Made fun of peoples orders, charged for the wrong items purposely so that you would have a higher total and did not correct it. Said that the transaction didnt work the first time, then proceeds to change the items, increases the price by half the original amount, makes you pay for the new charge, and then suddenly it works. They dont even try to hide how terribly they treat you. I want my money back - in the future Ill take business to literally any other Starbucks anywhere even if it means going further out of my way. Im actually shocked people have the audacity to act like this. Not sure how many people have to write unfavorable reviews in order for them to take complaints seriously.
Don’t waste your time even coming here. They treat you with no respect at all. They incorrectly charge & are blatantly rude. This place should not be in business at all, look at how unhappy every customer is! Who is the manager of this place because I have never received customer service this bad in my entire life. If you come here you will probably have regrets.
I think the cashier (whose name is Tanahah as I remember, I could be wrong) has a mental problem. I reported to Starbucks and got refund with the reason of shocking service ever in my life. I will not go this place again but I hope this place will be better like other normal Starbucks, because the view is fantastic and most of customers are students who are studying.
Worker with braids wrapped around her head was VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She refused to give me a regular size cup with ice. When I asked her why not, she responded that I already had a cup. So, I made my request to another employee who gave it to me. They the forgot the whipped cream. I went back to get whipped cream on my two cups. She said Is she really doing this? I did not respond.
So... I read these reviews and have to agree this staff is the rudest I have encountered. The barista as she let me know has to be the most miserable person I met- saw her In The elevator one day and she was miserable then and next day at Starbucks - but I’m more concerned that management still has this staff - by the way the only people they are considerate to are the drs. Definitely not a true Starbucks experience!
Maybe if UM Dining paid livable wages the staff would not look so miserable all the time. I can taste the misery in every latte. :(

EXTREMELY rude staff at this location! There was one girl in particular who had a terrible attitude and seemed like she was dying to get out of there. Very hectic situation that resulted in the employee screaming at me for mishearing her. On top of that, my breakfast sandwich was served STILL FROZEN. I could not believe how I and other customers were being treated and I will never come here again.
The workers here are extremely rude and unprofessional. Don’t ever come to this Starbucks — it’s not a company-owned store. Instead of providing good customer service and coffee, the employees here think that they’re working at McDonald’s. They rarely make my order right and thus they don’t have the expertise to make coffee at all.
I hate coming here, compared to actual Starbucks where customer service is great! The workers are very rude. They whisper things about customers under their breath. Unexceptable.

Its a fast service but we know because its fast is really the worst frapuccino Ive ever had anywhere, Starbucks is very good but this place either does not read the recipes or they do not care
Good coffee.
Coffee machine broken since Saturday (today is Tuesday). Advertising Blonde roast but unable to purchase due to broken machine. Employee was not very forgiving and had no idea when the machine would be fixed. She did not even offer to make it as a hot press. Charged me full price for the coffee and did not discount my purchase even though I had a Starbucks recycled coffee cup.
This place ****ing sucks. In fact, the workers are so *itchy and miserable they take it out on you if they cant: hear your order, you order more than one thing, or look at them wrong. I brought 300 pennies and paid for my venti coffee one day as revenge because of their attitude. I laid the pennies on the counter and said have fun counting, theres about 300 there and the rest you can keep. Miserable ****heads.

The service here is really bad. The employees sit on their phones . I will literally be standing right in front of them waiting to order and nobody will pay attention me until the conversation they are having is over. My friend told me she went there and was being a little complicated and they talked about her right in front of her. Terrible.
Im an electrician remodeling the reading center beside the library. I was super glad there was a Starbucks on campus (this was my 1st time visiting UM). The young lady that waited on me...not the least bit cheerful.
In addition to being rude, they dont accept Chase pay, and expensive compared to the Starbucks just across US1

Overpriced coffee. Half of it was just foam. And the staff looks really unhappy. The extra bucks they are charging us surely dont get added to their paychecks.
