The food and coffee are great, just like all Einstein Bros. The reason for the two-star rating is simply due to the consistently slow and poor service at this location. Even if you order ahead on the app, you will still encounter a long wait and many other people in the same predicament. The people who work there are actually pretty nice with the customers and seem as if they are trying their best. Management should hire more people or provide some kind of efficiency training to get this place running better. I hope they find a way to improve the in-store experience, which would get this location a 5 star rating.

Service was super slow, waited almost 30 minutes for two bagels. I asked what was taking so long and one of the employees said that my order wasn’t even seen or acknowledged even though I paid. In the end the bagels weren’t that bad. Hope service is better next time.

Came here this morning and experienced great customer service! They had “mask preferred” at the front door, which in other words it’s optional, to me, that’s a big deal and I appreciate that. Staff for some reason cannot hear your order correctly. It has been on more then one occasion. At first you chalk it up to a simple mistake. However I have received several incorrect orders on several different days. In addition the self serve coffee section can use a face lift.

No bacon means no bacon, not extra. Attention to detail would be nice since I specifically said I don’t eat bacon for religious reasons. The order took 15 mins to make and when it’s made it was wrong and missing items. Common

Recent I received an email with complimentary coffee. It says: in bakery show the bar code OR order in app. I went to the bakery snd showed the code and I did not get the offer. So I ask why and the cashier keep saying was ONLY in app. I read many times and saying also in bakery. One of the employee that maybe is the manager came and said to give the offer but keep also saying was ONLY in app. Not only that she left saying loud that I dont understand. Well... if she read ALL message she will see offer in bakery show the bar code! Its insulting starting the morning like that. I refuse to buy anything from that store and any other store! Lost not only a client but I will spread the happening ! Einstein, NEVER MORE!

Arrive at 12:30 p.m and it was not to packed, had seating inside and out. There was only one person in the line. The staff was friendly and fast with our order. Sat outside to dine and even though it was in a plaza it was still quite and peaceful just the traffic on University. Overall very pleased 👍

The bagels are decent. The coffee is good. But the service when I went the other day was so nice, friendly and efficient. The way they serve was minimal touch. Overall a really good experience.

I get einsteins 2-3 times a week. This location LATELY has been hit or miss. I always order on the app but in the last few weeks at least 60% of the time its been wrong and usually when ordering ahead Im already at work when I realize they didnt make the order right. Both sunrise and plantation are way more consistent if youre further south.

High priced bagels. Not good nor even passable as fair. Coffee...that is not coffee. Staff seems to always be in a confused state.

Dont bother. I should have known as, when we walked in, the guy holding the door on his way out said, shaking his head, I ought to warn you: Bad Service.We thanked him but went in anyway. Big mistake.The dining room is closed.We placed a curbside order online and decided to wait it out. 5/10/15/20/35/40... for 6 untoasted bagels and a tub of pre-made schmear, not rocket science, right?I had called after waiting 20 minutes and was told Its ready, well bring it right out.Not. After 20 minutes more, I went in. To cancel. The cashier asked my name & handed me my order in a bag. We cant bring no orders out, she explains. The ordering line is out the door, clearly, its All Hands On Deck. Ok, I get it.I scram. At home, I open my bag to find every single bagel sliced & toasted. NOT as ordered. Well, they got the chive & onion schmear right. Bagels are meh. We wont be back,

Great assortment of baked goods as well as breakfast foods with a nice neighborhood atmosphere as well. Ive visited this location for years and will continue to do so periodically. Ive never left completely unsatisfied but will admit have had orders wrong regularly. Needless to say, I still return. My advice is to just check your order before leaving.

Okay to say at best. my usual go to is brooklyn water bagel, but decided to try something different got a lox on jalapeno cheddar bagel was rubber and had absolutely no flavor. Most likely will not go back.

Cashier seemed to be helping a woman who had an issue with her coupon on her phone but the coupon wouldnt work for some reason. Other woman one person after me wanted me to move up because she was waiting outside. Does she not know about the six feet rule we are to adhere by? I let her know that wouldnt give us all six feet. She started to grumble (her words werent clear enough for me to hear). Need a bit more help for busy times. Five other people were waiting and virtual orders left and right made the wait longer.

My new favorite bagel. The avacado toast on the six cheese bagel was seriously so tasty and under $4. Go get you one! If you like avacado, if not ...they had tons of other options.

Get the app. Order on your way and its quicker than a drive thru and twice as tasty

This place is a joke. Went this morning for breakfast. No coffee. Limited bagels. One or two of a couple different types. Pastries looked old and dried out and incompetent person at register. Place should close up. It looked like a dump.

Slow AF. Orders are taking a good 30 minutes to receive. The staff is super slow, even with lines of people waiting for their orders.

Love my local Einstein Bagel! Try the FarmHouse next time you stop by... the bagels are great the pasties such as the muffins no comment make sure you ask when they were baked. The team is great and the Manager Michelle is always willing to be helpful... great local place for breakfast on the weekends.

Not a polite supervisor/manager(I am not sure because he did not identify himself) He was rude when asking me to wear a mask inside of the store...I am a respiratory therapist, the cashier was trying to properly explain, but his rudness took over the conversation...so I left, after being a customer for more than 3 years

I placed a catering order for 1000 bagels. Everything went so smoothly. They were a pleasure to work with and I plan to use then again whenever I need a catering order. The manager Michelle was a great help.

Honestly, I dont know where to start. From the manager or/ supervisor to the busboy. The customer service was horrendous. Not to mention a giant fly dancing all over the deserts. We actually like the food there. And it sucks that we wont be coming there to enjoy the food anymore because of their terrible service. Wet even shared how we felt regarding the the service of the restaurant to the manager/supervisor, but she didnt seem to care at all. Again, it sucks we wont be able to enjoy their food. But its worth it, because the service is horrible and thats a good enough reason not to dine there anymore. Stay AWAY from this place. Its a terrible experience.

This location does a huge morning delivery for surrounding businesses. And I get that attending to walk-in customers sometimes interferes with preparing all those carryout boxes lined up on the counter. The staff tries hard to keep up with everything at once and I have never been kept waiting very long for service. That said, I usually order the same thing several times a month, to go. They know me by name and are always friendly though often rushed. . I routinely ask for tomato slices on the Sante Fe sandwhich, delicious by the way...They assure me the tomatoe slices will be on there. They seldom are unless I inspect it before leaving and remind them about the tomatoe. Did not inspect it today. Surprise...no tomatoe. Not a big deal but how hard can this be?

The people is so slow to take the orders

This place has one of the most horrible customer service on earth. We have been going there for a couple of months and the customer service was pretty good in the beginning. And the food is delicious. But over time, customer service has gotten very poor. From the cashier, to the cook, supervisor or/ manager, busboy, etc. It just really bad service from all angles. And not to mention, their was a giant fly all over the desert. Its like none of the employees care about whats going over there. Really disgusting serivice and for that reason we will not be dining there anymore. If I were you, Id stay away from this place if youre big on good quality customer service.

They get my order wrong everytime! Its their menu and they either forget ingredients or put them on the wrong sandwiches! Its hilarious. Me and my wife play a game where we go in and place our orders and wait to see what we actually get. Will my bacon, egg and cheese on a bagle get a smear of avocado today? Will they replace bacon with tomato for some reason? How the hell did spinach end up in this? Who knows..🤗 but whatever I get it is delicious. Chi tea is great when anybody but the older lady with the braided hair and the blue hat makes it. The drinks she makes taste like sugar and dishwater.

I had a coupon for BOGO egg sandwich. I had to drop my neighbor next to Einsteins & I hadnt had breakfast. Perfect! I did get a free egg sandwich. My neighbor enjoyed it. I also ordered 1 coffee and a special $1 potato.What surprised me most was the price. It was well over $9 which I thought was extremely high since I didnt pay for the 2nd sandwich.Or did I?? I took it to go, and never picked up receipt. My bad!

Been going here for close to 12 years off and on. Food is good and good value (when cupons are used). Service consistently falls short!!!!

Disorganized, slow & rude. No understanding how to serve a customer. I waited 20 minutes on line (it was a busy Saturday morning - no problem). They ask your name, order, then go pay (again tell them your name), they give you empty cups to get a drink...The food (two sliced and toasted bagels) is still not ready. After a few minutes I go back to the counter and cashier and ask for my breakfast. They tell me they called my name, I did not answer... Well, I heard them call Marcia, but my name is Marsha, I do not respond to Marcia. OK, you may say my fault, I explain to them I was expecting to be called by my name. I did not get my food, please just give me my bagels. And here it starts.... The man in his 60s behind the counter asks his help where is my order. The help tells him, they called me, went around, and since nobody claimed the food, they threw it out!!!! At this point the man who is most likely a manager or maybe even an owner of this shop offers to give me my money back. I tell him I am hungry, most importantly my husband is hungry and after waiting for 30 minutes we want to eat. I am getting upset, as you can imagine, and he insists on giving me my money back. I tell him I would like my order, while he proceeds to serve the next person on line totally ignoring me. I am appalled and getting irritated, so he threatens to CALL THE POLICE ! At this point my husband intervenes. He knows it takes A LOT to get me really upset, so he takes over. Turns out, they just ran out of the pampernickel bagels, that I ordered, so instead of offering something else, this idiot manager was trying to get rid of me by giving me my money back.What a nasty experience on a sunny Saturday morning in Florida.Do NOT go to this shop, unless you want to feel abused.

We originally came to Coral Springs to go to Brooklyn Water Bagel, but found it to be permanently closed. We saw Einsteins across the street, which is a place I dont think we had ever been to before.I ordered a bagel with butter and hubby went for one with cream cheese. He ordered a small iced coffee which was a bit on the overpriced side.My bagel came out with cream cheese and it took a sec to get that straightened out. Since I had been overcharged, they offered me another bagel to go. I chose chocolate chip but its so DARK, it almost looks like pumpernickel.The bagel itself was not great, it gave me reflux, which is unusual for me with this type of food. I only ended up eating half.I will definitely be avoiding this chain from here on out.

This mornings visit was really bad. No one took our payment after ordering or gave us coffee cups to get our coffee ready while our food was prepared. So we received our food and got cups to make coffee at the same time and then the lady came to ask for payment. I had just stood for 10 minutes at the cash register while they made the food and no one took our payment.This location has been questionable on cleanliness and friendliness of service. I really hope they figure it out.

Very polite folks but the staff is overwhelmed and need more staff or more coordinating. Don’t punish the staff when you don’t train then in an efficient manner. I would hire the crew in a heart beat. I blame management.

I started going to Einsteins in the morning for coffee and a breakfast about 2 months ago. Every morning I order the same sandwich, and EVERY time the sandwich is wrong! Like not even close... pesto sauce instead of salsa, wrong bagel, etc. I think they made it right once... literally. Today, they had to make the sandwich 4 times. The manager finally had to make the sandwich herself. Got there at 9am and left with my to go order (1 breakfast sand) at 10:10am. I like their food and coffee but they have the WORST service ever at the Coral Springs location! I dont have 30+ min. to go there in mornings anymore and will not be returning...

The bagels were very good but I saw the cashier count money then go and touch then touch bagels and when i went to ask him if he was going to change his gloves before touching the bagels he said he did, when he didnt because I watched him go from touching the money to touching the bagels.

Just tried that new country breakfest sandwich........ummmmmmm not good kinda dry and the small piece of chicken wasnt even the size of the bagel...so You could just imagine the struggle

For National Bagel Day, Einsteins was running a promo - get a free bagel and schmear with any purchase. I love bagels anyway, so it seemed like a good excuse.We dropped in at close to 3:00, so there was almost no one there. Even for late in the day, they had a decent selection of bagels. For my purchase, I opted for a breakfast sandwich. I always like places that offer breakfast selections all day. I went with egg, bacon and cheese on a plain bagel. It was out in about 5 min. The bagel looked a bit small, but had a nice amount of egg and 4 slices of thin but crispy and flavorful bacon. The cheese slice was so thin that it was really a nonentity on the sandwich. The bagel was as it should be, tender yet chewy.For my free bagel, I took home a toasted everything bagel with a schmear of chive cream cheese. It had a good amount of cream cheese, but it didnt have a lot of flavor.Overall, Einsteins is a decent, but not outstanding choice for a quick bagel snack.

Its hit or miss and that is really unfortunate, because they have a good selection of bagels and different flavor a of cream cheese. Some days the staff are friendly and on point, other times they are rude and unapologetic. Overall its better than Dunkin and at least they have lattes.
