Customer service is rude and I never got the information I had called for many times. I paid for expedited delivery, called for tracking numbers and I was told that the warehouse did not give that information therefore the lady I spoke to said shell have to call or email me back. I said email because I figured it be a couple hours. It took 5 days and still didnt received any emails or calls. I had to call to check on what was going on and was told the warehouse doesnt have people at a computer or phone (yeah that was what lady actually said to me) I have used this company for the second time. First time there was delivery issues and lack of communication. But I figured I give them a second chance and they do have good prices. But here I am regretting it because its not worth the stress...I dont recommend them and this is my last time I will use them. They need to have better friendlier customer service, clear communication, and clarify shipping policies better than they do. If my order is not here in 5-7 business days, then why did I pay extra? Please dont buy from them. Shop elsewhere, it is not worth the headache!

We got these videos when they first came out years ago for our sons. Now are grandchildren need good quality videos as well.

Buyer BEWARE! Awful company and customer service. Ordered on August 5th and paid for 3 day express shipping, it is now September 14th and my daughters curriculum is still NOT here. We have called repeatedly, got the run around, been told we would get call backs and not received one, been told it would be here this day and it not show up, etc. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
