Everytime I order food. I gotta bring it back its never right. But the ladies at the cash register is very nice and helpful. But the people who make the food need to be fired except 1 of them

I recently made an order here. Never received my food. I ordered the night prior and woke up to it being cancelled. Then ordered again. It cancelled. Now Im being charged from Uber. Highly upset Im being charged and more mad because I was hungry

Be careful using your card at the pump! Had 2 incidents were my credit card was skimmed at the gas pump and used for fraudulent charges. Told the staff after 1st incident and called the store about the 2nd incident got push back from the so called manager Scott also wrote their headquarters no response be careful using your credit cards at the pump. Gas prices are great even though.

Credit or cash is the same price, coffee inside as well as heros and such made right in front of you. Also, a wide selection of pretty much anything you can think of!

I love Donna she works the late shift n Nelly he is great too there are others that work either late shift or over nite that are great i just dont knw names they are the reason i go out of my way to go to that quikcheck 💜💕

Very rude staff out of almost everything on their menu worst experience ever with this store said they only had wheat sub so I ordered a chicken steak on that then after I was getting a drink to go with meal and it was filled up the person then proceeds to say their out of the chicken steak like what do they have

Will be calling coorperate for the older lady with red hair. How she speaks to customers is unexceptable. Maybe she had a bad day. But totally rude.

I have been going to quick since it opened. I have to say yes staff is friendly. Food is good. But your wait time once you order is horrible. Its seems even when not busy the staff cantcant handle orders. Things are breaking down looks dirty. Never any coffee. This store was good when it first opened with free coffee they had the food under control. Now hardly anyone there its seems so lacked. Need a manager to take charge and get more help again. Or quick check will be checking out.its a has station stop should be able to handle things better. Dont have a quick food place if you got to wait 20 minutes for a sandwich.

They don’t always have things stocked. Like soy milk, ice in the ice machine, or even hot dog buns. I ordered two and they informed me one would have to be on regular bread. Not that bad but a little disappointing at times.

I agree with the other comment- subs are good but there was ONE person before me and two people behind the counter and it took too long to get my sandwich. One of them was just cutting bread when there was plenty of bread when she could have been making a sandwich.. also the smoothies are disgusting sadly.

Love this place.. the food is amazing, the ordering system is great. All of the workers i have seen or talked to have been on point. I pulled up ordered my sandwiches and make a coffee, as soon as im done making my coffee my order was ready. It does not take long at all for them to make your food. Food was always fresh and tasted great, i have tried at least 12 different items so far, and plan on trying them all! I just discovered this place about a week ago as well, please dont get rid of the 99 cent coffees! Best place though hands down, long island needs more of these!

Although I am a big fan of Quick Chek, Im only giving this new store 3 stars for now, and its only for the few employees that clearly have a handle on things. I know its new and still has a few bumps to work out but, everyday it seems like total mass confusion here. Ive been here nearly everyday since opening and with each trip something is either wrong or someone elses order is wrong. The prep area staff needs better supervision to identify and fix the issues. Making sandwiches shouldnt be that difficult or take so long.

Gas is cheap, people are friendly, and the food is GREAT. The only drawback is how painfully slow they are making food here. Expect to wait AT LEAST 15-20 mins for a sandwich. I tried this place at least 3-4 times and they are always slow!!!

The workers at this store needs some serious training . They are so slow and one lady there that say she is the manager is very rude and disrespectful to the customers. The store is very dirty and the coffee area is never clean. I went in to make coffee and it was so dirty I just left . You have to wait on line for a long time because there is always only one cashier. Again we had a bad experience in this store. There is a cashier name Jackie who so rude and nasty to Customers. There days when she seems to be ok and day when she is so disrespectful . I will never go back there again and I know a lot of other people who feel the same way about her.

Firstly, let me say that if you havent had the food here, or you have... and you actually like it... you need to keep reading.This store, and every other quick chek- from here to New Jersey- have a HUGE problem with flies. And I dont mean that theyre just flying around. No, they are everywhere. Coffee, knives used to cut your sandwiches, cheeses, counter tops (rarely even cleaned,) self serve heated foods... the list is endless. If youve ordered a deli sandwich or deli meats from here, chances are you have eaten meats that have had flies crawling all over it. This is a problem for multiple reasons, but thats obvious so I wont go further. According to my friend who was employed at this company for less than 2 weeks before quitting; management is horrendous. Corporate knows about infestations and still do nothing. Theyre rarely allowed to take breaks, no matter how long their shift was. They dont get adequate training (this is the reason wait times are so long.) So if you see any of their employees who look miserable, these are just a few of the reasons why.Moving on.I have seen rat droppings everywhere from table tops, to shelving in aisles, and to countertops where food is prepared.Bottom line, they have 2 pest infestations that Ive seen, can we imagine what other rodents or pests inhabit this place?This is not somewhere you want to shop for food at, no matter how good the prices appear, your health is not worth it.Oh, and if you buy a bag from here (5 cent) be ready to be charged TAX on it. Yes, tax... on a 5 cent bag. Im not complaining about the bag fee, Im complaining about the fact that theyre imposing a tax on it. Nowhere else in Suffolk county adds a tax to the bag fee, except for this place.

I just left the store. Tried to find reg. Half n half, NONE. So i tried the new bottle of light cream. It poued out heavy. Threw it out. Tried again, next bottle was not as heavy, so i tried pouring coffee, and it didnt make a full cup, and i was trying for an x-large. It curdled.The coffee girl had an attitude, telling me it was new. So I threw it away and walked out and went down the street to 7-11.

I cant completely give this place a bad review, but I cant in all fairness give it a good one either. I stopped here to get food, and ordered the meatlovers meatball hero and salt and vinegar french fries, then took them home to eat.The first thing I noticed were the fries. In the image they use to sell you on them, they were large, well cooked and in a big box; I was actually surprised they would give you so many for $2. I shouldnt have been. What i got was a small plastic container with some things in the bottom that looked like pale worms. The container itse;f wasnt even half full; you could easily have gotten twice as many fries in a small order from the Burger King directly across the street from them. They were severely undercooked, stuck together and appeared to have been hastily microwaved instead of actually fried.The next was the hero. Im actually looking at it now, which is what prompted me to write this review. Its supposed to have cheese on it, sauce and it was called a meeat lovers hero. There are a few slices of pepperoni on it, which are both severely dried out and burnt. It has some white... stuff... on the bread and small meatballs that Im guessing is supposed to be cheese, but has a consistency much closer to plastic, and appears to again have been microwaved on. There is no sauce to be found on this sandwich; its dry as a bone. Whatever moisture might have been in the meat and cheese was either removed by the microwave, or is vacuum sealed into the meat by the plasti-cheese coating. It SMELLS good, but so does a car air freshener, and right now Im slightly more inclined to eat one of those than this thing.The whole thing cost me just under $10, and I feel EXTREMELY cheated having purchased this. The false advertising on the french fries is bad enough, but this travesty of a sandwich is literally hurting me. And this is especially bad considering that right across the street within walking distance is a Burger King Ive freequented many time with no problems. Someone coming for gas could literally just park their car and take a short walk for MUCH better food.So why cant I rate this place at the bottom? The staff was courteous. The store is very nice, and has a wide range of things; as long as you avoid the actual kitchen, you should be fine. The station itself iss brand new and pleasant to look at. they give free air and vaccuming which is rare these days. As a gas station and quick stop for snacks the place seem like it excels.Its just their prepared food thats a complete, utter travesty. Hpefully they will put in some actual ovens and friers so the staff can provide what theyre advertising... or else be more honest and show what *really* comes out of their kitchen. Food is NOT supposed to be just microwaved randomly to try to cook it.

Im not one to leave a bad review but i cant help it with this visit. The store is very clean and has great selection. BUT...my sandwhich was not made properly presentation was very bad as if it was just thrown together and wraped sooo poorly. Really dont like to pay for something that looks like who ever made it doesnt want to be there. Maybe ill just go during the day shift no more night time visits for me.

With in a few days of there opening this place got really dirty . Garbage is flowing over and there is no coffee made . The floors have dirt all over them . Ordered food and had to wait 20 min to get it . This place is just disgusting . Didnt even last 1 week in my eyes
