In general, the campus store’s merchandise is pretty pricey, but there are always discount items available for purchase. Also, you can sign up to be on the University of Miami Campus Store’s email list, which sends coupons and other promotions to your inbox almost daily. I highly recommend stopping by the post office located inside (to the right of the check-out center). It has a consistent rotation of unique stamps and the customer service is top-tier. They are very engaging, efficient, and helpful if you are not familiar with/have any questions regarding postal service policies.

The lady that completed my purchase was so friendly. I believe her name was Cindy. They had a huge selection to choose from and we were able to get everything we were looking for.

The Campus Store at UM has everything from textbooks, to caps, cups, mugs, pins, t-shirts, sweatshirts and any merchandise UM can put its logo on. I don’t buy textbook here – I usually go out of campus and buy them used at a discount.

The store itself is fine but the management of the textbooks seemed disorganized and the prices depicted online were not the same when picked up at the store (even days later the prices are not updated online to reflect the in-store stock; i.e., the website still lists used book prices even though they only have new ones available). I asked a few questions about the return process and how to rent the books and the cashier did not know the answers and gave some inaccurate information that I had to resolve later.

Went there with my granddaughter who is evaluating where she wants to go to school. Very impressive shop. They have all kinds of merchandise that is school related. All reasonable quality but also a bit pricey. Glad we stopped in - would do it again.

Absolutely awful. I ordered a $20 shirt for Mother’s Day AND paid for shipping and received a single pen instead! I have emailed them 3 times and called 4 times and have not received any response. I also messaged them through their website and on Facebook but no response either. Now I am trying to send back the pen and get a refund but turns out I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING! It’s ridiculous. Do not order from them unless you live close by and are able to go in store. It’s not worth it.

Ordered an item to pick up at the store. It took the store over 3 weeks to inform me that they have made an error and that the item wasnt in stock. I was then offered a whole 10% of my next purchase.Not going to risk trying to order again. The manager ignored my reply to their email. Clear that its a very poorly managed store with many items overpriced anyway.

Place for university students with a wide range of apparel to show off the univeristy colours and team spirit. Good quality items for a slightly high price, $15+ for tee shirts. Large space thiugh and a few drinks can be bought there.

With the recent renovations, the campus bookstore has truly evolved into a really great shop for apparel, accessories, tech, and of course, books. Theres also a post office hub inside which makes buying and sending items a very easy process. Prices seem to be a bit better than before. Always worth checking out once in a while, especially for items on clearance.

THIS STORE IS GREAT, THIS IS ONLY A REVIEW ON TODAYS POOR EXPERIENCE.I have always had a fine experience at this store, I attended UM and my family has an entire wardrobe from this store. Today, my family bought a few hundred dollars worth of merchandise and my father, forgetting my mother had a gift card, brought the credit up only after he had completed the transaction. Yes, inconvenient... however, all the girl needed to do was return 1 item that came to more than the credit and then check him out again. Instead, she acted as though it was the hardest task in the world and tried to dissuade him from using it essentially, by telling him repeatedly that she would have to return everything and do it again. So, she did that. Then, the funny part is that my mother went back in to return an item and the cashier was telling another employee what a hassle she just had to deal with with my father!! My mom didnt want to humiliate the girl by saying anything, so instead she heard her recount the entire story, as though she did so much work (she actually called the manager to do the transaction for her, and told her to have fun). She should have returned one item more than the credit of the gift card and should learn customer service. Other than todays experience, love this place!!

The prices actually disgust me, but besides that Ive had no problems there. I would look around a bit before buying anything directly from the store, but its convenient when you need some supplies since theyre right on campus.

Markups are high, but I get it, you pay for convenience. Whats bad is customer service. Ive seen five people about returning one text book and still no help.

Go across the street if you want better deals on school merchandise or textbooks

Management needs a reality check. The bookstore has not changed much since because almost every item continues to be unaffordable to the average student living on a budget. Besides the exaggerated price tags, the availability in sizes above Medium are almost non-existent in clothing. Additionally, a womans shirt of flimsy material was above $30+ and a pair of pants was discounted on clearance for $80+. Strangely, a single hair clip/bow for a pet would probably hit $10+ if they included tax. UM products should be inclusive and accessible to all its students from varying income levels.

Considering the Dollar x Real ratio, prices are not the most in account, but worth the visit. I think we had to have more options like this one here in Brazil, allowing the purchase of shirts, blouses, pants and all kinds of souvenirs that refers to college and sports rims, as well as reinforce the identification of students with the school, provides a great source of income for the institution.
