I used to work for Ben & Jerry’s in Orlando and know how hard it can be to keep up with cake orders, especially during the summer, so when the cake decorator made me a cake despite the last minute request I greatly appreciated it. Thank you so much again! This location has birthday candles too!

After watching Ben & Jerrys ice cream competition on the Food Network my wife and I were curious about Ben & Jerrys ice cream. I googled the nearest location nearly 20 miles away but the trip was worthwhile. Great flavor and great service. The most impressive was the ice cream was not loaded with sugar and the sweetness was just right for the palette. Perfect for anytime but this was perfect for my cheat day.

The customer service from this location sucks. I ordered a cake for a birthday. I got a text confirmation of my order. After fighting traffic and parking to pick up the cake I was told by a very nice employee that they had not prepared my cake. No phone call or text ahead of time, just let the customer show up, they will take something. Sorry but that type of service sucks.

Only reason I am giving them 2 stars because Ben and Jerrys is absolutely delicious brand of ice cream. However mediocre service meets false advertisement. The store open 30 minutes later than displays and when I was finally lead in I was met by a bad attitude. Mixed with impatience in rude customer service.

Friendly, Fun and Delicious

Brand as always one of the best in the market however the social distancing in the Coral Gables locations have a lot to be desired in such a small place...at one point last night there were more than 15 people cramp inside/something needs to be done about that... people over 65 like me do not feel comfortable in such environment when waiting to be attended to. No more than four people should be allowed inside waiting to be service in such small quarters. Better management for sure! My one star rating is because of the poor Covid protocols

I have ordered food to pick up, since I was supposed to get ice cream before my shift at 5:30pm and as I arrived, nothing was ready! Nothing! I placed my order at 5:00pm! How complicated is that! Very disappointed.I gave another try for it on December 30th 2020. I called them to place an order at 6:35pm for three milkshakes, they told me to order online, I ordered online as per they requested. I arrived at the place where I ordered around 7:00pm, not even started, I had to wait there for 15 mins for getting them doing it... why bother directing us towards the website to order if at the end, I will have it at the same time if I order there. This is what drive customers away, when there is a unprofessional service .

Been going here for years...Great selection of ice cream! The guy working up front is super helpful and nice. Even with the long weekend lines, which they have no control over, they still attend to every customer with a friendly attitude.

Walked in with my family on a busy Sunday. There was about 50 people inside just eating ice cream. Mind you the place fits only 20 people. Waited In line to get serviced for about 15 min to get asked what would we like to order for the lady behind the counter to just walk away. So Im waiting, to find out what happened. The couple behind us gets serviced and jumps ahead of us. Like Ok now Im freaking passed. We waited for another 10 min and to noticed another lady kicking everyone out because obviously there were to many people inside. Soon after the same lady asked us what would we like. Like seriously? I would like a manager please. They really dont seem to know how to handle a busy Benn & Jerrys. Out of all the ladys and men working there she was only young lady working the hardest to serve people. So I told her what happened and she told me. Well thats why Im servicing you now. I shook my head 😤 and said Ok no problem. She obviously did not care about what had accured and no one seems to want to work and the floor was dirty. Super slow staff and I would never go again with my family.

Ordered chocolate ice cream and the ice cream was super soft. I asked the girl behind the counter if the freezers were working properly cause my ice cream almost fell off the cone and she offered to try to find harder ice cream but it was pointless.

I love to take my daughter for ice cream and we really enjoyed our time here.They have a few tables outside and thats where we sat and had our chocolate ice cream.The price was fine and the service too.I loved how creamy the texture of this ice cream was.

The best thing about this place is the ice cream. Ben and Jerry’s is delicious. Different flavors, delicious toppings and always fresh. However, the place has poor service, no customer service whatsoever. The place is dirty and the trash can is always overflowing. It seems no manager is around during busy hours, because their is always either a girl or a young male (or both). Also no respect of the line order.

First thing I noticed when I walked in: a genuine smile and a warm greeting from the guy behind the counter.Of course, its Ben & Jerrys, so the ice cream itself was amazing, but what led me to deciding on something I really liked that I hadnt had before was, again, the guy behind the counter. He went out of his way to describe the flavors accurately and help me and the two people with me make a decision.I normally dont go out of my way to mention specific employees, but he went out of his way for us, so I asked his name. It was Delvin, and he made out visit a pleasure.

As soon as you walk through the doors, youre instantly taken to your childhood and memories of ice cream shop visits will flood your mind. Great service here, honestly - the staff is so friendly and is more than willing to provide samples and explain every product. And of course, the variety of items range from cones to shakes. Amazing location.

Two stars instead of one because the ice cream was good, but all the rest was a disaster: the crew is not attempted to who is the next customer (no line, a big mess), every single spot excessively dirty (including around the cashier), tables, chairs and walls dirty, restroom out of order, bucket with dirty water in the middle of the salon... If you dont care about the cleanliness maybe this place is not that bad for you. I wont be there again.

TERRIBLE.. NO RESPONSIBILITY HERE.Went the day before my daughters birthday to order a cake. The young guy at the counter told me I needed to give 48 hour notice to order a cake. So they couldnt do it.Fine, I told him. What do you have made in large cakes? Only two types left, I picked one told them to write Happy Birthday and my daughters name. He said they couldnt do it till the next day because they had Nothing to write on the cake with.. Go figure..Fine, Ill pick it up tomorrow on my daughters Birthday. Oh and I had to pay to secure everything.Fine, I paid. Said I would pick it up at 5: 30 pm. More than 24 hoursNext day I go pick up the cake. Guess What?NO CAKENO WRITINGNO RECORD OF THE ORDER.I Had to show my receipt to prove what I was saying.So I had to take what they had nevermind the flavor and THEY STILL COULD NOT WRITE ON THE CAKE.If its something as IMPORTANT AS YOUR CHILDS BIRTHDAY DONT PUT IT IN THESE PEOPLES HANDS.

Great service and tasty ice cream, but the cone tasted a little off. Im a huge fan of waffles and waffle cones and was very upset with mine. Had too much salt/baking powder to the point that I had to throw it out and just couldnt eat it. Salvaged the ice cream with a spoon 😄

Worst place ever!!! My daughter ordered twice backed and the y gave her wrong ice (super chunk). Which is loaded with nuts that she is allergic to!! When I called they blamed us for not telling them she had a nit allergy when the girl scooped the wrong flavor!!! UNBELIEVABLE.!! Typically kid of today can’t excelt responsibility and place blame on the victim.
