We ordered from this location last night on 08/28/2021 and this is what came. Very disappointed.

Ordered Belgian milkshake. Guy at counter was nice. Gave me a regular / thin paper straw. Didn’t have thick milkshake straw. Had to remove cover to drink with mouth. Dirtied up my shirt because of it. To top it off, found piece of cardboard on milkshake. Everything went wrong. I am now sad.

Loved the ice cream & I absolutely love the customer service! This young lady Yesenia went above and beyond for me & my kids, she was friendly & answered all my questions to the best of her knowledge. Pricey ice cream but it’s worth it! Love the tables they have outside to enjoy your ice cream relaxed on Miracle Mile. Will definitely return! Thanks again Yesenia :)

I love this place, but last staff who took care of my order was sloppy and very distracted. Maybe it was because of lack of experience or new in the job so I will just take one start off. I come really often to this place so maybe next time I give them a a better review! Miami in general needs to rescue the customer care practices... It is super sad to see new people working careless and with a friendly face. I understand we are humans and sometimes have bad days, but normally dont let my personal emotions to affect my daily job so I know for a fact that its doable and it helps to better deal with those same issues later on... Go Miami !!!

Very nice customer care. Could be cleaner in all honesty, the stools and counter inside was dirty but other than that a good experience. The icecream is delicious but very pricey.

Went in to treat my family to some ice cream. The staff were very friendly and energetic. The place was very clean. Love that they have tables outside to enjoy the ice cream with no rush. I had the banana split. The fruits were fresh and the ice cream was delicious. Thank you Haagen-Daz in Miracle Miles, for the pleasant experience.

Terrible experience here, will not be coming back. As someone who was born and raised in Vermont I am a big fan of Ben and Jerry’s, but thought I’d give Häagen Dazs a chance. Not only was the ice cream awful, but the staff as well. A man, who I later learned was the manger, was extremely rude to me, my family, and even the staff helping us. Overall awful experience, the only cool person in the entire store was some red head

We were a total of 7 people and received great service during rush hour. The ice cream 🍨 of course was delicious! Clean establishment. Meter parking.

Google said closed at 11pm but some red head decided 10:42 was better for her schedule. Why have closing times…

Horrible experience! Never come here to get ice cream. Customer service is horrible. The chubby girl with black hair is extremely rude. She served us a tiny scoop of ice cream. Almost 8 dollars for a miserable amount of ice cream. I complained about it, and she told me “it’s our policy.” I’ve been to many Haagen Dazs and I never had a problem. Again, horrible customer service and treatment. Never coming back again!

Amazing location. Miracle Mile is always a great place to walk and enjoy the night life. Nothing more refreshing than an Aloha Mango Smoothie for Miami’s super hot summer nights... 4 stars because they need more staff, specially on weekends (they only have 2 employees on Fridays and Saturdays)

This was a rip off. Paid close to $20 for 2 what they call “regular” size ice creams. The cup was definitely small and the 3 scoops were miniature. It’s amazing how establishments are now in the habit of ripping off their customers. Never going back to this place EVER! People are impressed because they had ice-cream on the mile. So what. Came in on Saturday afternoon at 1:30 pm. Customer service was very rude by a young girl named Veronica? I came in just for a mini ice cream because I wasnt looking to spend too much. I ask for specifically for a mini cone but they trick you into getting a bigger cone for not much extra and to get toppings without letting you know its a lot extra. My ice cream was double the price! When the price rung up I told her I didnt know they would make it that much more expensive and that I just didnt want the ice cream then.She kept insisting I absolutely had to buy the ice cream with the worst attitude and rolling her eyes. She went back and forth me for awhile insisting that I had to buy it with no choice. When I said I didnt expect it to be this expensive when she snuck in all the extras she rolled her eyes and said you need to look at the menu. I was shocked how rude and disrespectful she was. She knew what she was doing trying to sneak it in.Im not the type to write bad reviews but this was the worst customer experience Ive experienced. I know its difficult to deal with customer needs or requests but shouldnt you at least try respectfully? Especially in understanding why a customer is surprised or isnt pleased at the extra costs snuck in.To this location, please train your employees better.

The Guys were super nice Santiago Bricero and Tiffany Cruz they treated us very well .Today’s night shift 11/29/2020 they were close and people were still getting inside and they told the ladies that it was close and they started making complaints because the googles hours shift isn’t correct and I consider as a customer that the ladies had the baddest attitude ever and they were so extra and disrespectful.

I placed an order for a ice cream cake through Uber eats and it took them over 20 minutes to call me and tell me that they didnt have the size I had order and that I had to cancel the order and place a new one. Meanwhile, the guy from uber eats was calling me too to ask if I had cancelled the order. Explained to him that I didnt and that I had to place a new one, which I did. He had to leave the place and when I called the store to find out about the order, I was told that someone else will come and pick up the order. Over an hour wait for less than a mile drive. Would never order at this place again. Do not recommend.

Unfortunately the customer attention is very deficient!!! Super slowly and there is no good availability to attend well to the clients needs! Additionally, could please somebody clean this place?

False advertising. Website says they are open until 1am. Went at 11:45p and the girl is inside and says they are closed. It was hard enough to find parking in the Gables. Will NEVER go back.

Great ice cream. The store is clean inside but the worker isnt cleaning the outside tables that often, which are covered in ice cream.

Such a cute little store! My daughter found this while we are cruising down miracle mile on a very HOT day and it was perfect!

The ice cream itself was good, fresh, and tasty. But for a Friday night and being a location on Miracle Mile, I feel like they shouldve had a second employee for the night cause there was just 1 employee and she had to prep a bunch of ice cream orders by herself and although we were the 2nd in line when we got there.. the line then grew to have 3 more groups of people behind us. We literally walked down the block and then back and when we passed the shop again the people that were behind us were still there. Just more help on high volume days would be a good suggestion is all.

Good ice cream. Good service, but take the out of order sign off your restroom already. Your customers who actually buy at your ice cream shop should be allowed in your restroom. Your bathroom has been out of order for about a year which I am pretty sure is against the law at this point.

Service really slow. And when it comes to add the final touch to our 4 milkshakes, whipped cream, we have been told that they run out of whipped cream. Grrrr And the employee laugh and told us that this is not her fault !

My husbands favorite place. This one particular will not get my business again. I go to Hagan dass all the time and Ive never paid $20 for a cup of ice cream and a waffle bowl with a scoop of ice cream. The service was very good but im not going back there

Its a good ice cream place, staff there is nice but one problem is they keep trying to advertise their new sundae thing. I recommend getting the cookie dough flavor.

This is your typical Haagen-Dazs ice-cream parlor. They have outdoor seating and your expected flavors. This location also has their milkshakes - the Belgian chocolate milkshake is incredible as always!

Delicious and the young folks at the counter were very friendly. $10 / pint to go, through???? Plus our double cones were $9 apiece. A little pricey.

Wonderful place to walk to and have dessert after a meal. Great location to sit and watch the action around you while enjoying an ice-cream.

Dont order ice cream cakes at this location. Placed an order on a Thursday for it to be ready on a Sunday, called the Saturday before to ask if it would be ready for pick up, was told yes. Arrived Sunday afternoon and staff did not know about any order for an ice cream cake. They called their manager who gave me a long spiel about their cooler breaking down.

I wish i read the reviews before placing an order for a cake on TUESDAY and then calling today, Friday, to pick it up and the staff has no recollection of an order. Gave me the bakers number and owners number, and one is disconnected and one wont answer. Now she wont come to the phone. So unprofessional.
