I love everything about this Boutique store .even though I dont live in Florida.The staff was so nice to me over the phone my order was shipped on time .I love everything about this Boutique the quality of clothes are excellent.It different everybody always ask me where did you get your outfit and Ill tell them . Great experience and super helpful in these difficult times. I was desperately looking for a gift for my daughters bday and they responded immediately, they sent me links to make the process easier. Truly awesome customer care. I highly recommend them. Plus they have the cutest clothes. :-)

Amazing service, Meagan helped me a lot and brought me the cutest clothes that I couldn’t resist buying. She also explained the start of the store and went in depth about the owner. I’ve only had the pleasure of buying from OHM Boutique online and my experience was fabulous! I had to communicate via text and IG a few times because of an error I made in my order and I received a reply right away! They were professional, accommodating and efficient in fixing my order and to top it all off, they were super nice. I received my beautiful dress in 3 days!! Now that’s unheard of with a lot of companies these days. Top customer service and the best I’ve received in a very long time in person, or online. Can’t wait to buy my next piece. ❤️

I love OHM, whenever I need something for a special occasion or casual it is the best place to go! If you ever go ask for Meagan she is amazing and she loves to help you! Overall my experience at OHM has been amazing, I highly recommend it❤️

I purchased 3 items online and went to the store to picked them up, upon arriving and looking at the merchandise I realized that a shirt was too small for me and requested an exchange for a bigger size which the store didn’t have as it was sold out (per usual), I requested to have the money of that shirt returned to my card and I was told they don’t do refunds, I never took the merchandise out of the store! I don’t care if you have cute clothes, I refuse to buy from a store that locks clients even when they can’t find anything else cute at your store to spend the money on. I am a client that spends $300 every time I go but I rather buy clothes online from other places that will refund my money if I’m not satisfied with the merchandise or they simply DO NOT FIT!!

You guys have terrible customer service. You can have the most beautiful clothes of Miami, but your customer service is really terrible, I had never taken the job of writing for some service but you are terrible. I asked for a product twice, and I never had an answer, I asked in its SUPPOSED CUSTOMER ATTENTION SCHEDULE for sure I will give a bad suggestion
