Amazing customer service really nice woman helped us. I’m not sure how to spell her name but The name had a Q in it. She was really awesome really nice and helped us to make sure we got exactly what we needed and exactly what we wanted and everything that we would need for the bed I would recommend going there to anyone who need to buy a bed.

Quay was absolutely amazing! Me being a first time mattress buyer, I had no idea what I was doing. From the moment my mother and I walked in the door, she had us covered. Quay led us to the twin bed mattresses and when I told her what I was looking for she found the best one in our price field and better yet even MATCHED THE PRICE FROM ANOTHER STORE!! Long story short, my business will always be with her because she is phenomenal and will make you feel like you are the most special person in the room.

We all make choices. Choosing a bed shouldn’t be like pulling teeth from a set of dentures! The sales team were spectacular, extremely fast and friendly at our store in Waco TX. The first fella “Noah” was on spot and gave help in picking what me n my husband needed. Everyone in this team had a smile and great character! Even got down to personal level life skills etc with one sweet girl sales person. The manager is exemplified by his lack of confrontational granger. He held his ground and came out of it flying like a fairy when he got word of our delivery problem!! The company sucks backing this awesome team up! I really hope corporate gets a word of this and invests some time in our situation. We deserve way better and so does this team.

My experience at Mattress firm was nothing short of outstanding. I had went to another furniture store the day prior. I was upset because of the lack of service as well as value for my hard earned money. I have been shopping around for mattresses online for a little while and decided to go to Mattress Firm just to see what they had not expecting to get anything figuring it was going to be out of my price range. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by Gabe Negrete and he was super helpful the entire time. I ended up finding the mattress I was looking at online (which was like $80 a month) and was able to get the mattress in a king, along with an adjustable bed frame which was something I wasnt even planning on getting for free along with a mattress protector and everything is only going to cost me $14 a month. Needless to say Im super happy with what I got because I was expecting to pay a lot more for the mattress I got. Gabe was wonderful and Im so happy I decided to go in the store because he saved me so much Time and trouble along with saving me a significant amount of money.

Delivery was a nightmare. That was the only problem. My sales Person was Jacob he was professional and funny he made the whole process vary easy. The store manger was perfect in dealing with the delivery problem. I love the mattress i will be dealing with Jacob again when i get my other bed.

WOW! Blown away. Finally someone who listens. Were loyal to this company as were 3 mattresses in trying to figure out which mattress works best. X FIRM, nope, Med, nope, Plush, NOPE, Umpteenth surgeries and the Drs said - Firm for my back anyway. Went in with a specific budget (3 more days till payday lol), met Gabe and he freaked us out by listening to our or story AFTER asking what brought us in. If youre a back sufferer - go see him, he can relate, because hes had the same surgeries many of us in the Military have had. He explained the worry free exchange of the mattress if it doesnt work for my back, showed us options, let us talk, sold us the mattress (stayed within -$9.84 of our FIXED budget- nb) and frankly its the first time we have spent that much money then went out to eat lol because we were relieved, and happy. Weve just been so miserable on our new yet horrifically bad for both our bad backs mattress. The best part is, our new mattress will be here tomorrow! Thank you Gabe, Mattress Firm got it correct putting you in our military community, youre what we needed! If you treat everyone thats been banged around a bit physically and is a little short on people skills as I am they way you did me and my family i think you guys will be selling plenty of mattresses! Aliyah or Alia female working on July 9 2020 was very rude. When i went And I asked for is a pillow that was delivered and I asked for is a pillow that was delivered and ready for pick up she went to the back and grabbed it when she came back she handed it to me, didn’t say anything and just sat down. I filled the paper for signing for it with just my printed name I hadn’t signed yet so i can observe the pillow before writing my signature. I noticed it looked different from the last pillow I ordered the last one came in a big box and it wasnt folded up but this one was folded up. So i asked the female why it was different she said idk and proceeded on her computer then when I pulled it out with my mask on I could smell that it smelt like dog food so I lowered my mask and it definitely smelt like dog food then I opened the pillowcase and observed the pillow it looks like it has been used it was torn on one side and then there was fuzzies or something on the inside of the actual pillow. I asked her why it had stuff on the inside she said it could just be the pillow i proceeded with the one in the store doesn’t have it, then i asked why it smelt like dog food she gave me one worded answers and still continued to proceed on her computer. Point is SALES ASSOCIATES should be professional and try to help the customer as much as possible. If she would’ve been like any good sales associate and made eye contact at the very least or gave more than a “idk” sentence I would’ve felt more comfortable taking my pillow home. I’ve shopped there the past 4 years and have never experienced bad customer service there.
We thought we would have to drive to Killeen, in fact we were on our way and glanced over and saw Mattress Firm over by Whataburger in the new shopping center. We walked in and Derick Collings treated us like royalty. Educated us on mattresses from how they are made to what to look for....and all without a stressful sales approach. We bough our mattress and couldnt be more pleased. Thanks for providing great sales and customer service!

So i was buying a mattress to replace the mattress i bought last year from the killeen store i had it on layaway cause the room wasnt ready yet and i didnt want them laying on their side i had company and had to get it asap but then i slept on it after they left it was very firm i know i would never buy a firm mattress they say thats the one i chose i was supposed to go back in and discuss exchanging it or returning it i had to go into the hospital i asked to have the distric manger call me i never got that call and now they are telling me i have to pay to return it my first purchase was great dealing with the other store this purchase has changed my mind totally about the company i wont deal with them ever again i will take my business and money else where oh and the plastic was never removed so even though they were slept on just 3 night no ones body ever touched the mattress
