Store is nice, well stocked. People are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately theres no parking and hard to do so on the side street. Front is Bird Road, so one cant park there either.

Maybe Im too easy going but when there are only 2 customers including my self, the guys were not interested in helping keep out. How do i know this? I looked for what i was looking for could not find it so i walked towards the register the guy saw me and he left to get coffee while the other one started to joke with the other guy. Thankfully home depot had what i needed.

Love the paint...but it is hit and miss with customer service. The service sucks often when there are young guys that act like they dont want to be there and reluctantly helping you. Ive had to complain to head office a few times to get someone at the store to help me correctly.

Bad service in general, the people who serve you badly educated and are not trained to serve the public. I brought a sample to help me with the most similar color and at all times their answer was that I should only look for the color when, from my own experience, in other stores they place the sample in a machine and prepare the most similar color possible. Here in this store they had no desire to provide services.
