What happened here? They are out of phones, nobody was in the lobby of this location. The young lady while nice was aloof at my needs. BTW, I use Samsung and they were out of most models. I literally would have taken anything as my phone was badly damaged. But there was none.

Lost my primary phone while I was back in Miami for business recently. I walked in to the nearest Verizon looking to purchase a SIM card for another phone I carry. I was greeted by one of the workers named Kevin. He was able to help me out greatly. Instead of just giving in to my need to purchase a SIM card, he was able to track the location of my IPhone and discovered that I left it at one of the restaurants I visited. I was able to retrieve my phone from wishing the hour.I don’t leave reviews, but this guy Kevin was tremendous. Thank you Kevin for your professionalism and going the extra mile.Lunch is on me next time I’m in town.

I need two new phones. Nothing fancy. I have been with Verizon since they bought out Alltel in the 90s. I use the pre-pay plans and simply need new phones, contacts etc transferred and keep my number. The online service is a disaster. Chat does not work. Speaking to a rep on the phone is a NO go. We tried for weeks. Finally, decided to visit a Corp store, the nearest one from Marathon FL is 110 miles away in Miami. We got to the store only to be greeted by a couple of untrained teenagers. They brought out the phones we were interested in only to warn us that they could not be taken out of the box. Further, that they could not transfer any data. Lastly, the prices were nearly 100% higher than advertised on there website.While the Verizon network is the finest around, their customer service is non-existent and their public contact is simply repulsive. Horrible went in person August 15 selected a Samsung 21 was to be delivered not here yet My Verizon app cant find the purchase .Called the store on Ponce Dr Leon and no one answered for 16 minutes the automated system there dissent find my purchase (I have 4 lines for over 20 years from same store) No one answered no one knows .I am thinking if we all need to move on to someone else...

This Verizon location is the worse Ive been here twice in less then 14 days and its been for nothing they dont help you all they do is direct you to call a 1800 number to get your issue resolved and then when you they redirect you to a location for assistance. I have to go to another location super far from my house. I think this is ridiculous... all locations should be able to assist you instead of giving you the run around to end up at the same place.

Great service and determination to solve an issue with an online order I had placed and transferring over a new line. Sixto really tried multiple avenues to get our account corrected while still applying the BOGO promo. Forget about their online customer service and save time by going directly to the Coral Gables location. The there is very nice and adamant about resolving your issues.

Very nice store. Located in the business district of Coral Gables. I am not a fan of Verizon, I use T-Mobile, but the company I work for prefers Verizon. We were helped by Marcos, which is a hottie. He was very outgoing, knowledgeable, and engaged in small talk that made us comfortable. We originally came for a iPhone 8 plus, but because of his very good selling technique, we left with an iPhone X. If you are a Verizon customer, I recommend this location over the other locations in the area. If you do go, ask for Marcos! Highly recommend!

Kevin did a fantastic job helping us with 1 phone problem, 2 phone changes and a new phone. Cases for 5 phones and two invisible shields put on. All under 30 min and made it a very easy experience. We are on vacation from Tennessee and this was not the nightmare we where expecting based on all the things we wanted to accomplish in one visit. Next time you go ask for Kevin he knows how to get things done fast and right.

Worst customer service. Place needs a full staff overhaul. Ive been to other Verizon stores and this is the single worst customer service location by far. I wasnt the only one being treated poorly, either. They basically just make you call Verizon customer service from the location.Whats the point of having a location? In this instance I needed a new SIM card so I could have used some help. An hour of frustration and got none.The Verizon line #611 was able to send me a SIM for next day delivery at no charge for my frustration with this location. I will wait the day and never deal with this place again. Shut this store down for the sake of your own customers.

I was here less than a month ago to pick up the new Galaxy S7 Edge and was switching over from AT&T because they offer much better service and better 4G LTE speeds as well as more data for your money. I gotta say I walked into the store and was out within 45 minutes with new phone in hand and a credit towards paying off my previous device from AT&T. The customer service was fast, great, and very useful. They covered everything from what my protection plan covered to even helping me decide what data plan was best for my use. Absolutely in love with there service, customer service, and things like call quality and data speeds.

Excellent service. Unfortunately the store did not stock any of the largest SDRAM memory options for my Samsung S9+. The 4-star versus 5-star is this ... Im dealing with recovery of a lost phone, being able to get ALL of the equipment back in-place quickly is quite important. Getting only some of the parts from Verizons insurance provider means Im dependent on a Verizon Store for what doesnt get replaced by the Complete Coverage policy ... HMMMM.I cant blame the store for the insurance situation, but stocking components should never be a problem (not we can order it for you and have in in a few days, I can do that).Just my thoughts on the important value of brick and mortar stores.

I left Sprint with my brother to come to Verizon because I heard that the 4G was better.After purchasing our new phones from Verizon, we went home and noticed drop calls(area code 33143). We both work from home so this was an issue. We decided to give it a chance and after one week we decided that there was way too many dropped calls. So we decided to take the phones back and get our deposit back and go back to Sprint. Well the salesperson I dealt with there originally said, why dont you try another phone, it may get better reception. So I purchased an iPhone 5 and tried it for just one day and got the same dropped call issues. So I went back to them the next day and demanded my money back and refused there service. I spent a half hour watching the manger try to use the computer to issue me my money back and cancel our accounts. Verizon sent me a check 3 weeks later for the deposit for the iPhone only. Where was our initial account $250.00 deposit!?! I had to go back to the store and argue this. Then on top of it all they sent us a bill for the month of $135.00 dollars. What? Are you kidding me? We didnt even have there phones for 2 weeks with dropped calls and are leaving them because of it and now they are billing us!?! 2 months and 1 week later our check is supposedly in the the mail after calling Verizon headquarters and complaining but it has not still arrived. Once again we called there headquarters and they said the check is in the mail. When we asked to speak to there treasury department, they said they dont have a number for that. Still waiting!... WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK!!!

Do not go to this Verizon store. It is a much better use of your time to find another location. Staff has been very unhelpful several times. Feels like they dont want to do any real work or make a sale, just there for the paycheck.I was rushed today to make a decision on buying a phone because the sales associate knew the next customer in line and preferred to talk with him. Ive seen the sales people talking nonsense just to sell to customers that have no clue. Thats called betraying trust. A customer came in and asked if the cable for an iPhone 6 can be used on an iPhone 6S. The sales person gave them a whole explanation not necessarily saying yes and then selling him an overpriced charger. This is just one example of the many.

Used Car Salesmen style sleeze. High turnover so you never get to talk to the same person twice. They promise to call you and check up but they never do. They flat out tell lies about what they can do to help you. You go online later and nothing was changed or helped whatsoever. Do not trust any of these liars

I would give them worse than a negative rating if it was at all possible! They have at least 2 completely, totally, and utterly incompetent, dumb, senseless, and a plethra of other adjectives employees pretending to actually work there and I am very sure there are many more. Now granted I was already angry and a bit loud when I entered. However to make a long story short, the incompetent fool of a wanna-be agent I had the unfortunate luck of getting stuck with, after I said to him something more or less to the effect of now see if u can fix my phone, took it and started looking at it to see what he could do so I stepped away for absolutely no more than 5 minutes to look at the phones and when I returned to the counter he had already did a factory restore on my phone completely wiping it and causing me to permanently and I do mean permanently loose a significant amount of my information on my phone which were notes I had taken in a 3rd party app that had not been backed up, which he did not only without my permission but worse without even so much as letting me know anything at all, I had absolutly no knowledge he was going to do anything of the sort. This unfortunately is not the first time this store has caused me to permanentely loose a ton of my important information, only this time they uped the anti and did not feel they had to let me know what they were doing. The other sad and discraseful part is that most everyone including the store manager is standing by and behind this employee and what he did!

To all the people who are victims of identity theft by verizon surcusale the first thing they have to do is report the robbery to the police and then fry all the credits in the police there were several cases of identity theft by buying phones of more than 1000 dollars
