One of the most gorgeous furniture stores Ive ever been in. They have wonderful, high impact pieces in a beautiful store that even smelled amazing! The staff was friendly and it was truly inspirational. I fell in love with the large wooden tables and the sculptures throughout. This place is a must visit if you are planning on redecorating your home.

In my visit I saw An amazing showroom very high end furniture, unique and exclusive design pieces.I found the finishes, linens and leathers gorgeous.The customer service is really nice, friendly and willing to assist, they listen your ideas and bring and propuse a lot more.Great experience!!!

Came in looking to furnish my apartment, the showroom is absolutely stunning. The designers had a clear idea on what I was looking for and went above and beyond with the design. Super pleased with the outcome and the customer service!
We are a New York interior design firm and enjoyed working with Artefacto to design and specify over $200,000 of furnishings for our clients Miami Beach apartment with the understanding that they would not deal directly with our client that we have been working with for over 20 years.BIG mistake.Artefacto ended up selling direct to our client so that the client avoided paying us our 30% commission and gave the client our designer discounts.
In my last purchase with te store I had a great experience within the staff, designers and the billing process was quiet fast and my furniture looks amazing at my Miami Condo.

Stay away from Artefacto especially if you are an Interior Designer. They do not respect the trade & will steal your client even if you brought them in & even if your company’s name is in the order. The owner’ Paulo Bacchi’s word is meaningless - the sales person in Coral Gables Guillermo cannot be trusted and is worthless - the showroom manager Virginia is less than worthless. Our company has been in business as an architectural & Interior design company for over 40 years & this is a warning for the trade - please heed this warning - we must group together to stop unfair business practices
Buying the furniture from this company has been a nightmare. To avoid the delivery fee that is 5% of the total value of the purchase ($$$$), I hired another company and I went personally to pick up the order. One of the pieces was defective and the packing slip sent to the warehouse was incorrect. More than 45 minutes of waiting and no solution from the administration. I had to leave without completing the order. When I requested the refund for the pieces that I could not collect and that now, I do not want to buy from them due to all the inconveniences caused, the answer from Artefacto was that the company does not have another authorized signature than the owner, who is traveling and nobody knows when he will be back. The refund will be processed when owner gets town. Three weeks later and I am still waiting to get my money back and finish this transaction. What a shame that the customer service behind such beautiful designs is so terrible. I really just want to close this transaction and dont buy nothing from them anymore.Comprar con esta compania ha sido una pesadilla. Para evitar el delivery fee que es el 5% del valor total de la compra, contrate a otra compania y fui personalmente a recoger la orden al warehouse . Una de las piezas estaba defectuosas y la orden enviada al warehouse incorrecta. Mas de 45 minutos de espera y ninguna solución de parte de la administración. Cuando solicite el retorno de dinero por las piezas que no pude recoger y que ahora no deseo comprar por todos los inconveniente causados la respuesta de Artefacto es que la compania no tiene otra firma autorizada que no sea el dueño que esta de viaje y no se sabe cuando regresa. El refund sera procesado cuando el regrese. Tres semanas después y aun no consigo recoger mi dinero y terminar los inconvenientes. Que pena que el customer service detrás de tan bonitos diseños sea tan terrible. La gestión de la vendedora por satisfacer la necesidad de su cliente muy pobre. Realmente solo quiero cerrar esta transacción y no tener que regresar mas.

Bad experience with Miss Morejon, she could barely answer our questions! We ended up at Roche Bobois close by to furnish our 8,000sqft home.
