I needed a chain adjustment and the shop took care of me on the spot! Staff was really nice and payed attention to detail. Great customer service, will shop there again!

This bike shop is a life saver! Im traveling cross country and a tree branch took out my bike rack and bent my front fork. The coral gables location took my bike in first thing and charged me an incredible price to not only fix my front fork, but also to give me a full tune up. The owner was incredibly kind and seemed to genuinely care about his customers. Im so grateful to have found them! I would highly recommend them!!

I am very happy with the experience. I was able to find a good MTB, reasonably priced, during the pandemic. SunCycling is a respected Marin dealer, and Marins prices are really competitive. But, the customer service was over the top, I was able to get the bike fully set up, we added a spacer to accomodate my size (Im in between sizes) and they installed it free of charged after having it delivered from another shop. Plus, in a month I can go back for a general maintenance. Really, a white glove experience with the team and Alessandro.

5 Star!!! Great shop, they seem to carry the cream of the crop E-bikes and equipment. We just purchased a Tern GSD S10 from them and love it. They gave us a great no haggle, no BS deal and the bike was just as described when I arrived, price was exactly what they quoted us on the phone. I drove up from key west to get it and it is not a bad drive at all from the keys to the Coral Gables Location. The staff was courteous and professional and answer any questions I had. We like quality products, quality shops and service, think we have found our new bike shop. Just need one in key west know!! Thanks to Oliver who I first talked to and Yunet the manger at the Coral Gables location for a great long distance, and in person shopping experience. We will defiantly shop with them again. Wonderful bike shop! We were from out of town and wanted to rent road bikes for the day. They equiped us with everything we needed and suggested a route for us to take. The owner and employees were extremely friendly and helpful.

Hands down the best service, many parking option, Yunet who works at this location, is very compassionate and cares for her costumer, she walk around the whole bike and suggestions as well. Very good selection of electric bikes on hand. I was helped by Yunet who was very knowledgeable about the bikes and insisted I go ride my choice. Then she had me ride other bikes. Wthout her help I probably wouldnt be as happy with my bike as I am. Great Store and staff.

Today my partner and I ordered two Tern E-bikes from SunCycling in their Coral Gables location. SunCycling is a full service bike and ebike store, marketing and servicing some of the finer, more reputable bikes for pavement and off road use. Our sales technician Juan Azuaje was very knowledgable, friendly, low key and to our enjoyment, Juan was very professional and offered us ample unbiased information and honest advice and guidance that helped us make informed decisions. I would highly recommend speaking with Juan if you have the chance. This storefront location is ideal because it has ample metered street parking and a rear parking lot where your sales technician can guide you through the bike set up process and test rides.

Very elitist. They wont tune-up my bike simply because its not of a high enough quality. (Less than $100 huffy bike.)Snobs.
