Wonderful customer service They helped me to pick out a phone and even help me pick out a new watch Im not sure what his name was but the guy who helped me really gave a 10 out of 10 experience
Joshua, at this location, is amazing! Not only did he help me get a new phone, he got me an amazing deal, told me a place to go to have my old phone fixed (for less cost than the Apple Store) and was so patient. He was super sweet and very knowledgeable. My experience here was the best I’ve ever had at a Verizon location ... and I’ve been with Verizon more than 10 years now. Michael was great. Very respectful and helped me with what i needed. Came all the way from Grand Prairie and was very pleased with there customer service. This store is amazing, way better than other Verizon stores. I had previously went to the Verizon off McArthur & 635 it was terrible service didn’t want to help pick out a phone to upgrade. I came across this Verizon when I was driving by and WOW just amazing customer service, didn’t pressure me to buy anything, gave me solutions for my needs and wants in a phone. I will continue to do business here for now on!Joshua and Mike you guys are AWESOME!!

Horrible experience!!!! First off I walk in to 21 savage explicit music which is very unprofessional. I ordered my phones online and simply needed to make a pick up and I was told that the store sold my Gold Iphone from one line and decided to cancel all 3 lines of my order because they had no more gold ones even though I would have chosen a different phone.I was then told there is nothing I could do but wait for my $205 refund and open a new account. I left and it has caused me more pain because I placed another order and it got held up as well. I have now been trying to transfer my 6 lines and have 2 orders on hold, no refund, no phones, no answers, and the store near me also gave me problems. Its way more then I can even type. If this is how their service is then Im sticking with Sprint even though I hate them too.

Incompetent workers, major disconnect between sales team and store. Sent the phone I just bought to another store. Did not send an order cancelation email because my order was wrongly allocated. New customer leaving before I even started with this company. Shame on you Verizon, DO BETTER!

The gentleman that assisted me was polite and he understood exactly what I needed. He didn’t try to sell me anything I wasn’t looking for, and he answered my questions clearly. I almost went to a different store today but I’m glad I chose the store in Coppell; very friendly staff at this Verizon store.

We went to add a line to our plan. The representative told us that we qualified for free Samsung Tablet and it is free. We asked multiple times and every time was same answer. We asked will any thing change in our monthly billing and he said NO. We got our bill and it shows $40 activation charge for Tablet and monthly fee of $10, which were never told to us. On top of this, this guy said that we can use tablet anytime but it needed activation which he never did. Big lair. We had to call Verizon to get it activated and they are not willing to help us as that guy made us sign the contract for 2 year for Tablet. This is called Fraud. Waiting for store manager to respond. If you go to this store please be careful. rather go to Irving store on 635, they are more helpful and true. This was first and last time going to store in Coppell.Will update this review after getting the response from store manager. Verizon customer service was useless and did not help at all, and this is after we have been with Verizon for more than 10 years.After 2-3 months, finally fixed the issue. That is why increasing rating.
Deceitful n incompetent. Bought phones during Black Friday 2017 n Im still dealing with billing issues. Promotion of buy 1 get half off was never applied. The said total monthly bill told in the store is off by $70. Was told by Joshua that hell throw in a free tablet without telling me that a 2 year contract is required. I was shock to see the bill. I tried to return it but of course they wont take it back. Im still waiting for a manager to return my call. Been to the store several times n I was always told the manager will call back. But 2 months later Im still waiting

Manny is beat manager in Texas. Got me my Note 8 and the man takes the time to walk you through. Set up. And very personable.
There was some miscommunication on when the phones we ordered would arrive.The folks here rectified that by crediting our account 50 dollars.

Beware when changing plans. Never has my bill been correct. I have spent way to much time on the phone trying to get this fixed. Only to be told nothing that was said is correct and the will NOT honor what I was told. Beware and use caution.
