Very poor customer service, when I was being service othere people came in and I was put on the side and they were serve first telling me that will take only second, and waitted 15min .and I left

I call million times before I get there because they always do something and I have to wait I call in lunch time and they never pick up the phone so lazy people never going there again!!👎🏼

I worked here before, the owners are money hungry, they dont care about customer service, they charge for free services, they make unauthorized changes to customers accounts. my mom went here to pay her bill of $50 and they lowered it to $30 and pocketed the $20 difference, they also dont provide receipts which is super sketchy.THEY OVER CHARGE FOR PHONES, THEY CHARGE FEES THAT ARENT EVEN METROPCS FEES JUST TO MAKE MORE MONEY. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE. THEY ALSO SELL REFURBISHED PHONES AND TELL CUSTOMERS THEY ARE NEW.

The two women in this store in the evenings are so rude they cheat people out of money, they tried to scam my husband by trying to charge him $40 to switch his phone because the other phone was broken! They lie to people and tell them they cant help them, they close there store early, they wont let you pay your bill there saying there system isnt working . They are lazy and have nasty attitudes! I have tried to report them several times Idk why they arent fired yet! Rediculous! I will continue to file complaints until they are gone because they shouldnt be able to run the store like that!

They didnt know what they were talking about. they told me my iphone was not unlocked when i did the unlock myself (I fix phones for a living). they tried to charge me 35 just to replace a sim card. Im not coming back to this place.

Probably the worst place to get phones..if you like metropcs you must better looking for another location cause people who working there have more time to be in facebook .. they have a lot of hidden fee ... probably the worst place to choose one phone. If you like this company, its fine, but choose another place since the people who work there have more time for leisure and not to serve customers ... apart from that they have a lot of hidden charges, I think they are a fraud ...
