Its a great store for shopping arts and crafts supplies, decorations, wall hangings, artificial flowers and a lot more. The store has excellent hygiene and cleanliness. Visitors are required to follow COVID SOPs. Do not miss the sale and Clarence items, I always find something interesting there.

Its amazing place to looking for any thing you want on art crafts and more. The place is comfortable, clean and you can find easily any item because of isles are good organized .

The Coral Springs location is better organized than the Sunrise location. I found the craft supplies I needed & the cashier, & the (very knowledgeable!) lady in charge both went out of their way to be helpful & informative. Also- the store, including the Womens Restroom, was very clean. Plenty of free parking, & wheelchair accessible.

Pros: I love this store. Its seasonal set ups help me choose items for my home nicely. I love the quality of the items offered. It can be a bit pricey but its my splurge store!!Con: They do need more selections in King size bedding.

My new favorite go to for craft material. Workers are really nice and helpful. No one seems moody or bothered. So asking for help isnt an issue. Cashiers are very nice too. Always a good day at michaels

They have stopped ordering material for building scale models. Like Hobby Lobby they are just letting what they did carry run down. Nothing useful for assembling, painting and building scale models. Another wasted trip. Zero stars if I could.

They had what I wanted and check out Time was good.

They can make your pictures stand out with amazing frames custom made for your artwork or photos. They can design or enlarge your photos rite in front of you.

This is definitely an older store that could use a remodel. Baking section doesn’t have much in terms of sprinkles, fondant colors, luster dust, etc. The rest of the store is pretty well stocked and sales are like every other Michael’s. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Bathrooms are DISGUSTIG. I literally dont see bathrooms this gross in gas stations on a road trip.

Their selection for acrylic gloss paint its none at all only satin and matte. Their selection is very poor this past year has been the worst they never have any gloss paint and if they do its none that I want. At least your canvas go on sale and I buy them theyre cheaper but I cannot find what I need I hope they can restock again and be the Michaels that I like to shop in

Called the coral springs store.forgot the employees name.but she was very sweet and helpfull,and happy to help me.

The cashier was affable and I was suprised that the store was open during this time of pandemic. I managed to score a single Tombow ABT marker with an email coupon while I was there.

I ordered some at supplies to be picked up using the curbside delivery. I had the option of two stores but chose the coral springs store because they had all the supplies I needed in stock. I followed the instructions; called the store, stopped in front of the sliding doors, and waited for the store employee to bring my purchases. I waited 15 minutes, called again. No apologies were made and I was simply told, well be right out. Eventually, (a little more than 5 minutes) an employee brought out my purchases. Upon checking the items, one was missing. Called for the third time, and was informed that item was out of stock. Because I was going to be painting with friends via zoom, paintbrushes are essential... which Murphys law determined that would be the missing item! I ended up painting with my fingers, cotton swabs and cotton balls because going into the store would have delayed me far too long.

The best Craft supply store

This store has always been fairly clean, organized, and well stocked in the past so I have no idea if maybe the location is closing or what, but we were there yesterday and it looked like a bomb had hit the place. In the sticker section, there was such chaos that it was impossible to find the prices on sticker packs because everything was just hanging on a random hook, the price tags listing things that were nowhere to be found. Almost every type of supply we looked for was either out of stock, or the items left had been scattered all over the shelves, ripped out of packages, or in some cases, broken or thrown on the floor. The bathroom was horrifying, with clearly unflushed toilets and various smears and liquids on the seats and floor. The stall I chose had no toilet paper, and clearly hadnt for awhile as people had apparently been using the seat covers, which were shredded all over the stall and in the toilet itself. As I said, Im wondering if maybe the company is closing that location because it appeared to have been abandoned in terms of care and restocking. Well check back another time and Ill update if it has improved.

This store is a DISASTER! I bought online two items and I just had ONE...Anybody knows NOTHING ABOUT THAT.The manager? The most irrespective person... She never did the minimum effort to looking my order, all the packages are on the floor...No solutions, was a Christmas gift and she only yelled REFUND HER MONEY...I don’t recommend this place!

Michaels is pretty empty right now. So are a lot of their shelves, not sure if thats due to Christmas being cleared out or if theyre having a stocking issue. It was my first time in the store since the start of covid. Everyone was masked. Cashiers each had sanitizer. I saw employees on the floor but no one seemed to be doing anything specific when I saw them, just passing from one place to another, maybe collecting curbside orders? No idea but I would have liked to see some type of sanitizing going on. Of course just because I didnt see it doesnt mean they dont do it. The clearance section was a mess. Alot of the stuff there was unlabeled so I ended up bot vuying a few things just because I couldnt figure out how much they cost. The items I did see priced didnt seem very marked down. I got a pair of kids dino socks for 60% off which brought them to $2 and a journal that was marked down to $5.97. Neither was worth more than the sale price meaning they were overpriced to begin with. I bought a drawing pad, my second choice since my first choice was out of stock, same price as Amazon but with the coupons you get as a member 20% for this trip you do save a little. The cashier was very polite and waited very patiently while I brought up my rewards and coupon info. Overall not a bad experience. Ill head back in a few weeks and see if theyve refilled those empty shelves with new goodies.

Clean store but not very knowledgeable staff

This is a clean beautiful place at Michaels. Where you can buy flowers, picture frames, paints precious and papers to put a picture in your printer and transfer into the one youre going to iron on your jacket. My son passed away and I wanted a picture of him in my jackets. So I went to Michaels what different flowers gave some out as gifts and beautiful vase. Made some pictures with the transfer paper on tea shirts for his kids and brothers and family. My brother buys beads and cross and makes rosaries to give to the family. Beautiful clean store they have different things for the home and for the kids like toys and thinks they can paint arts and crafts. I recommend it highly

The staff is very helpful, and everything is kept clean and organized. The only way they could improve is by keeping a better eye on the checkout line during busy hours. It shouldnt take 20 minutes to get through the line. I would suggest management assists with checkout when possible. I never see managers helping out.

I love Michaels craft store!!! Today I bought sugars and cream yarn to crochet a wash cloth to match some bath gel Im giving as a gift. Thats the best yarn to use for crocheting wash cloths. The cashier Madison was also very pleasant while checking out.😃

A little on the pricey side for some items like custom framing but definitely the Lowes of craft trade. Always an interesting visit. Dont be in a rush when you visit, youll miss out on a lot. Joann Fabric & Crafts is also a decent alternative if you dont find what youre looking for here.

Not a enough cashier stayed in line for 20 minutes

So grateful to find them open on New Years Day when it was the only day I was in the US on a day visit primarily to pick up art supplies. Reasonable prices and stock, especially as the staff were in the process of taking down the holiday stock and putting out new stock. LOVE the amount of canvasses I was able to purchase; spent just over $125 on items that would EASILY have cost $500-600 on island. The staff were really friendly also, especially welcoming since I am sure they would rather have been at home with their families on this particular day. Thanks to the staff.

This store is the go to place for all creative minds. They have literally everything, and the staff is extremely helpful in helping you find exactly what youre looking for. Ill definitely be going there again when its time for my next project.

Pick up some yarn for crafts

I tend to spend a good amount of time in here... although this is not my favorite location, I like to look around because one thing or another will be available in different stores. Staff is mostly friendly, they’ll help you out locating stuff and talking about the deals going on. Prices and variety are good.

Michaels is not what it was once, very sad store, only a few items to pick from. Their hobby and crafting supplies are sad, and specially their painting section compared to years passed ia shocking.I am model kit builder and use many different things in my displays, back in the day Michaels was the place to go, it seems those times have gone by

Always a pleasant experience here. The staff is very knowledgeable about anything you have questions on. My only complaint is that they never seem to have enough cashiers working because there always seems to be a line no matter the time.

I recently went to Michaels to buy 18×24Poster Frames . The Sawgrass Store only had 3 on the shelf. I Asked the staff to check the other stores to see if they had more. She nentioned and directed me to the Michaels store in Davie stating they had 7 of the Poster Frames I wanted. I went to the Davie store and found 3 on the Shelf as in the Sawgrass location.I purchased the 3 Poster Frames.It turned out that 2 of the Frames was dryrotted and broken. I proceeded to take the broken Frames back for 2 better un broken ones. I had to go to 2 additional stores Pembrook and Coral Springs because Sawgrass didnt have the Frames.I like Michaels However, there has to be a Better way to fullfill customer service..There is more but I fed up of this process..

Going to Michaels is always fun. There is a wide range of crafts for everyone to enjoy. There are lots of silk and dried flowers, fabric painting and decorating supplies, and plenty of things like paints and canvases. We have found the canvases here to be significantly less than in other places, when you buy them in multi-packs.The store is well organized and the people are friendly. This is one of the first places we check when looking for crafty supplies.

Place is nice and clean and they have a great selection of everything you may need as far as crafts and stuff.The staff however, is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get someone who’s nice and knowledgeable,while other times you may get several staff members with an attitude ( cashier AND order pick up cashier in the back of the store) . Some of their staff is bitter, always annoyed and just unhappy to be on the floor.The other thing is that they make mistakes when picking up an online order. We placed an order online for in store pick up. Next day we got a confirmation email saying our itemS were ready for pick up. When we got there, lady kept rushing me to sign the receipt when I can clearly see that multiple items are not in the bag. She literally said “ sign here please’’ THREE times in a span of 5 seconds as I was visibly looking to make sure my order was correct. When I informed her that the order is wrong and I’m missing several things including a big 19 inch metal hoop, she rolled her eyes and “ went back to check” . Of course several items were missing from our order and I refused to sign for a complete order. She re issued the receipt with the correct item and when asked I was sent a confirmation email that ALL the items were ready for pick up, she said she has no clue why. I asked why was I rushed to sign the receipt before I can get a chance to even look in the bag, she said she “thought al of it was there”I got my child ready to go,drove there, was given a nasty attitude,rushed to sign an incomplete order, even though I had a confirmation email that ALL my items were ready for pick up and nobody took any accountability for any of this.Very frustrating.

They want you to keep coming into the store to see whats on sale next.Its an addicting hobby for many women of all age groups to shop in Michaels in a search for the items that are actually priced at a normal retail price people will pay. Or as Michaels will call it: 50% OFF SALE!They also sell an abundant amount of crafts and hobby supplies and have friendly and helpful staff.

Conveniently located, great store layout, but I typically only shop here only with coupons ( which can be found on their app). Often times the checkout lines are really really long even when there are multiple cashiers working to check people out. All things considered thou, this place is great! They offer free classes too!

I liked that the store had a lot to offer as far as selection; however I felt that its quite pricey in comparison to Joanns or the crafts section at Wal-Mart which sells quite a few of the same exact items I need. For example they had a certain set of canvases for $20 that Joanns had for $14.99...when you have to stock up saving 5 bucks per item is a HUGE difference on your purse. Many things also didnt show the price, which tells me its expensive and the store was dimly lit, but again lots of options to choose from in there.

This Michaels was very poorly stocked on oil paints. When I toldthe manager I have over 40 adult students that would love to buy paints from her. But they have practically nothing in stock. She was very unconcerned. And said that theyre a very small store and theres really nothing she could do about it. I told her I would take my students business elsewhere

This place is great. The staff is so nice. They helped me to put together a project that I was creating for my wife at the last minute. The way that they treated me took a lot of stress off of the fact that this was being done last minute. They even offered me 50% off one of my items. I can only be grateful for this place Kama as they contributed to my family having a Merry Christmas.

Its a mess. Nothing in any order. Mostly go there for cake baking supplies and yarn. The yarn is all over the place. Poorly laid out. Cant find anything. Looks like a poorly laid out going out of business sale. So disappointed.

Overall, my experiences at Michaels are happy times. Even when they have a super sale, and the line is long, it moves fast. Their cashiers are knowledgeable of their stock and keep the lines moving. I must have been there 4 days a week right before Christmas. You couldnt beat those prices. My only complaint is when I asked a particular employee in the floral dept, who happened to be in another isle. When she looked at us, it was obvious she did not want to be bothered. Ok, everyone may have an off day. Unfortunately, a few weeks later I found myself having to ask that same person a question. I clearly began my conversation I know you dont want to help me, but... And true to her nature, she told me to go the frames dept for help. Between her expression and tone, I hope never to deal with her again. I did mention that to my cashier, who thanked me for telling her. Her reply was We should be happy people-we sell glitter. We both just laughed. See the difference a pleasant person makes!

This store never fails. You always walk out with more than you intended and the best part is that the sales are awesome. If it is not on sale you can pull a coupon up on your phone while you wait in line. Michaels is a store I cannot do without!
