The service went smoothly. I just wasnβt happy I wasnβt given a loaner. I was told loaners weβre only given to those who have purchased the car from the collection, which my lease is from the collection; I guess he assumed I didnβt purchase from them, but he gave me run around and told me I was one of first appointments so it would be done quickly. I spent 2 hours waiting for my car. Next time I will insist on the loaner or I wonβt do my service there.

Took my Maserati in for annual service. Also wanted my windshield wipers replaced, and my keyless entry fixed.Joel was great heβs very informative, honest, and professional. He kept me informed throughout the process.I was hoping to get back my car the same day, but unfortunately my car had to stay there 5 more days to replace the door handle to fix the keyless entry. The Collection does not provide loaner vehicles for its customers unless you have purchased your car from there (I bought my car in California). This was very inconvenient, but they provided me a Lyft to get to work the next day. I had to pay for the Lyfts the rest of the days I had to go to work until i picked up my car. I understand loaner vehicles must be in short supply these days.When I picked up my car, they bill was as discussed earlier. My car drove excellently, and my keyless entry was working again.The Collection also has a great system where you can txt your service manager on your phone. They also txt you a link about any additional service your car may need.For annual service, new spark plugs, door handle exchange, A/C refresh, new windshield wipers, and two new tires, my total bill came out to $2800. Is this a lot compared to other maserati places in the area?
Was a tow truck experience.... Towed to The Collection..... Erick contacted me the next morning. He was great. The ability to text and get updates was so refreshing and easy to navigate. They were so quick, also updated my electronics and did my sscheduled service that was due all before I picked up. The pickup was so easy. I texted as requested that k was on my way and the car was waiting when I arrived. So easy. Will definitely come back !!! And Erick Flores is a great advisor.

I took an appointment for an oil change on a Porsche car 4 weeks in advance requesting an estimate that I have never received. I called back more than 10 times on different days of the week to get that estimate and I was always transferred to a voicemail and never called back.

The engine light came back on twice since I collected my car. Once on Saturday, and once yesterday Sunday. It would flash for a bit, and car setting goes from d to n by itself, and then it goes away. It seems your technicians did not solve the problem. I informed your office that the issue was not resolved...and never heard back.
Service was quick, exactly as promised and even better than expected - brought the car in for an annual checkup and got the car back quickly in better condition - everything including the loaner was handled efficiently and courteously -
From online, to over the phone, to in person, Dimitri made the entire experience worth the trip. I flew In from Memphis to get this car. It was cleaner than he lead me to believe. Not only did I get a great car, but they went above and beyond. They replaced brake pads and changed the oil as well as detailed the entire ride before I got the keys. We didnβt talk about that as part of the deal either. They just did it! Well done! Awesome experience.
It is not a dealership with the best follow through. My service rep. Does not call or text back after saying that was what he would do. I like my car but wish they treated customers better. The service does not match the lux of your car purchase.

I donβt know what to call it but I going call a auto mall. They only have luxury and performance brands. Porsche, McLaren, Audi, Ferrari, Aston Martin, and Jaguar. They may have more automakers but those are what I remember. They also have an βgift shopβ where you can buy official gear from you favorite manufacturer.

Came yesterday morning to the service shop to ask them to check quickly the pressure of my tires since the TPMS light was on (often does with no reason for Audi) and left because after 10 minutes nobody was available, I was directed to an office but nobody was there either. Went to Good Year next door and they checked everything in 2 minutes while the shop was pretty busy. In collection the service area is very cluttered. If you go there you must not be in a hurry as cars will block lanes and you will be stuck for a while.Never like going there unless I have no choice.
Service advisor Jose was great, very nice and informative. Rest of the staff are all stuck up snobs that cant bother to greet guests. Customer Experience Manager Camille was extremely rude and condescending. Will NOT return.

You can see there all very expensive cars, which for me would be a shame to drive... Such cars for guys with small ego. The designs are divine, though.

Good afternoon I am writing to tell you that last week on Tuesday I spoke with Marie Ann because one of my 2 maseratis in 2018 has problems with the camera, you cannot see only the screen turns blue and she told me that Daniela in the dating department I was going to attend this girl, she did not let me make the appointment for the next Saturday and she told me that they could not take cars on Saturday to fix any type of problems ... I told her that I could not for the week that my work is very complicated I work in the federal court in the down town here in Miami and it was very complicated for me but he said no and no with a very bad attitude ....... Then he told me that he could give me an appointment for tomorrow Friday August 20 and I did not leave another option and today August 19 I call to confirm my appointment and they tell me no that I do not have an appointment in the system ....... This girl Daniela can not play with me like that. I am a customer with 2 cars at that dealer and she did not show respect to me in the past on I lifted my car on Saturdays when Lorenzo and Jose were there, they no longer work there and I always had my loaner without any problem and now they play with my time and force me to take the car on the day they want, not the day I can ... ... This is disrespectful and I will post a feedback on this on the webside

Where do I begin? My car purchased from Audi of Pembroke Pines has been nothing but a nightmare. It has had multiple issues from water leaking in my car( which PP couldnβt figure out ) until taking the car in about 3 times and showing multiple videos and photos... to the Bluetooth not working properly. Iβve taken it in for service about 5 times and nothing.I then decided to move my service to The Collection. What a change. Red carpet service provided by Mike Rodriguez and the whole team on site. They treated me with respect and were very pleasant. They understood my needs and truly are willing to help fix my problem. Truly went from 0 to 100! From now on this is the only dealer that will service my Audi.

Not the experience I expected from this dealer, took my car there for service (oil change and 30k miles checkup) and my advisor was Jessica. Vehicle was returned back to me the same day, however she did not check for the service indicator to be at reset. I called her when I got home and noticed, she was not very helpful and did not provide options for me during call and she also advised it was not her job to check the vehicle prior to returning it to me. I was able to do it myself, but now I dont trust that the work was completed.My sincere advise to all of you is, do not use this dealer.
Very frustrating dealing with The Collection, in Coral Gables, Fl., and more specifically with the service department. Even for a routine yearly service, there is always something wrong ! There is always something to complain about with them, guess about other technical services needs... as I write this survey, I just went thru a very frustrating experience with the service department.With the parts department, after three months, Iβm still waiting for their reply to questions I made to them, related to parts that seemed to be used.In any case, they believe they are the best....Wish there is another option to take care of exotic cars in South Florida.All in all one, rating them with one start, is already a lot.
Just brought home a 2016 Black Edition 911 from the Collection Used Car department. I originally went in with my daughter last week just to look around. Carlos Tamayo, the salesman, took his time showing me a couple of cars and having me go on test drives. The 911 I picked was in excellent shape with low miles and offered at a very fair price. I went online later to compare it with other Black Edition 911βs and the one at the Collection was better equipped and CPO for about the same price . Carlos made the purchase paperwork easy and now I have a CPO 911 that looks brand new. Very happy with the experience.
My salesman Leo Visconti was the most helpful salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with at a dealership. We did the whole deal remotely and when I went to fetch the car, he was ready with all the paperwork and the car was detailed and ready to go and he went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I will definitely be back for my next car purchase, instead of running around from one dealership to the next I will go straight there.

Tow hook cover replacement does not match paint color (why was I not asked if this was acceptable I would have paid extra), was told I would receive 20% off new client discount from coupon online, received $250 off instead. Inside of car not clean after service and it took 4 days (had to call for update and was told to return wrong day, had to come back the following day taking time off from work) Very disappointed.

It was my 1st visit and I must say the professionalism of the staff, who went above and beyond for us on getting into a new lease deal, is top notch! Excellent customer service thus far.
The team in the service area were not helpful at all. I got my car at THE COLLECTION a little over 2 months ago and was so pleased with the sales person, Brandon. He was just very professional, outstanding and great. However, my tire got damaged last Thursday and the experience with the car service team was so different and disappointing to say the least. The communication was very poor, the treatment was unkind and unexpected. I didnβt even get a loaner while they ordered and received my tire as they didnβt have any in stock. When I had a Lincoln car the service was amazing. They had this package called βred carpetβ and it was just amazing. I really thought that because Porsche is even a more luxurious brand I would be happier and satisfied but sadly after this experience I am not. I will most definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone.
