Awesome place to go for breakfast, lunch and dinner the food and service always excellent every time I go well recommended. The food always have excellent flavors and texture and the servers they always go above and beyond making sure everything is OK. Well recommended will be going back again really soon.
Couldn’t believe I couldn’t find Cuban coffee on Miracle Mile in Miami of all places but this place was gracious enough to make something for me resembling it. They usually didn’t sweeten coffee for you or stir it or had the right ingredients or cups to make it or serve it in but they attempted it at my request and desperation to bring a little cup of the traditional cortadito to a professional office I was about to visit. I was floored at how hospitable they were and how great the coffee drink ended up tasting. Needless to say it was a business icebreaker when I told the ladies at the office about the story. Love it here and I’ll be stopping in again for my regular almond milk latte whenever I’m in the area.
A little confusing when you first get there. Its not the typical restaurant where you seat and someone takes your order. Theres a menu but after you look at the menu you go back in and place your order, you are given a number then the food is brought to you. The place is quaint, pleasant atmosphere but not much on the customer service. Ask some detailed questions before you decide on what you decide to have.
I was so happy to run into this place! The setup is adorable and has a European cafe feel. Reminds me of the coffee bars when I lived in Italy. I had the avocado toast and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Coffee was delicious and just a really enjoyable place to sit and enjoy a meal. They had nice seating outside as well. Their menu had plenty of healthy and hearty items, it was really hard to choose. Will return next time I’m back!
Amazing service!!! The food and everything about it.Carlos the cashier always takes my order and he’s very helpful and attentive all the time. I’ll recommend this place.
First time visit. Came around 7:30 am to a lightly filled cafe. Service was prompt and the cafe was clean. I ordered the open faced breakfast sandwich that was featured and a cappuccino. Everything was delicious but the fried eggs were overcooked with a hard yolk. Next time Ill make sure to request over easy. Ill be back for sure
Update: I came to try the open faced breakfast sandwich and it was great however, I dropped it to 4 stars because as of today(05/14/2021), they are still REQUIRING masks even though florida does not require masks. As soon as the business makes it optional, Ill gladly increase my rating. Hope this helps !!Nice coffee spot, great service and great food ! Coming back to try the open faced breakfast sandwich!
IF YOU’RE READING THIS... check out CREMA! I came in just try the iced coffee. I personally got the Espresso Iced Coffee with Lavender & Vanilla. Delicious!!! I would come back just for this. I also had the Açaí bowl which was super fresh. I actually came back a couple hours later and had the Caprese sandwich for dinner (it was pressed and the Best I’ve ever had). And I came back two days later and had the Salmon Bowl (with the iced coffee of course)I want to first commend the customer service! I had the pleasure of having my order taken by Carlos. Very friendly, patient and courteous. And on my second visit, I met Yanni. He’s very knowledgeable and passionate about his craft in coffee. Thank you to them for making my two visits a great experience!!This place is a MUST!
Amazing its always good. I was surprised I took my mom for the first time and Ivwas amazed how fast they serve you. Its usually very busy and you can wait up to 45min for your food. This time it was great.
The Chai latte (hot) is my absolute favorite! I always get a cup when Im walking the strip. The ham, egg & swiss Croissant sandwich is really good too. Never had a bad item from here. The atmosphere is really nice, it has this French Cafe feel, like youre right in the heart of Paris
Today was my first time eating here and the truth is I was very disappointed with my plate, the size of the portion was really tiny, nor would my 4-year-old daughter have been satisfied with the size of the tiny slices of bread and the extra small two eggs . I left as I arrived, hungry. Reviewing the old reviews I find that it is something that months ago other clients have complained and have not improved. If you do not take into account the opinion of your customers, the truth is I have nothing more to say and it is better not to return and lose your money.
They made THE BEST ICED CAPPUCCINO I ever had. Super tasty, great strength, foam is unbelievable! The place looks fantastic! All guys wear masks, very polite and friendly. For a long time, buying regular coffee did not make such an impression on me.The one thing I hated is parking. But It is everywhere in this area. I’m not sure they can do anything with it.Everything else - highest level!
My partner loves the coffee from here & they had gotten us food before. I decided to go and surprise them. Whilst waiting in line I notice a man whom I presume to be a manager or someone in leadership be very short to the cashier. The employees seemed to be walking on eggshells and the atmosphere was not welcoming. My sandwich had missing items. It was quite an average breakfast. Three stars for the decor.
Loved my Sunday date here with a friend recently. Needed to find a café to have lunch and study at and this place came with several recommendations so I decided to try it and it did not disappoint! The staff were so pleasant and kind, the food was delicious, and the coffee as well! I had the prosciutto 6-inch sandwich, and later a 12oz latte and part of a brownie that I later took home to finish enjoying the rest. Everything was absolutely delicious, will definitely be back soon!
The food was amazing, came in for a small business meeting I had. My client really liked the place that was chose out. Oh also the waitress (I think her name was Loraine) was super attentive and gentle. She is truly the best! Asking for her next time I come!
Perfect spot if youre downtown; lots of seating; big selection of coffees, pastries and quick meals like my ham/cheese croissant. Large servings of coffee. Not the best latte ever, but very good. Friendly staff; quick service
Stumbled on this place trying to escape the Florida heat. I thought it was a bakery at first. I stood in front of the door a few minutes to pull up information and saw it got an average rating.Coffee warm but decorative. Banana bread was moist but lacked flavor. Prices were decent though.I loved the decor! So cute and cozy. If they had a better product I would have ordered more just to stick around.
What a well decorated & maintained coffee shop. Found in the heart of Coral Gables Crema stands out from the competition thanks to that amazing cozy feel, great services and delicious fresh meals. Service was fast and very professional, staff is well trained, friendly and nice. Food here is fresh and delicious, the coffee is to die for specially with some almond milk. Whoever hasn’t tried their brownies is missing out! Now you know Crema x Coffee x Brownie = HappinessIf you’re ever in the area give this place a shot it’s well worth it. 🔥☕️❤️
Great cappuccino. The place itself is nice and cozy, too.
Beautiful spot, incredibly booming and busy. I came in because it said only one $ sign, being on a budget it was exactly what I was looking for. Great ambiance and food, but definetly NOT one dollar sign when it comes to price!! Place wasnt cheap
Everything was delicious including the lavender latte. I had to order a coffee to go because it was so tasty. We ordered three different breakfast sandwiches and they were all so good. The waitress was extremely nice and talked to us like she was a friend. We are definitely coming back again.
Great place for vegans and vegetarians (like myself), for meat eaters also. Freshness and quality of food is second to none. I will definitely come back.
Sat at the bar next to piles of dirty dishes. They need to find a better place to clean up, the food was mediocre.
Had a great breakfast. Enjoyed the open face sandwich and an iced chai latte.
Excellent coffee, service, and open early before sunrise! I don’t come here often because parking can be tight in the afternoon, but when I do it’s always a treat. Plus they have rewards system which is nice. Great outdoor seating - come check them out for breakfast, lunch, or brunch.
The Chai latte here is amazing! The food is great too, I especially loved the double chocolate chip cookie, and the wait times are never too bad even when it’s busy.
Beyond horrible! Terrible and horrendous experience. Had to wait forever to get our food, when we finally get it it’s five mins before closing so they give us boxes to transfer our food because they need to wash the plates!!!!! What in the world is that???? BAD BAD BADFood quality was good in the past but this time it had no seasoning whatsoever, I guess they didn’t have time for that, rushing to clean up and close. Once again, horrible experience!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Arrived at 0800hrs and perfect timing on a Tuesday morning. Ring a limited but free before 9am. Atmosphere is amazing. Indoor and covered outdoor sitting area. Staff was friendly. Food was fast. Prices were reasonable. They serve lunch and dinner. Environment was clean. Will make sure to return!
Excellent breakfast place, friendly staff and consistently good food, extremely convenient when staying at Colonnade hotel
I can take a place having bad food, wouldnt harshly rate it, but bad service I cant take. First time with a fiend. The cashier took my order and mixed up the order. When she handed me the receipt there was no eye contact which is rude especially from a place calling themselves gourmet. My friend was behind me, another cashier was there and he kept staring at my friend without even asking if he can help him or take his order. My friend being upset didnt order and just sat down while my order came and had to change it cuz I ordered something different. We sat in total awkwardness and I wanted to leave but he insisted I stay and finish my order. Unpleasant experience and will not becoming back there. Management should train their workers on being polite and on good customer service.
We have limited options, driving around Coral Gables on Christmas day looking for something to eat. And then there it was like a beacon of breakfast light, shining Allan on miracle mile, we went in. Well it was her only option, except for the national chain diner/American restaurant just down the street… But we wanted something local.Creme Gourmet Espresso Bar serves espresso drinks (dad) as well as brewed coffee various egg breakfast and pastries. I have brewed coffee which was perfectly strong just as I wanted.I had two eggs with toast. It was fairly basic but done correctly. The grilled wheat toast tasted good with the butter it came with, I asked for honey to spruce it up. (It came with Smuckers jam packets.)My wife had oatmeal, which was made with water, which excited her as she is a vegan eater. It came out sick, but they had almond milk available to help her thin it out. She thought it was good. The teacher voices were excellent and she chose Dammann Ferré’s “Green Jasmine tea”.Our kid had yogurt mixed with blueberries and granola. It was a good thick Greek yogurt with honey. He thought it needed more granola and it wasnt quite sweet enough for his taste so he spruced it up with some extra honey.Although we didnt have it they do make freshly pressed juices on the spot which is cool. The people behind the counter were awfully friendly and accommodating to our various dietary needs questions. In the end what we had was fairly basic but it was cool that coffee has offered things like yogurt and oatmeal. It served our needs at a time when there were no other options.
Great food! Had breakfast; everything was fresh and delicious.
Crema BrickellRidiculous that after paying $50 they wanted to charge for 3 slices of extra bread.Service is quite mediocre.
Coffee quality has been great every time I have here. Big fan of cold brew and they do a very good job with them here.
Really cute cafe. Lots of seating, inside and outside. Staff was friendly. Had the turkey scramble and it was delicious.
Friendly staff always there waiting for you. If you love coffee, Crema has the best lattes and cappuccinos. And Ive tried many places but so far this is my favorite. I also recommend chicken club sandwich and salmon omelet ;) If you go there, youve got to try them!
A stand out coffee place. I prefer Cafe Curuba for the product, but Crema is way more refined and comfortable. We took a friend from Madrid and he was impressed -- with the coffee but even more with the ambience. I love that they serve a selection local beers in bottles (2 local and one more regional). Food looked good but didnt try. Located on the Miracle Mile side of the Omni hotel -- bit that means you have to navigate your way through event spaces to find the restrooms. Parking on Miracle Mile can challenging.
Open faced breakfast and pancakes are PHENOMENAL
Ive only had breakfast delivery so I can only speak on that - their chocolate chip pancakes are so good!!!
Good brunch menu. Plenty of outdoor seating. A bit crowded on Sundays till about noon. Good service. Centrally located on Miracle Mile.
Really bad experience, just came at 4.30, ask for table to host or a waitress. She was seated in the counter having a conversation with another woman. She said to order first, we order and 20 minutes later I ask again to clean the table. This time she said she was in a brake and will not do it. After asking several times, they realized to clean the table. No customer care, no cleaning plans and professional services at all. Food ok, but terrible service
I mean, my god. The sandwich and coffee, I dont know, whoooo. The barista at this location was a master. I returned for breakfast and coffee the next day as well.
Nice coffee spot in the middle of the Mile-buzz
My favorite place. The staff is always friendly and the food is simply amazing. The pancakes, sandwhichs, the salmon pasta 🤯, their coffee, the juices, and the desserts. All of it is of high quality. Highly recommended.
Expensive Miracle Mile place. $31.00 for one person breakfast.
I ordered an avocado toast and a coffee. They had me waiting 40 mins and never even charged me for the avocado toast. Then simply apologized and said they didn’t hear me say avocado toast. They couldn’t make it quickly for me and accommodate me for their own mistake. I left without any food after waiting 40mins.
If the girl taking our order wouldnt have been so worried about her nails maybe she wouldnt have forgotten my smoothie. Eggs on croissant sandwich were very cold.
First and last time, an egg with 3 small pieces of bread $ 10 the price is too high for the quality of food.
I Loved the breakfast (I got a croissant sandwich), and the espresso. Delightful stop for a coffee or a bite to eat.
Fantastic salmon omelette and great atmosphere. All day breakfast too!
Still requiring masks and really rude about it. They will never get my business again. Dont recommend
Please check out Tinta y Cafe or Bachour 10000x better. All food apps said it was closed. Couldn’t order online because of issues. Called to make order earlier today. They gave me a salmon omelette instead of the one I ordered which I couldn’t eat because I hate fish and almost threw up when I took a bite. Pancakes came with runny eggs inside which wet the pancakes. Also pancakes tasted like dough batter you used to fry Oreos. Overall very disappointed this morning. Would not come back here again. Almost drove back to give them the food because of how nasty it was but I live 15 minutes away. Just threw it away
Best coffee in town.
I. Love. Crema!! This place is always clean, food is excellent quality, and their coffee and bakery items are delicious! Even through the pandemic, their quality and service is excellent. Highly recommend and they are my go-to coffee shop!! Wish I had one within walking distance to enjoy it more!
The breakfast sandwich is soo good ! Highly recommend
Great place for chocolate chip pancakes and bacon, egg and cheese sandwich.
Love this place; great coffee, great breakfast sandwiches, and croissant, and great outdoor seating area where you can bring dogs.
Ive come here twice, once I had an amazing capuccino and the other time coffee freddo, which tasted just like in Greece, where I had it the first time. Their staff is very friendly and they bring your order to your table. Its nice to sit outside even on a hot day, since they have big fans to keep you cool.
Before you get in the coffee, you will be attracted by the smell of the coffee .. the smell and the view outside might force you to enter this fantastic coffee..Once you enter the store, People there smile for you and give you warm welcome ..You will be amazed by the design of the coffee.. and variety of comfortable seats, so you choose what ever seat comfort you...They have so many things in the menu you can order .. don’t worry they are all very goodI order coffee ☕️ and latteYou don’t need to add cream and sugar in your coffee .. I tried it just in case if I like it moreLatte is the best but tell they to give it to you more warmLet me know if you read my comment and like your order.. Also if you like another order, let me know so I can order it meat timeThank you 😊
Delicious scrambled eggs and coffee
Amazing place for a great coffee and breakfastMy Favorite place in Gables and miamiEverything look organized a very helpful employees even In weekend on brunch it’s a fast service and great atmosphereThe seating outside is great and you can sit for hours doing your job and you don’t get botheredI believe it’s became the friendly neighborhood cafe that you can meet for your local business better then other location in the areaThank you Crema espresso bar
The coffee and food prices are fair. The atmosphere is nice. The service was okay. I would go back.
Bad service Waiting for more than a hour for one avocado sandwich and one ham and cheese sandwich aBAD SERVICE NO MORE and the management only said SORRY BAD SERVICE My visited was on Friday at 12 noon
Im a big fan of Crema and its one of my favorite places on the Mile for coffee and food. The staff is always super friendly, the coffee is great, and the food is delicious. Im obsessed with their croissant breakfast sandwich in particular, which is huge and amazing. But everything else Ive ever had has been really good, from their sandwiches to their desserts. Highly recommend it to customers when they ask me where to get coffee in the area.
Good food good service
Great staff, very friendly and compliant with masks and sanitation. Enjoyed the amazing coffee and decadent breakfast to start our trip down to the Keys. A very nice spot to sit outside and enjoy a morning snack & coffee.
Amazing food for a great price!
Outstanding ! fresh and delicious food, excellent coffee prepared with love and care by the barista. Highly recommended.
I enjoyed breakfast eggs, bacon and pancakes with a generous addition of maple syrup. I also obtained 0% greek yogurt topped with granola, strawberries, bananas, blueberries and honey. Everything was fantastic! Just what I needed after an am jog! 😃
After waiting nearly forty minutes for the food that I ordered I decided to ask how much longer I’d have to wait because I was running out of time. It turned out that they’d forgotten about my food, and because I didn’t have time to wait any longer I asked for a refund. I was told I’d get a message later with a confirmation of the refund, so I left.I didn’t get an apology, and I was only refunded the price of the dish - the service I paid for was neither refunded nor adjusted, which means I ended up paying 70% tip on my coffee for service I never received. Very disappointed & find the fact that they kept the tip for service not provided extremely off-putting.
