I bought Green Gobbler for my stopped up tub. I followed the directions and waited more than two days, and the product failed to produce any results. I had to pay a plumber for the help. I have a receipt and a picture of the lack of results in my tub. I have called every day for three days and listened to a reply that I will get a call back from their awesome Customer Service. I have NOT. The product Guarantees results, and it has failed, just like the return phone call that I have not gotten. Im still waiting and calling and expecting something positive. I might have to call the Better Business Bureau. Well see.

So, if you find this company under another name (than the ones I listed) I would check to make sure it is also tied to (Ecoclean/Factory Direct Vinegar) so that you know you are getting the best deal and customer service by the jugs/barrels they have to offer. (Why waste time elsewhere?) I did that easily by starting a chat with the rep in the box after I placed a call.Go get your clean on!

My wife and I bought two gallons of their vinegar solution and it worked incredibly well. The animals and insects in our yard are still thriving, which we greatly appreciate. I received my order, the bottle was opened and some of the product had spilled out The bottle appeared old. After using 3/4 of the bottle on my bathtub and following the instructions my bathtub is still not draining as it should. This was very disappointing as i had researched and had read good reviews. Could this be due to old product ?

The Drain Pacs worked great, I was sceptical at first, but after following the directions accordingly, I can honestly say the clog in my toilet is gone and its finally flushing normal again. Thanks guys for all your help.
