Really great bagels, Unique bagel flavors and options for spreads. This appeared to be a very popular place when I visited. I suggest to plan ahead with a little extra time. The order system during Covid may be part of that wait. Maybe its a different system in a post pandemic world. I would say, its worth the wait. The Chedder Jalapeno bagel was insane!
Place is busy before they are even open. Was a weekend, so go early. Best bagel I have ever had! Coffee selection great as well.
Great bagels, great portions and good server. The only thing that is had been bad is when I order for pickup. I am a big fan of the egg and bacon on a roll, but also the sliced lox! They give you great portions on the lox! Always tasty, always fresh. I recommend going in person to get your food instead of ordering delivery. The last 3 times I ordered with Uber Eats, I got something wrong. In fact, one of the times I ordered and paid for the expensive lox and they forgot the lox itself! That said, I have never had any problems like that when I go in person and order there.

This place has good bagels, but the service destroys the place. There are other bagel places in NY that have awesome bagels and get your order RIGHT. I am not kidding when I say every time I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese with ketchup and avocado something was missing. My husband had the same issue with his order. The servers would write down the order and not execute it EVER. They also would try to argue with you about the order when they have the details right in front of them. Not to mention the line is always long. Its not worth the wait, if you do choose to go make sure you have 40 mins to kill and low expectations for order execution... good luck.
Cant go wrong with bagels and locks. The line is a little long and could be a little more efficient but seem to put priority to online orders
Great bagels, large variety, great customer service. We get bagels here every Saturday morning and it’s probably the place I’ll miss most when we move.
A young man took my order and I watched him do nothing with it for 10 minutes. I ordered 2 bagels (not toasted) with cream cheese. Should take less than a minute to prepare. Well, he didnt even get the bagels for 10 minutes. Management needs to watch their employees and make sure they are working. They have so many people working ....there shouldnt be a line out the door. They are inefficient. The veggie cream cheese is no good too.
I usually go to the one in Chappaqua, but stopped by the one in Tarrytown. Same quality food, but the service is very different. They didnt take the time to assemble my breakfast sandwich properly. It looks like they just threw it all in a container. 🤷🏾♀️
Be cautious of their prices! I got the lox bagel. It was good... but it cost me almost 16 dollars for that one bagel!! Blew my mind. I have been to plenty of housemade bagels and gotten a lox bagel and it usually hovers around 4, 5, or 6 dollars.
Most definitely the most phenomenal bagel and cream cheese I have ever had. I got an everything bagel with bacon and chive cream cheese and my husband and I are in awe at how good it was. Ill definitely go back!

Busy place. bagels are fresh and they have lots of flavored spreads for your bagels or sandwiches. They also sell the spreads in different size containers.
I got whitefish salad on a everything bagel. Bagel was good, but the whitefish salad wasnt anything special. Prices are slightly expensive there.

It’s a hit or miss, def takes too long making the food in the mornings. Expect to stand there 15-20 mins for a order in the morning. Staff looks super cranky too!
You guys have messed up my order too many times. Incorrect bagels, wrong orders, no hashbrown, but Ive dealt with it because its still usually good. However, this is the second time ketchup has been on my BEC and I HATE ketchup and ask for no ketchup. I didnt even bother eating the bagel. I might get plain bagels from you guys in the future, but not cooked bagels because Im sick of getting the wrong stuff.
Wow what a selection of bagels! So many options to choose from with lots of flavors of iced coffee, bagels, muffins, cream cheese favors, etc.
Their bagels were fantastic and toasted to perfection, I am definitely looking forward to coming back.

I just went here and I got a hash brown egg and cheese with avocado and the bagel was not toasted and not cut in half. It also appeared to have multiple hairs imbedded in it. I am sad because this was a really great place but now I am super disappointed. It also immediately fell apart as soon as I picked it up and the bagel was completely drenched in egg yolk.
I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a toasted plain bagel scrambled egg as I always do and the order was completely wrong. There was no cheese on the sandwich and the egg was not scrambled. This is not the first time this has happened. I normally check my food when I get to my car but I was running late today and I did not want to be late for work. Of course the day I do not check my sandwich its messed up. I heard the woman tell the gentleman on the grill my order (she said it correctly). What happened after that is beyond me because it was not crowded and the person before me only ordered bagels so it was not like he was overloaded with orders. If I could give zero stars I would as this is not the first time as I mentioned above. If you are going to charge $7 dollars for a sandwich it could at least be made correctly.

This place never disappoints. Best of all worlds - great bagels, deli sandwiches and traditional Jewish fare.
Their service for pick-up orders for delivery workers is the worse. They have like 10 people working at the counter and they completely ignore you, only attending people buying at that moment. The one that appears to be the head server/worker is incredibly rude. Its all very disorganized and we waste a lot of time waiting to be attended even when we know the order is ready, this translates in losing money for delivery workers, in addition to the food arriving cold to the customer.
Bagels werent great and the neither was the service. Waited until I was at the front of the line before any of the 7 people working acknowledged me, only to find out that my online order was waiting for me on a table. If anyone had bothered to acknowledge me when we walked in, or at any point before we got to the front of the line, we couldve been on our way much sooner.
Omg this place is soooo good!!!! The bagels are amazing!!! They offer plenty of vegan cream cheeses. I love the lox!!! I would order online the website is super easy. If not you will wait in line...moves fast but theres always a line! Staff is great, coffee could be a little better... I like mine really strong! Do yourself a favor and stop by!

Bagels are good. Go here often and usually pretty good service. Put in an order for delivery and they forgot my coffee. Called the store and told them the situation. Andrew says.. “can’t do anything about it, come pick it up if you want”. I didn’t know what to say. Disappointed.

I got ignored by all the workers. Bagels were removed before I could order. They tried to make up for it by giving me a free coffee. They also offered me a wheat bagel but I wanted an everything bagel. But since I had been standing there for so long, they put them in the back. Bagel wasnt that good.

This is an awesome bagel shop. The Blueberry Ice Coffee is great!!! 😋 The Bacon and Chive cream cheese is yummyo!!. I will try the Lox and Jalapeno next it looked so good.👍
Great food gigantic assortment of bagels and appetizers. The only issue I have is the lines are very long to get in and normally youre standing outside for at least 15-20 minutes on the weekend.

This specific location of the bagel emporium saved my mornings while working in New York. Being from New Orleans I always thought the bagel lure was just something talked about but it wasn’t long before I couldn’t start a day without this place. A lot has to do with the amazing bagels but a lot also has to do with the great service. Somehow they make that crazy worker and customer carnival work in a very quick gotta get to work way. Everyone there was always great but I think it would quite get done as well with Courtney running show. Always great full.Joe

Delicious first time
If you want great fresh bagels this is the place. The bagels are delicious and so are the spreads - of which there many to choose from. The make all types of sandwiches and wraps too. The classic bacon egg and cheese on a roll is always a winner here too.Time your visit wisely.... Sometimes the line is almost out the door. The line moves quickly though, so dont let that be a deterrent to trying this place out.
This place satisfies me in more ways than just having an empty stomach. The food is always hot and fresh and the overall atmosphere is very comforting. Love the staff as they are always wholesome and they even remember the way I like my meal prepared. You can honestly feel the food is made with effort and not just slapping two pieces of toast together and “voilà!” The manager goes out of her way to make sure every single customer is treated with respect. I think her name is Courtney. I remember one particular incident, I was ordering my usual and she recalled it from memory... a lady came storming in shouting “there was a baby in an unattended van without the heat going”. I told her I wanted to help and she said if I were to step out of line and help the poor hysterical woman, Courtney would make sure my order was taken care of. Sure enough, I stepped out to assist the concerned woman. I’m came back inside and there my order was, readily prepared even with my usual chips and OJ. I didn’t Even have to ask. She thanked me for being a upstanding bystander. It’s always a pleasure when she’s there. I can tell she really knows how to run this business. I will be telling everyone about this place!!!!
Fantastic bagels. Ok, I live in Pennsylvania--home of the below average bagels. These bagels wonderful. also, they have a great selection of cream cheese and toppings. My only regret is not buying more bagels. They give freezer bags.The staff is incredibly nice.If you go to the Bagel Emporium on a regular basis, just remember how lucky you are compared to those in Pennsylvania.

This place is amazing! They have tofu cream cheese which is so exciting and a lot of the time hard to find at other places. Went here 2 days in a row, it was that good! Can’t wait to try their flagels, as I love flagels so much! So glad I found this place in Westchester because before my favorite bagel place was all the way downtown.

I came to this place for a quick breakfast while visiting my client at Norwood. The people are really friendly and have tons of options to pick and choose your bagel. Its a nice place to take your kids out for breakfast.
Dont be disheartened by the long lines because they move quick and its well worth it. I moved to Tarrytown back in June and this establishment has become a go to place for a quick delicious bite. Whether it be bagels, sandwiches or coffee youll be happy you stopped in!

The Panini was not toasted in form the out side but instead the roast beef I ordered was dehydrated and fried up like a Philly cheese steak. It was ok just not what I was expecting. The low review is because the lox spread seemed like it was made with left over old lox which was stringy but as my gf has informed me. To a void this problem never order lox premixed in spread but on the top
Best bagels Ive had in a long time. When travelling through new york we always take a side trip here. Great variety of bagels cream cheeses. Their salt bagel has got to be one of the greatest things on Earth.

I stood on line and waited 6 minutes while the crew was chatting with one other and when I finally was next in line the girl asked the women Behind me for her order and when I told her I was the next in line she said I will get you next and when the other crew member took the next person on line that was even worse I told her I was before him as well she just stood there and said he was next in line. I guess I am from a time when people ACKNOWLEDGE their mistakes and say Im sorry she was before you I have to take her first.The disrespect is very real and the prices arent competitive for the bread(bagel).. Good bye I am NOT gonna give MY money and my time to be MISTREATED.

When they get it right, it’s so good. But literally 9/10 times they will mess up your delivery order. They either forget to give you an item, give you the wrong item (both of which just happened to me) or just straight up not read your very simple notes. I get that they are busy but it’s getting too ridiculous to continue ordering from them.
The bagels, sandwiches, muffins are all so fresh and tasty. They have a variety of deli items, all sandwiches made to order. The coffee is outstanding- one of the best coffees I have had. It is very busy in the morning, staff works hard to keep up with the long line and it moves quickly and efficiently. All employees very customer oriented- polite, efficient, smiling. A+++
Great place with delivery on Uber eats. We ordered customized breakfast sandwiches and bagels with cream cheese. The plain cream cheese was freshly whipped and delicious.
