Cute coffee shops. It was noon when I had to eat something close to the Brazilian consulate 5 minutes walk away from here.I had a salad and a lemonade so good that I almost wish they were never over. Almost because I also wanted a freshly brewed coffee. Also really good.My wife ordered a chocolate cigar but it was not her cup of tea.Cuddos to the 100% compostable straws being used there!🤗

When visiting our restaurant you will see increased sanitation, face coverings and gloves for all employees. Although I understand that laws now state that anyone who is vaccinated does not need to wear a face mask indoors, Im still disgusted by the fact that the two employees who helped me today did not wear face masks nor gloves while working on mine and others orders. They also didnt have lids available for the coffee I ordered, so they were breathing all over my drink while handling and serving it. While Im at an extremely low risk for falling seriously ill from COVID-19, I need to stay away from the virus as I care for elderly family members who are at a very high risk of falling ill from the virus. This visit to the EBar this afternoon put myself and family members in danger and I will not consider returning until after the pandemic is over. The EBar is a wonderful place to relax and have a coffee, but I just cant believe how careless the staff were with regards to protecting their guests and following the rules.

Horrible. The small empanada is $5 - but what made this experience horrible was the staff. Even though I had spent $17 they questioned as to why I needed a Cup... took them 3 LONG minutes of me standing there because they were “busy” - super annoying. Needless to say the staff was either new or clueless how to print receipts, etc.

I guess owner didn’t share her thoughts with the team in regards to warming up the food after all. I also went to buy a croissant and ask barista if he can warm it up for me when he answer me simply “no”without any explanation. I cannot believe that bakery doesn’t have microwave! He probably just didn’t wanna waste 2 seconds of his time to put it into the oven. So I ended up eating a cold croissant. If I’m paying for something I expect it to be nice and warm. Just take it into consideration for the future customers.

On a recent evening of shopping with my wife, we decided to visit Merrick Mall in Coral Gables. This outdoor / open-air mall has a wonderful collection of high-end merchants, not to mention some fabulous restaurants.We were shopping in Nordstrom when we came upon Ebar and decided to have dinner right there in the store. Shopping and dining... all in the same place. Love it.Now, when I think of the kind of meal I would expect from a store like Nordstrom I think of high-end and delicious, while at the same time being simple and expensive.That’s exactly what I got at Ebar.I think the staff is overly nice, attentive, knowledgeable, courteous, and just overall terrific. You must try the crab bisque... it was delicious! The maple bacon deviled eggs are pretty darned tasty as well. We also shared a small pizza which was great.I got everything I expected... except the price. It was far less expensive than you would think for a nice meal inside a Nordstrom. Definitely worth a visit.

The place is great, but I just saw a barista make an almond milk coffee, then a coconut milk coffeee, then pour regular milk in the same container for steaming and make me a regular latte. Not even a rinsing in between! Im ok, of course, but this is a huge allergy red flag!!!

It’s just ok. For people shopping in the store. Was a little pricy. Just a couple doors down is pasion De cielo with 5 star coffee and couches not to mention best hot chocolate ive had in the states.

$4.50 for an empenada and they cant even warm it up. I asked them if they would and they said, No. If theyre baked fresh every morning, cant it be warmed up in the same oven or thrown in a microwave? Cmon Nordstrom... a little effort would of been nice.

I buy my coffee here daily. The service here is awesome and fast !

Its gotten ridiculously overpriced and there are not many tables and chairs so be prepared to sit outside.
