Some how ended up with 3 burnt puffbars in a row. Idk if they are selling fake ones or what. I tried to return one but they are such sticklers about their (no refund after 24 hours) policy. They had some deal running so they ended up selling me 2 new ones for a discount. I thought I got a good deal until I found that both of these products were defective.TLDR - just go somewhere else for vape in miami. There are so many other places around here dont bother with this place.

Called in on the phone to ask about the price of juul pods. Couldnt be a more basic question. You sell goods, I just want to know the price. They told me they did not discuss prices over the phone. They were short and rude. I hung up out of shock. So customers just have to trek their way out to the shop and possibly get robbed with some insane, fluctuating price? 1 star customer service and basic business practices.

Unscrupulous business tactics. Lazy Employees that attempt to hustle you and markup products by 200%. Bought a product that was the incorrect product, attempted to immediately return it (product did not leave the store) Sales associate said that he cant exchange the product for the correct one. Also insisted, he doesnt care because he only makes $10 an hour. Told me I had to wait for the manager to conduct a ROUTINE Exchange. Will boycott and ensure all friends and family will do so as well. If you have any sense go down the street and boycott this store.

Great customer service! They helped fix my issue with my coils and explained everything that I was confused about. Their prices on coils are the cheapest Ive found at local shops.

Ive been here before and my experience went well. They have a ton to offer. However. They didnt know much about it and they dont share prices over the phone and when you live in miami and think about going to a store over ordering online you accept a small upcharge and alot of traffic. So you want to know that the price youll pay is reasonable. Because of this i beleive they dont provide very good customer service. In their hope to combat other stores they forget its about the customer.
