Lovely furniture choices and well trained sales personnel. Custom choices are taking 12+ weeks in most cases, but have been buying Pottery Barn items for years and they still look great, so worth the wait for well made furniture, etc.

Be very, very careful because the discount labeled on the table is NOT valid on many (all?) of the items placed there. Out of six items in the 40% off table, NONE were actually 40% off. Actual discount at the register was 35-36.6% Interestingly, the online price does have a real 40% off on the same items, and if you argue, the employees will price match their own website (does that make any sense?) I would guess most people wont do the math at the register, so the higher price at the brick and mortar store is just a scheme to squeeze out a few more dollars from impulse shoppers. Went to Crate and Barrel instead, where the labeled prices actually matched the register.

Never buy anything from these people. Horrific customer service team and don’t expect it to arrive any where near on time. Ordered a bed and in early June and was told it was in stock for August delivery date. The agent at the store lied to me and it’s now looking like it’s showing up at end of August. You don’t even get updates of the delays

The Store manager was very rude to me. I Was at the store, placing my order with Jenni who was so helpful, and HE was all laughing and making fun of us with other two young employees on the middle of the store. Only Jenni was working in that place.. Unacceptable no matter who you are on any level.

This Pottery Barn location at Shops At Merrick Park in Coral Gables is a great and complete resource for all things quality furniture and home items. I like their selection of items available and being able to try out everything by sitting on it or holding it before making a purchase. The staff here is wonderful and works hard to make sure that you find what you need and are able to get it to your place.

Today’s visit was a bit disappointing. I ordered online for curbside pickup. When I got there, I was told that I would need to park and get off my car, take elevator up to their store to get my order. Is that curbside ? Sounds more like pick up . They ended up Beijing it down but after I expressed its a curbside order. Then they again mentioned to me that their curbside is having to get off to pick up. Curbside should not be offered if you need to still get off to pick up item. Is it because they didn’t want to their job and walk downstairs to bring the order? It just wasn’t cool how it was handled. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Pottery Barns customer service related to delivery is poor and unbearable. If you plan on ordering your furniture from here, know what you are walking into. I have spent 6 months dealing with Pottery Barn and will not return to make a purchase. I dont recommend doing business with this company.1. Nursery ordered in November for a April Delivery. .2. Delivery date missed for end of December - Pushed to January.3. Notified in January that the wrong crib was ordered...further delays. Continued to be notified that I Crib was not ready.4. When delivery was scheduled, the wrong crib was ordered on Pottery Barns part. Further delays.5. Crib finally arrived at Warehouse! Delivery was scheduled - however, delivery company forgot two items from my order!6. Customer Service advised they would provide a $300 credit for all the issues I had; however, now in May, no record exist. Very convenient.

Do NOT order furniture from Pottery Barn. Theyre famous for delaying delivery. I have been waiting 5 MONTHS for a $700 chair! I call customer service and they are absolutely not helpful. Theres no way for them to contact the vendor. This company is very shady. Stay away!! Read BBB reviews. It happens to LOTS of people!

Love this place but their prices are up there. customers cant pick up their orders in store in miami like pier one so there is no choice but to have it delivered for $160. cost me that to have a coffee table delivered.

We had 2 custom upholstered chairs from Pottery Barn made for us. We got them back and they are beautiful. They are exactly what we were hoping for and look perfect. Gabe and the rest of the team was awesome to work with I would use them again for custom furniture. Price wise I think they are better than Crate and Barrel, Room and Board.

The staff is always nice there. It is a big turn off that parking is not validated though. I was picking up an order, was parked for 16 minutes and I got charged $3!

Love Pottery Barn and the only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because their delivery and online customer service SUCKS. I got a very expensive and of course beautiful home office and after promising delivery within 2 weeks here I am in week 3 still waiting. Online order tracking completely useless and over the phone nobody knows the status of the parts cause whoever has to check in the parts when come to the warehouse is failing to do so. I’ve been buying from pottery barn for years. Never thought I will get so bad service.

I ordered over $10,000 in furniture items (between pottery barn, west elm and pottery barn kids). My orders have been in backorder and estimated delivery were pushed back more than 3 weeks. Very disappointed at the service.Lead times are bad enough, and they just keep pushing the delivery times back without concrete answers from costumer service.

RUDE! Is all I can say. Whoever the manager is that answers the phones there has terrible service terrible people skills and a terrible temper. So disrespectful. I will no longer buy from this location. And I will be reporting this to corporate. Instead of fixing an issue for an order that was placed incorrectly by them, all she did was make an excuse and ask me “why I bought them” . Total shock with her attitude. Definitely needs to be replaced if this store is to have any hope of survival in this location where all customers expect service.

I bought curtain rods and curtains and specifically picked black to match the black ironwork on my beds headboard and four poster. I had a professional installer come and when they checked the boxes they had given me the wrong color like a burnished silver. It looks awful and I already spent $200 for the professional installation.

The store has a nice selection, but leave plenty of time to check out. It always seems like they only have one person at the cash register who is frantic and customers are still shopping at the cash register while you wait with one item.

Worse experience. I went to Pottery Barn Kids in Merrick Park and purchased a crib and a chair with delivery day of 12/04, it is 12/27 and they don’t know when the items are. I called over a week ago to the customer service number and waited for 45 minutes and I did not get to talk to anybody. I also called the store and they told me I was going to get a call the next day to schedule the delivery but nobody called. I decided to go to the store tonight and the manager was not able to resolve anything and instead told me that I had to call customer service since all they did at the store was to place the order for me. When I told her my card had been charged over a month ago she said that they charged me because the items had been already being sent. It seems like they take your money and don’t care about delivering the items as promised. I don’t recommend buying from this business.
