My car just starting randomly shutting off while I was driving. It wasn’t a “normal” needs a new battery type of issue. It’s not an old car so I was nervous about what could be going wrong. I have a long commute to work and at odd times so I need my car to be reliable 💯 of the time. Pep boys took us right away and explained everything they would be doing to diagnose the issue. Maria, at the counter was very thorough and thoughtful. You could tell she genuinely cared that we got our vehicle back quickly and in safe working condition. The crew at pep boys was able to diagnose the issue and recommended we buy the parts from the dealer (not their knock off brand). They were able to get the parts quickly, and get the work done in a timely manner. When we picked up the car, Maria explained all the work that was completed, gave us a discount and assured us that she had their master technician working on our car! I will continue to use this pep boys (in Coral Springs) for all my vehicle needs! Thank you Maria and all the crew at pep boys!

Great service and communication. Randy, Vish and Dave were awesome. With all the issues with shipping generally occurring for all businesses right now. They made the effort to keep me in touch on the status of the order and they made sure the tires i asked for were able to work with my car.
Vish at the Coral Springs location was extreme knowledgeable and an excellent representative for the company. He went out of his way to provide stellar customer service and has earned my future business by doing so. A true professional in an age where employees either don’t take the time or just don’t care. As such, I highly recommend.
The service was affordable especially with the coupons they have on their website. The service Rep was also knowledgeable and helpful. He told us that he could have our cars ready at a particular time, and then they text us to let us know when the cars were ready and then they called us call was ready and also called us to confirm we saw the text. The price for service was pretty good. I was surprised actually, because Ive used Pep Boys in Miami before and wasnt pleased with the service so I stayed away from them in Broward. But this one was really good.
I was a little surprised to see the transition of this location to service only without a retail auto parts center. I do appreciate the fact Pep Boys provides the oil change service with labor only as I prefer to not be overcharged for oil and my filter, but the time of service for a simple drop off to be picked up in a couple of hours turned into 6 or 7 hours later before I was aware that my car was ready. If you realized that you have only one oil change tech, why not clear the schedule for anymore appointments and not take any walk ins? Service those that have appointments and not inconvenience customers that made the advance appointments.
I just came in today because my car was reading maintenance required visit Dealer. He said that my oil change light needed to be reset because I had just had my oil changed a couple months ago, and that fixed that issue. He did that for free.I also told the man who was helping me that my Bluetooth didn’t seem to be working on my car. He fixed that free of charge. He looked at another issue I was having with closing my trunk and told me how to get it fixed. It was a great experience!I always have a great experience at this Pep boys.
I thought it would be convenient to love behind this location but apparently Saturday’s are the days you drop off your car for an oil change. Never going back here again advanced is right down the corner and I’ll change it myself. Bringing my money somewhere else.

I Purchased tires from Amazon and chose to have them sent and installed at Pepboys in Coral Springs fl. I left my gold ring in the center console not thinking.. Guess what.. they stole it. Cant prove it so Im out. Just thought you all should know.
No fault of the guy behind the counter. They have no help and are overwhelmed with the amount of work they have for one guy out in the mechanics bay. No way to run a business and its not fair for the workers.If you need tires...go somewhere else.
The service advisor maria was great. Very kind and attentive to me. The technician working today was very rude. I understand they were short handed, but I had an appointment for 6pm to change 1 tire which I brought with me. The technician had 2 cars and told maria to tell me that they couldn’t do it. Apparently they cancelled all appointments for today due to being short staffed. I had a slash in my front passenger tire so this was something I needed done and didn’t mind waiting for my car to be completed, which I did wait the whole time without complaining or pacing or bothering anyone. This technician is also the same technician who did my oil change once before and refused to do the rotation because he didn’t want to. He was going home and couldn’t be bothered that day. This store is like home to me since I worked here, but situations like this with that techs attitude make it very difficult to want to go there ever again.

Our car was done in an hour and was sitting in the parking lot for 1 hour and 30 minutes. All we needed was 1 patch for a hole in our tire. ONE TINY HOLE and we were there for 2 hours and 30 minutes in total. I swear they forgot about us cause when we moved into view of them they instantly started getting our paperwork together, went here twice before and it was amazing those 2 times, but it was bad this time. And they were also sitting in our car for like 4 minutes just talking to each other because we have a dash cam and always check it after someone else drives our car for privacy and safety reasons.also a worker there who had like a Spanish accent I dont know, she was also kinda rude and was yelling at her employee to like do something when he was doing paperwork while she was like doing nothing.

Disappointed. Horrible customer service. I made an appointment over the phone for 3 PM and when I came to the office one of the customer service representatives by the name of Maria. She was rude and had a horrible attitude. At first, I was trying to be sympathetic because everyone has good days and bad days at work, but after waiting for my car for more than 4 hours for an oil change and staying at the location waiting I noticed she was rude with everyone even with the staff. But besides that, I also noticed that no one moved my car from the same spot at parked when I arrived to do the service, so I decided to ask Maria when my car will be done . The lady Maria answer me rudely again like I told you when you arrived that we dont know when it will be done but your car is being checked right now. I told her my car was in the parking lot and I pointed out the window and she kept saying my car was having the service inside the mechanic shop I asked for my keys and she pretended that i was wrong after saying okay have a nice day the oil is free of charge and we hope to see you soon. No sympathy, no remorse, not even ashamed of lying and noticing she forgot about my car in the parking lot. my car was never touched and I will never go back again after being a customer of this place for over 10 years. thanks to the sarcastic Maria at the front desk.
I bought my tires from Amazon and right there I paid for the installation a week before. Since Amazon advised me this place. I was waiting three and a half hours for them to change the four tires !!!! When they put them on, they put them wrong. Never, never go to this place. A terrible experience !!!!
Ive been here 2 times now to get my Hyundai Elantra serviced, and both times I didnt make an appointment, I just walked in, but my problems were taken care of very quickly both times. Nice staff and good prices, will definitely keep coming back. Also the store is very clean.

Last week I serviced my car with them and I have to admit I regret this deeply. Picking up my car I noticed a dent and a scratch on the car. I chased the manager for two days and when I got him he didnt seem to care less about the incident.
Service is excellent. I bought tires they didnt have and Maria gave me better tires for practically the same price. Will come again for future tire needs.
AJ was great! I stopped because I had a 2 hour drive ahead of me and my temp. light came on the day before. He took me right in, checked things over, adjusted what he needed to...all within a few minutes. I asked what I owes and he said, I was all set. Thats the kind of service that keeps customers coming back, especially for the serious stuff. Had a oil change and a tire repaired, the tire that was repaired was still leaking air. I went three times to try and have them repair the tire and each time they told me it was a three to four hrs wait time.I tell you I come from NC and the level of service in North Carolina versus Florida is so far apart. These auto repair shops in FL are terrible when it comes to customer service. They did the repair and it should take priority over others.
I got my oil changed here and shortly after all the oill leaked out. They didnt change the oil filter. waited 3 hours for the oil to be changed. Second time this has happened to me. Scam artists!

I went to this store to fix my A/C. But prior I needed to know the diagnose. They have a poster outside the store that says is free to check it which is not (Fake advertising). Also, the guy who attended me was rude and with no intention to give me some solutions to help me with my problem, just he told me that was $15 to check my A/C and thats it. Even when I mentioned that the poster outside says FREE a/c check. This guy definitely wouldnt t need to be in front of the store by attending future customers, MAYBE WAS SOMETHING BASED ON MY ACCENT OR SO. Very disappointing experience.
I set up an appointment at 12pm for tire changes, they literally left my car to work on last. The store closes 5pm and at 5pm they were still not done. What’s the point of an appointment then? never coming here again.

Ok so you can write your appology after this but, I am going to tell you it is not going to work. Something else needs to be done. This is my second encounter trying to buy tires with your company and the exact thing happened.I looked online for tires and found a set that I liked. I called local store and spoke to a service person which said they had in stock so I ordered online and made an appointment for weekend. All good at this point.Waited all week and came in on Saturday spoke to a service person and he said that they only had two tires in stock and could order the other two, but could take a while because of Black Friday. WHY WAS I TOLD AT THE BEGINING THAT THEY HAD THEM AND I WAS ABLE TO ORDER THEM ONLINE AND AN APPOINTMENT WAS ALLOWED?Well I told the service person this was not going to work for me and they have to figure this out. Instead of upgrading my tire he wanted to downgrade my tires for the same price. Interesting how convenient those tires were in stock.I could have understand an upgrade for the same price, but a downgrade, that had no warranty, for the same price.Brovo on the playbook you guys use.The reason why I made my remark is that this was not the first time this has happened. About 8 years ago the exact same play was used on me, but they wanted to upgrade the tires with a higher pricetag.I gave you guys a second chance and your company has failed.This will be the last time I will step foot in a PEP Boys.I do have the say the service person was nice though.
Just got tires from Randy at this store. The guy knows his stuff. He was super accommodating and straightforward. We paid a fair price for the Cooper tires. He got us into the bay and on the lift within about 10 minutes of us arriving there. The one thing that really impressed me was that while the guys were putting the wheels with the new tires back onto the car, Randy came into the shop and cleaned the blue off of the raised white letters. He also put some shine gel onto the tires to make them look great. I told my son Dont expect this level of service everywhere you go. This guy is a step above. Thanks for the quick and good service.

I was there to change battery in 6/2020. I asked the staff if my dead battery was still under warranty because I had it changed at the same location years ago but I forgot when. The staff looked up my record and told me no. I paid for the new battery. Recently I found a receipt from 2/2018, it says my battery came with 3 years free replacement. Did the staff have problem doing simple subtraction? Or Pepboys stopped honoring battery warranty?
I went in to Pep Boys because my tire light came on. I was told I needed a new tire due to a nail being in a certain location. I missed my appointment time, and still was still met with WONDERFUL customer service. Juan was able to fix my tire saving me the expense of buying a new tire after all. The service at this location is AMAZING. They always do their best to keep cost down!!
I came in due to a nail in my tire at 7pm. I was told to come back before 9pm. When I arrived, I was informed that there were two nails close together and needed a tire. I didnt want to delay any one of getting home so I suggested that I will leave my tire and have it installed the following day. When I arrived back I was informed that the only tire Technician was on lunch. So I had to wait another hour to get my tire put on my vehicle.
Tim in the automotive service area is awesome. Went above and beyond for me and my vehicle. Also, the time from dropping my car off to getting it back was MICH quicker than expected. Tim and the rest of the team at this location are great!!
Went in for a tire change. Arrived and was met by Tim. He took the time to educate me on the pros/cons of the different tires carried in store. He mentioned that my car would be ready at 01:45 pm, he called at 01:44 pm to notify me that my car is done and ready for pickup. His passion for cars, and genuine desire to help his customers arrive at the right decision was appreciated. Tim, thanks for a great customer service experience!
Angel Pagan was extremely helpful on the time of almost closing installed a battery for my mom. Didnt have to do it but saw a woman in distress and assisted in every way possible professionally. This store is very clean healthful very bang you can find anything you need its like walking into Home Depot but for auto parts and the staff to install it where amazing thank you very much now I know where to go being a woman in distress. And thank you Angel you are an angel

Bad repair service and excessive charges for it. Waited a long time for them (Randy) to not even do the work I needed and clearly asked for. I, regrettably, paid then found out about HORRENDOUS treatment of a female customer. I left parking lot & had to turn back bc they didnt do the most important repair I requested. Take your business elsewhere.
My review would be about about repeated experience with store, not with service. Moved to the neighborhood about 2 years ago, found the auto parts store next door with convenient working hours. Repeatedly used for purchases - over 20 orders on line. Highly recommend their on line service (especially with discount prices). Placing order a breeze. Very pleasant employees always confirming with You over the phone. When order ready - they confirm again for the pick up. Visiting the store and pick up the order - always a courteous and professional members. On my last visit was served by the store manager Mr. Angel Pagan, who was very customer oriented person and helped me out to resolve the issues with my on line account. Thank You for the 5 star service.
Left work early to come and get a flat tire patched. Almost a two hour wait to PATCH ONE TIRE. Supposedly, its only one technician but I watched another person walk in for an oil change they got started on her vehicle right away. Why not knock out the quicker job for the customer thats been sitting over an hour?

I went to get tires replaced the next day one was flat and they told me it had a tiny hole in it that I must have ran over a nail they patched it up for free.The same night the same tire was flat again had to wait the next day till they open the guy told me I must have bad luck i keep running into nails. I told him no I need a new tire because you guys gave me a bad tire 😒.But at least they didnt charge me for it but they did make me wait almost 2 hours and 30 minutes to change one tire .
I have a 3 yr alignment package with Pep boys that I bought at the Davie store. Since I no longer work in that area, I now go to the one in Coral Springs, and unfortunately, they employ Tim. Tim is curt and unpleasant and acted like his day was ruined because I purchased the alignment package in Davie and now wished to use it in the Coral Springs store. Ive been to this Coral Springs store before for an alignment and no one has acted like Tim (quite the contrary... Ive mostly gotten excellent service from the other service employees). Tim has the pleasantness of a roach. Dont be like Tim.

My AC stopped working so I called pepboys to see if they could Take a look at it, when I called I spoke to AJ and he informed me they were booked for the day but would try his best to help, I can’t explain how grateful I am for his response since I have a newborn and no air in car in Florida is not good. This is a very clean and well stocked location. Actually drove up from Fort Lauderdale because this is the only location that had my item in stock. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I do recommend this location for your auto parts needs. They also have a service center offering tires, batteries and automotive service.
Buying tires is on my top 5 most disliked car related tasks. After getting a nail in the front tire we thought about just patching it and putting off the inevitable. After some discussion we decided to go ahead and get 4 new tires. Late in the afternoon, we thought for sure it would either be an over night stay, or a return trip, but a busy work week just added to the stress. Tim B was very helpful and promised the tire change would be done by 7pm and would set up to send a text notification because his shift was ending. We left and returned a little early at 6:30 pm and were surprised to see him in the pit putting the tires on the wheels. Not only excellent customer service, but ultimate follow through! Doing what ever it takes to get the job done. Well done. Will be back for sure
I had been a loyal pep boys customer for the last 3 years, but this weekend’s experience has left a bitter aftertaste.I went to Pep Boys on a Saturday morning to get my car inspected. They recommended that I leave my car with them overnight so they could replace all four of my motor mounts (for the whopping price of $1000+) that night and Sunday morning/afternoon. I hesitantly agreed and I should have gone with my gut to leave but I played along.They needed to order one of the parts since it wasn’t in stock and told me that they would order it that day and said they would work on the repairs that night and the next day.When I called Sunday morning (they’re open on Sundays) to check on the status of the repairs, they told me that no repairs had been made and that the order for the part hadn’t yet been placed and it would not get in until 4pm. They also told me that they would have to keep the car overnight AGAIN to work on it since they closed at 6pm.Mind you by this point I’m looking at ANOTHER day of paying for a rental car and I just couldn’t afford that. Pep Boys’ inability to be honest, to uphold their end of the agreement, and to care about my situation was a strike to the face. I couldn’t believe it.I hope anyone reading this will also get turned off and take their car to another company that places an importance on customer service and satisfaction. You will save yourself a lot of money, time, stress, and frustration.
I had a screw in my tire and went to pep boys to fix it. It was on the edge of the shoulder of the tire, so they weren’t sure if it could be plugged, or if I’d have to replace the whole tire. I left my car at the shop on a busy Saturday expecting to get a call in a couple hours that I needed a new tire. (After all, I wouldn’t know any better!)To my surprise, they said they had taken off and inspected the tire, and the screw (which was in the tread) never actually punctured the rubber, and I didn’t need a plug or a new tire. Not only that, but when I picked up my car, they gave it back without charge. It was so refreshing to do business with an auto shop that was honest and didn’t try to take advantage of you or sell you something you don’t need. They gained a customer for life!
Tim and Jafet are the best !!! They did an AMAZING JOB with my car and I couldn’t be any happier with my choice by going to them for service. I’m definitely going back to them ! My experience started Very bad upon approaching the counter Benjamin one of the reps had a very nasty attitude even though this is the second time I’ve had this issue with my tire in the month since purchasing I spent more than $800 between tires installation and balance Benjamin had no customer service or courtesy instead of diffusing the situation he added more fuel to the fire by saying my car won’t be ready unless I leave it for the next six hours . When I started yelling and stated that was not my mistake that the tire again was damaged and that I stated the first time I was around instead of patching my tire just go ahead and replace it . It took me yelling loud. for Tim another rep to approach and defuse the situation Tim had very high customer service skills, Me and my family always come and get services at this location, I never had this issue in the past I’m glad Tim was there and I believe Benjamin needs a little bit of training and customer service courtesy and de-escalation because thats not a way to treat a customer that services up to 4 cars with you guys . Again thank you Tim for being a day saver, And because of you I will be back my decision was to never step foot in that place after speaking with Benjamin.
PepBoys and this is just my personal opinion. is like going to the dentist. We all hate it, since is usually is due to a problem, but at some point we have to go. Yet as usually there’s nothing that eases the pain like great customer service. Patric tonight was amazing. He guided me to what I needed and gave me options to meet my financial capabilities. After not finding what I needed at two other stores, I tried Pep Boys. I was promptly greeted by Patrick. While Pep Boys did not carry my product, Patrick showed me 3 other alternatives in different sections. We ended up finding one that worked perfectly. Patrick was very nice and saved me time. Ive been going to this location for years. The management and staff is not only helpful. They make you feel like friends. They always go the extra mile while helping me out even taking me to the isles to get what I need. I wish all establishments were like this. The service I receive has always been above average. I would say Excellent. Thank you to all for always steering me right.

Greeted by Tim. I had just called 5 minutes before and asked how long to fix a flat tire and was told 3 hours. Tim said it would be 7 hours. When I mentioned I had just called he got really snippy and rude. Ive never seen anything like this, totally laughable experience.

Is it possible to give zero stars? Store 0292. I paid for labor for an oil change, left 10 quarts of oil and an oil filter on the passenger seat for them to use and asked for an alignment because Im overdue for one and I have the lifetime alignment package. I came to pick up my car, started driving away but something didnt feel right or sound right. I then looked at the remaining oil in the grocery bag on the front seat from the 10 quarts I left for them only to find 1.5 quarts left out of 10 and my car only takes 6. When I went back and showed it to the service manager he asked me to pop my hood (Im assuming he suspected they over filled the engine as I did). When he checked th oil, it was apparent they over filled it by 2.5 quarts. While walking to the car to pop the hood so he could check the level, I said, every time under my breathe so the manager asks every time what so I reply every time I come here you guys mess something up so the SERVICE MANAGER looks me in the face and says, if thats the case then stop coming back here. Apart from the fact that they did something that caused damage to my engine, they have the audacity to give me a dirty attitude as well. I told him if hed like me to stop coming here then refund me for my lifetime alignment package that I paid MY money for. They drained the 2.5 quarts out, gave me back a 5 quart oil to replace and gave me my $160 back for the lifetime alignment package. Ive spent over $10k trying to improve and preserve this car and Pepboys effed that up in just one visit! The only person who Ive met so far that tries to give proper service in the service department side is Brandon and Angel. The other people in service department always have a disgusting attitude. Also, they let me leave the first time with only mentioning the Caster is a bit off because I need an aftermarket kit but failed to mention my rack and pinion has a leak until I discovered this whole issue and came back, had this entire debacle with them, THEN they decided to mention it in the middle of me scolding the manager. That young man (not Brandon) always gives me an attitude and literally has zero customer service skills but it appears that he likes to antagonize customers while theyre already upset. If you care about your car and keeping your car reliable, please do not take your car here. I plan to let everyone I know that goes here for service and buys anything here at all, to stop giving them business. Side note: every time I brought the car here for alignment, they can never fix it because of suspension being old or ball joints and control arms bad or stabilizer link being broken and lastly today being told my Caster kit needs replacing to get the alignment right. I had a Ford certified tech change all those parts every time they said something was wrong, now everything is new under the car (and I mean EVERYTHING) and still they cant get the Alignment right. Mechanics will know that many of they reasons they gave for not being able to correct my alignment is bogus. Incredibly frustrated and not going to let them carry on their dishonest business if I can help it, I will be on every forum blasting them.

I went into Pep Boys today because my daughters cars power outlets were not working. Patrick was incredibly kind, came out to the car, removed the fuses and said they needed to be replaced. He helped me find the correct fuses and then installed them for me. Patrick was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He went above and beyond! I am incredibly grateful!
Tim and the guys at the Coral Springs Pep Boys went above and beyond to fix a crazy situation I had with my mothers car after the engine overheated and cracked the cylinder head. It took over three weeks of dealing with the maintenance claims folks and their adjusters. During the entire process Tim found the time to coordinate with the company paying the claim AND keep me up to date, calling me with details and explaining the process the entire time. In the end my mothers SUV got a newer engine and we could not be happier.
I called (at open of business) to make an appointment today, which I had to stay on hold for nearly 10 minutes including them transferring my call. I scheduled a same day alignment appointment for 12:30pm, which I was informed upon arrival would take 1-1.5hrs to be ready (with my appointment). Since I had to wait, I walked to lunch and returned over an hour later. After 1.25 hrs with possession of my vehicle, Pep Boys hadnt even touched it yet, though they started jobs for numerous other customers!!! The service rep told me they needed another hour to complete a simple alignment. This establishment SUCKS (if a ZERO rating existed Pep Boys would have it, at least this location)!!! I took my business to Firestone, who could have my alignment done in 45 minutes or less with NO APPOINTMENT, including a one year alignment warranty for the exact same price Pep Boys charged for an alignment! Firestone ROCKS!!!

Today wasnt a good start. Water pump went and we were right in the middle of a church festival. Had to have the Tahoe today and the hitch on the back.Tracy, Brian and John at Pep Boys saved the day. Try finding someone to replace a water pump on Sunday. They normally close at 6 PM but stayed till 9:30 pm to finish the job.There are still great people out there. You just have to be lucky enough to find them!Thank you Tracy, John and Brian. THANK YOU PEP BOYS OF CORAL SPRINGS!!!

Terrible staff. I had made an appointment for 11am on a Sunday and when I arrived at 10:55am I tried to park close to the service bays. one of the technicians approached me and told me I had to park in a different area and go inside. Then he stared at my vehicle (Tesla Model 3) and said the only thing we do for this car is tires . I said I know thats what Im here for (tire rotation). Then I went inside and the older gentleman by the service check-in told me I had to wait 5 to 10 mins to check-in (he was on the phone). Okay, I stepped aside and waited, another customer walked in and a younger gentleman check-in the customer. Then he told me I needed to wait 1.5 hours because they were still servicing the 10am appointments. What is the point of making an appointment? I left the place without getting my service done. Anyway, very rude staff.
Great experience! Got a synthetic oil change here and they got me right in, helped me with saving from the original price of 84 dollars to 63, and they plugged my tire for me. Jose took the time to explain to me some things about my car and answered all questions i had.everyone was very nice and i will be coming back. Definitely recommend!
Sent my daughter to get an oil change at Coral Springs Pep Boys or should I say “Pep Children” location. Oil change details clearly states they will change oil, filter, rotate tires, check tread and air pressure And courtesy vehicle check. (Whatever that is according to them). They were not busy. The inexperienced person took forever and never did anything more than change the oil and maybe the filter ( can’t be sure about that). My daughter comes home so check the car tires before her road trip. 20 psi in each tire. Washer fluid almost empty. Oils and grease on steering wheel and other parts of the car. A disgrace, plain and simple disregard for their job, their employer and most important the customer. Stay away. They do not know what they are doing. Do not let them work on your car. Mechanics are not ASE certified. Most still in or just out of college. There might be 1 “real certified mechanic in the whole place”. STAY FAR AWAY IF YOU LIKE YOUR VEHICLE. I wouldn’t bring my bicycle to any or there stores ever again.

They let me wait 3to4hrs to change 4 tires so far i cant tell if i got a good service
Ive been a loyal pep boys customer for over 12 years. I have a slow leak in one of my tires. I had to work and was not able to get to pep boys until 7 pm because I have an hour commute to work with traffic. The boy that I spoke to at the counter said that they could not look at my car today because they only have one mechanic and they wont have time, but that he could make an appointment for tomorrow at 6 pm. I again explained that I have work until 6pm and would not be able to get there until 7 pm and he said that they can not do it. I then spoke to customer relations. They did not offer any alternative solution. They only told me to go back in to the store and explain my situation again. I just want to get my tire fixed. Obviously my safety is not a concern to pep boys and neither is customer service.

I got a great service here - dunno the reason for the bad reviews... They did very good with me.
I made an appointment to get my tires changed for 5 PM. I also needed a wheel lug replaced. After three hours, my tire change was completed. On the way home, my tire was vibrating. The wheel lug was never replaced. They changed my tires a screw missing. Came back the next morning. 1st person in the door, two hours later and its still not completed.
Called yesterday to set appointment for tires he quoted me for one price and when I came in and got my tires they charge me a different price more it seems like they give you a good price just to come and put the tires on your vehicle and charge you whatever they want to they didn’t even apologize they just looked at me and just wanted me to pay did you even try to work anything out

I can even describe my level of content. Not just the service but the customer service. Juan handle my issue with the utmost professionalism. I actually walked in having an issue with PepBoys and my 2016 Honda AND not only was Juan able to show me my error politely and without arguing, he then after accepting my apology turned around and made it EXTREMELY affordable for my issue to be fixed. This was an extraordinary display of humility, customer service and understanding. Honest staff, quick and efficient service, I am now a loyal customer. Trust them with your vehicle.
Very poor customer service. I know of 2 occasions that jobs were not completed and people had to go back to have them complete the job. The attitude of the employees reflect the same attitude of the manager, Juan

My experience at pep boys was awesome thanks to some great employees. Nate especially made my visit very enjoyable. He gave me some great advice and helped me with all the questions that I had. He is outstanding at customer service and overall great at what he does. If it wasnt for Nate I probably wouldnt go to pep boys for all the car services I need. Everyone should go in there and ask for Nate you wont be sorry.

Went in for a tire leak and they were super busy.. would have had to wait for a while but Instead Tim came out to me with my car to see if there was anything that could be done quickly. Found a nail in my tire and patched it right on the spot for me. No charge, and no stress. Thanks Tim!! 👍🏼👍🏼
