I absolutely love the atmosphere! When I walked in I was taken back by the inviting ambience of this quaint Ice Cream Bar. There are sections where you can write your name or even write the name of your special someone. There are multiple places where you can take a cute photo. Now to the ice cream. So I ordered the Lady Luck Sundae. Mann did I feel lucky when I dove into this incredible sundae. This sundae is served with strawberry cheesecake ice cream, an entire slice of cheese cake drizzled with strawberry marmalade and topped with whipped cream. This sundae is served in a martini glass with a gram cracker rim. Let me tell you that this is the best ice cream I have had in a long time. Everything went together perfectly and the cheesecake was absolutely amazing it blew my mind. This is my new go to ice cream spot.

This little ice-cream shop is fantastic. The service was with-a-smile, and impeccable. The ice-cream is high quality, and all of the flavors we tried (rum raisin, birthday cake, Oreo, and coffee) were delicious. Our whole family enjoyed the experience, immensely. We cant wait to go back, and plan to do so very soon. Parking behind the building provides an easy breezy in-and-out. Excellent family business, well run by the knowledgeable and proud daughter of an ice-cream aficionado. Highly recommended to all.

Totally awesome and open super late!

Came here today for our first time. The website says the business is open but when we got here it was closed. I called to verify and they said they had a private party and couldn’t post their business hours online every day to update. Well, that’s a huge inconvenience to those who are from out of town! Maybe find a way to do that so people don’t drive 30/40 min tour of their way to come here and then have to turn around.

Sweet Servings is really a one of a kind unique Ice Cream shop. The deserts are amazing artistic creations. The tastes and presentation is excellent. The atmosphere is relaxing, comfortable and fun. Would definitely recommend you try it. We will be back! We got the 50 shade of grey cookies and cream + cookie dough milkshake, the Gold Digger Sundae and the Birthday Cake Sundae, which were all amazing!

Google said it was open until 1 am. I arrived over half an hour before the supposed closing time. It was closed. Ridiculous.

Found this place by chance! My friends and I were looking for something sweet at 1 am and we had an absolute blast. The woman who took care of us was super sweet and welcoming, all 7 of us are definitely going to be new regulars!!!

Have come twice and found business closed during business hours. Usually on a weekend around 4pm. Shows open on website. Tried calling but no one answers the phone. Very disappointing.

Large portions for a tasty treat to share! Unique combinations of sundae/shakes, or personalize your own. This is a great environment to hang out or go on a date. We stayed to play games and relax on the couches and had a lovely time!

An easy going atmosphere with a cool wide selection of ice cream and a hard working store owner. The root beer floats are amazing. An excellent place to take a date after a movie or dinner.

Horrible experience with a Lady named Liza. After weeks of trying to coordinate a pick up, my ice cream tubs were handed to me melted, one of them even leaking. She then directed me to a nearby publix to buy dry ice which they didn’t have and when I asked her for help, she got rude because I caught her lying about how the ice cream tubs were transported in a freezer truck when I clearly witnessed with my own eyes a gentleman drop them off out of a Black Chevrolet through their back door of their parking lot since she had me waiting 15 minutes because the tubs weren’t even there upon my arrival. Never once in the weeks of conversation did she mentioned the tubs were being brought from another place nor did she advise me being the “expert” in the field that maybe I should bring a cooler with dry ice. She was so rude, even hung up the phone on me, then proceeded with not having time to go back and forth with me. I can’t even believe people like this are in the customer service Industry.

They didnt have any of the oven items which eliminates half the menu and they got my order wrong, twice. At first glance the ambiance is nice but then you sit and notice that theres a lot of exposed cords from the lights that really kill the look. But what really got me is that the bed they have which is supposed to be for pictures and for customers to sit was completely covered with the employees personal belongings like their purses, backpacks and sweaters. Over all it was pretty underwhelming.

First time there and I absolutely loved it! I went with my boyfriend and we ordered a coookie dough cookie cream shake and not just the taste was delicious bit the presentation was super cute as well as the place! Best for anyone especially couples. Plus theres markers where you can write on the walls and bathroom. SUPER COOL

When I ordered thru uber eats this company declines my order with out letting me know, never buying from these people again rather know my Wendys shake is coming than wait 20 mins and my order to be canceled twice.

Drive about 18 miles just to have this ice cream.But its totally worth it.The ambience and location is great and not to mention one of the best tasting ice creams Ive had.I highly recommend it.

I had the pistachio and dulce de leche on a waffle cone. I have never had pistachio ice cream with real pistachio nuts in it. It was quite the experience. It tasted organic. The ambience was really nice too. Sorry I didnt take any pictures.

Awesome fun decor and great presentation on everything we ordered! We had a horrible night trying to find a club that wasnt overcrowded/dirty and just as we were going to call it a night and go to bed we found this place and it made the whole night a memorable experience instead of a bust!

Was my first time coming, 5:32 pm on Sunday. The place was close, called and they said sorry we close at 6pm, yet again was 5:32pm and online it says until 7pm. Cant even get their time right. Wont be coming back for sure.

I really donde like it at all, I ordered a shake, and it was tasteless I rather buy Publix milk it didn’t taste like nothing and it cost $9 pretty expensive for such a bad product. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Sorry but is the truth.

Its sad to say but never again will Ill order from them. Love their icecream but there service sucks!!! Its always a problem from them not answering the phone or they cancel the order. UBER eats canceled my order after 20 mins in waiting. When I finally spoke to Bassets they said they would deliver to me but even after waiting over 20 mins, they called me back to say, sorry Im in the store alone and cant deliver it to you. Although it was disappointing I understood. Bassets told me to go ahead and order from Uber eats that she will make sure the order will go thru this time. Stupid me, I ordered it again and guess what, after 20 mins again, it was canceled. I called the store several times and luckily when I reached the store staff person, she said she is alone and didnt even have a valid reason for these cancellations. Now Ive gone from understanding to furious. I spent close to 2 hrs for fken icecream. It seems there isnt enough workers and just a mess with their service. I even told her that other customers have given similar reviews like mine. Just want to say how can such great quality icecream and shakes have terrible service!? Sorry, but Cold stone doesnt treat their customers like this. Never again and good luck for those calling bassets because they hardly ever answer their phone. WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT!!
