I will never be ordering a cake from this bakery ever again! I was supposed to have a cake made for a surprise gender reveal, I went over the requested color for the center of the cake personally with assistant manager. When cutting into the cake the center was completely white not one bit of color, completely ruined my gender reveal and was completely embarrassed in front of friends and family when I had to explain what the color should’ve been in the center. My friends and family were shocked that Publix would make this kind of mistake especially for such a special occasion. The request wasn’t difficult or confusing it was a simple color that the icing should’ve been in the center.

Bought a lot of products from the deli for a birthday party. Staff was extremely helpful from the ordering process to getting it all loaded in the car. Will definitely use this location again.

Very convenient being that its a cross the street. Havent had any issues shopping here. Its a very clean store and everyone is very nice and helpful.

The signal inside the store is HORRIBLE. If youre an Instacart Shopper go ahead and connect to their Wifi. THANK GOODNESS they have Wifi, I wouldve finished my order late with the constant signal dropping.

Store was clean and aisles were well organized and stocked. Employees were friendly and offered assistance in locating products.

Don’t expect to go to the deli and order a sub in less than 20 minutes. They always have only one person working (even during lunch rush) that takes 5+ minutes to make a single sub. Everytime I go, even if i’m 2nd or 3rd in line, I end up waiting 20+ minutes to get my sub.

Very friendly staff, the Cashier and the bag boy Aaron, they were both delightful. The grocery bagger always asks to bring my cart to the car, very helpful. It truly is a pleasure to shop at Publix, just like their motto says, Where shopping is a pleasure!

Very slow service in getting subs there were only 3 people ahead of us, two with huge orders of subs with 3 deli staff . Very difficult in coming there for lunch to go back to work 😫 30 mins goes quickly . Large orders should be called ahead or have 2 employees for regular orders. There were two employees for large orders and one employee for reg walk ups.. he was very slow getting every item, no meat, no onions, no pickles, wilted light brown lettuce, so had to walk away at least 3 times . Very disappointing I was there for 40 mins to get a sub for lunch.

Store has been remodeled. Cant reach top shelves. Aisles are narrow now and hard to get by another shopper. The only wide aisle is the snacks and drinks aisle. Very frustrating. Employees are still very respectful and helpful.

I was charged 200 dollars for someones else groceries. I came to the store several times trying to get my money back but one of the managers keeps saying it was a legitimate purchase. They did not want to show me the video. What a scam.

I was very happy to be able to get one of their Excellent Mojo Rotisserie Chickens at the fairly late hour of 7:45 pm. Some Publix stores dont bother to do a late batch! This one was fresh & piping hot. Wonderful flavor. Free parking, sanitized carts, wheelchair accessible! The most popular Publix in the area- crowded sometimes, try not to be there right after work- later is better!

More psychological abuse... I have had to wait several hours and no qualified organization has made an appearance to admit taking welfare off shelters with extensive back stock only given if they get to shelter abuse... Usually there is someone who can recognize their inequitably privileged for coming from criminal records or poverty but at this location its extensive waits with unapologetic people... I guess its early childhood........they to their sister practiced stag at young ages maybe.... The area for cart running is at least not as creepy as other locations.... But after a two day wait now for a common meal some black guy just walked up with the only homeless box and ate in front of me....

This store is human. I dont shop there often however I stopped by to pick up lunch to take to work. They opened 5 minutes before time because I believe they saw a few people ready to come in. Instead living by the letter of the law they behave like a human.

So I ordered a toasted boars head cajun turkey and shrimp sandwich from the app. A few minutes later a worker from the deli called to inform me that they are out of shrimp, and asked me to change my order.So I changed to turkey sandwich.So I got an untoasted sandwich that only has turkey and a few slabs of cheese. No condiments, salt, pepper, or any vegetable inside.What a waste of money!Gave the sandwich to my dog, so he was happy

Since I moved to new address I requested to mail your sale paper bluntly refused since I am Old person cant go only to pick up sale paper and then take my wife to go for shipping since I am not computer expert

Im not entirely happy with the deli person that I dealt with today, cut my meats so thick it cost 3x as much as last week, for 10 slices of turkey. Though I told them to make it sandwich cut. I think they did dinner cut.

I love coming to this Publix! Moved up from Miami for work a few years ago and this is my go to Deli, CeCe always treats me and my family with 5 star Service, She is so sweet no matter what time we get there she always happily tries her hardest to make sure we’re satisfied with our selection even with my picky bratty kids!

The store itself is fine. The school next-door takes over the entire parking lot. Every time I go to this Publix, I am stuck for 20 minutes trying to get out. There are buses and cars from kids getting picked up or waiting online just to exit the parking lot. Never again will I be visiting this Publix.
