its not even an inconvenience at this store. Sandra always has a friendly hello when there is a line and she reassures people theyll be helped soon. And these workers gustle and show a sense of urgency, which I really appreciate. The service is just so much better than other grocery stores Ive been to.

Jay at the pharmacy was super helpful! He told me the wait time for my prescription would be lengthy and offered to send it to another Publix that was nearer to my home. After Id left, he phoned me to advise the wait time for that Publix. It was refreshing to receive exceptional customer service! Great 5-star job Jay👍

The parking lot is small and terrible though the store itself is quite large they dont seem to have half of the products I want the few times I have been in there and the staff isnt very friendly and welcoming. The produce is terrible, bread is always half gone, soda on sale not stocked. Ill go the extra mile to go to a different store in my area rather than going back to this Publix ever again.

Very friendly and helpful

Worst pharmacy ever. Jack and Ian show absolutely no compassion to people managing a chronic pain condition during a pandemic. They seemed to enjoy telling me that they would never help me with emergency medication for my condition, as if belittling me for taking birth control to manage Endometriosis was a productive use of everyones time. On top of that, they wont tell you that theyre having trouble contacting your doctor, even if its happening over the course of weeks. This pharmacy used to be decent, and I used to believe that all of the employees behind the counter cared at least a little bit about my welfare. Now that Ive been corrected in the worst possible way, I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to literally anywhere else.

Albertsons, Winn Dixie, Piggly Wiggly. What do all these stores all have in common? They are not PUBLIX. Shopping is truly a pleasure whenever I stop by any location and especially the store at Ramble wood and University Drive. Whether its a quick stop for a Rotisserie chicken or Im in the mood for Sushi Wednesday or the Devil starts to test me with that evil Ben & Jerrys BOGO (buy one get one free, fyi) ice cream, the store is always clean and the staff very helpful. My hats off to everyone working there from house keeping to baggers to management and ESPECIALLY the Publix Deli department. I cant think of a more stressful position in the grocery store than the deli. THANK YOU sandwich artists, THANK YOU chicken tender gurus, THANK YOU for making my day and meals a whole lot better. My only gripe is I wish they didnt start with the self checkout area at some locations. Publix shame on you for trying to save a couple pennies and not employing people who could use a job. Thanks for reading : )
