57 years in the business, this is the most incompetent supplier I have ever dealt with. Every day you get a new story. They claim to be a stocking dealer and have the material in stock. Todays story is the material hasnt arrived yet and it might be delivered Wed. (2 days from now). Do yourself a favor and go to one of the many dealers near them. Maybe they should stick to the pellet business as they seem lost in the deck business.This is a response to their reply.: I didnt buy the material. The customer did. LIAR! What a pathetic operation.

First off I called to make sure they have it. Told me the have over 1000ft of the color and deck board I was looking for. He confirmed that he had it. So I asked for the them have it ready for me. He said no because he got burn too many times. So I asked for his name he told me it was John.When I got there and asked for John he had no clue what I was talking about and said that I must of talked to Adam. John walk out to the yard and told me they can’t get to it because it is all iced up. As anyone would I started complaining because it took me 30 mins to get there when he told me they had it and could get to it. So the guy “Adam” told me to get out of his store. What is said is that during the call he knows that I am a contractor.Great way to do business! Keep up the good work!

First off they gave my wife an extremely hard time filling the order. Then they required me to fill out a form for authorization for my wife to use my credit card. They would not let her use hers. My computer wasnt working at the time so it was a huge inconvenience. They then refused to deliver the order. When I looked at my bank account I found out they had charged my card. Horrible people. Stay away!

If anyone has a pellet stove has a hard time feeding their pellet stove(40 lb bags ) This place sells23 lb bags .
