Love it! The service was excellent. My husband and I found our dream wedding bands. Johanna did a great customer service and walk us very patiently thru the process of selecting our rings.

I’m always stunned by the treatment of staff at this store all these years. You must look loaded and expensive and filthy wealthy to buy here. I was going to make a $900 + necklace purchase as a gift for a friend and the sales person was so rude and annoyed letting me try it on that I bought the necklace online once I left the store. I am not sure why the sales assistants here act like they’re “too good” to help people who walk in but I am starting to think it’s in Tiffany Gables training / boarding, which is shame because then customers like myself will just order online or not at all.

I went to the store for an anniversary gift for my husband. I had searched online and had an idea of what I was looking for. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the specific item in stock, although they did have some other items I was looking at. The greeter at the door was very kind. However, the older lady who was “helping” me seemed very reluctant to provide any assistance and was very rude. Mind you, I was never asked what I was shopping for, the occasion, etc. - also I didn’t even have a budget for the gift .. However, when I told the sales associate the item I liked online, she let me know that it wasn’t available at the store, but made sure to add: “you know it costs $____, right?” .. Yes - I know I didn’t walk into Marshalls, and I’m certainly not there to window shop. Maybe she did not think I could afford anything there since I came in workout gear after a SoulCycle class a few doors down, and simply a wallet in hand .. Even if there was something I loved, I wouldn’t have purchased it here because of the poor service. Instead I went to Nordstrom and picked up a few pieces by David Yurman. Will not be back or recommend.

The products are beautiful, yes, the place too. But the people in there they are just superb. Very gentle and friendly. Highly recommend tiffany

First the good, the customer service at this location is exceptional, the staff are very professional. Unfortunately my rating stems from the quality of the wedding band I purchased two years ago. The band is a classy platinum piece that is diamond encrusted, very elegant. Clearly, the piece bares the price of the Tiffany name, thus at 2300 dollars I aspected that quality of the piece would be exceptional. I guess I was fooled by the marketing and Tiffany is another scam in a long line of companies. The piece in question lost a diamond a few weeks ago, I went ahead and made a visit to my nearest location and was told that each diamond that needed to be replaced was 100 dollars. So not only does one pay a premium for the name but Tiffany is not happy sticking it to you the first time. No, they want you to bend you over and give it to you one more time. Never mind the fact that you purchased a product from them, now you have to waste more time driving twice to the store so in all I wasted 400 dollars in time. I had a friend purchase a similar piece from an independent jewelry and the band also lost a diamond. He however paid only 400 dollars for his piece.So if you want to be an idiot like me and keep throwing money away on inferior quality jewelry have add it. I think the only thing Tiffany makes that is of good quality is those blue boxes.

I just recently purchased a ring & gifts on this Coral Gables / Merrick Park Store. I just want to say that the best that can happen, is feeling the store associate as involved and as interested on the right thing, as if she was part of my family. Thanks to Johanna, I honestly hope you wouldve been the sales associate who helped me with my engagement ring back in 2016. Thanks again!!!

High end jewelry for which you will pay a premium for sure, but worth every penny if its something you appreciate. Staff here is excellent. Location in Merrick Park is a huge plus. Many places charge a premium but Tiffany deserves it because the quality is always excellent and the merchandise original and of course there is the service.I believe the gentleman that helped me was Jonathan and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and personable. They have a way of making you feel like you are the only client in the place. He helped me find the perfect birthday gift for my wife, for which I am grateful.

My first time and my last one, bad experience, management no clue how to solve a simple problem.

I loved buying jewelry so I tried Tiffany’s, I even gave it a 5 star until one of the pieces broke and to repair it cost as much as a new piece. The quality is so bad! Never had a problem with any other as I did with this brand. What a ripe off. Not ever buying anything else here that is for sure

Last January I bought my wife a lovely pen from @tiffanyandco from The Shops at Merrick Park. Unfortunately the pen’s cartridge was faulty and I had to go back to replace it. I was greeted by the store manager Maggie Parker and directed to Mekenzie Bradley who quickly took care of my pen issues. I was sat down and offered several options of beverages. My coffee came in a tastefully painted Tiffany & Co. themed cup, and while I sipped on my espresso Mekenzie brought out two new cartridges (black and blue) and asked me which one I wanted. I expressed my intention to purchase the blue one (so my wife has two color options for her pen). Instead of having to pay for the extra one, I was given them both for free. I want to say thank you for the amazing experience. Kudos to the brand and to the staff, great job guys!!!

I was there waiting and nobody had the courtesy of asking if somebody took care of me. I wait 10 minutes and left.I will not waste my time going back to that store.

Excellent experience for her wedding ring! Im not a professional looking person, I have tattoos (multiple) on my face and even on the back of my head to say the least. I do look like I may have did some time in the joint, BUT....I feel like I was never judged and was treated professionally here at this location. The staff was pleasant. If you want the best ask for Carlos!

I couldnt have asked for a better engagement ring buying experience. The staff was friendly and experienced. They answered all my questions, were helpful with the entire process, and made sure I was absolutely sure of the ring I wanted to purchase. Ask for January!

Excellent service and attention..the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy (as in other stores of the like)..if you go to this store in particual ask for Deimante (she is the best!) and do NOT forget to ask for some bubbly!

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff was rude and not helpful. Other Tiffanys locations are much more pleasant. Dont waste your time at the Merrick park location.

The customer service in this store has no idea what customer service is about. I had my ring sent to service several times and NOBODY ever followed up with me on status, etc. unless I reached out to them. I am very disappointed with how they treated my case and wouldnt have expected it from a company like Tiffany.

Diamanté is the reason I continue to shop at this Tiffany location.. she’s the best!!

I went for an adjustment to my engagement ring and I met very friendly people, they gave us the ring in time and they gave us our turquoise box, one we wanted and they denied my fiancé in the Boca Raton store, where I bought the ring . Here if you feel the vibes of #BelieveInLove the label that both promote
