I looked at a few of the other reviews and my review will be iterative in nature however when you come across exceptional people in their industry I believe you should applaud their abilities.One of the first things you will experience, if you lucky enough to get Peter as your salesman, is that he is skilled at making you feel valued as a customer. The next thing you will experience is his deep knowledge of the mattress industry and his ability to explain the relevant details that will assist you in making the right purchase. The final, and most important thing you will experience as a customer of Peters is his ability to sell to your need not JUST to the companys bottom line.Speaking with a salesman that is knowledgeable and prioritizes the customer is all that a customer can ask for when making a purchase. Therefore if you are looking for a mattress then I highly recommend making a visit to this store and requesting the service of Peter; I am certain your experience will be just as wonderful.

Best shopping experience because of Peter! Came in for a mattress and was fully educated on the differences! I came in of a bed frame, however I will be in very soon for a new mattress! I use to be anti-Sleepys, but Peter has definitely changed my view. I will be referring everyone looks for a mattress to Peter!

Pete is on top of his game! By far best sales man ever. Hes very knowledgeable, detailed, patient and a great entertainer. He can tell you everything you need to know about mattress -- I never knew there was so much that went towards buying one -- from pros to cons hell know it! We went to several other stores before going back to Pete to purchase our mattress and no one could give us the customer service that Pete did. We went to him 3 times before making our big purchase and all 3 times he was in a great mood, friendly, funny and helpful! If you need a mattress then go to this location and ask for Pete, you wont regret it!Delivery was on time quick and easy! They even lay out the mattress firm carpet at your front door and wear shoe guards when entering!Great experince :)

Make sure you deal with Pete. The personalized service he provided was superb. I was trying to buy a mattress similar to one that was no longer available and also have it shipped out of state. Pete did all the research and gave me informed choices. Tell him if you have sleep issues( sleep apnea, overheating,etc. ) and he will show you products that will mitigate your problems. Great prices and service. Its wonderful to deal with a competent salesperson.

Pete is one of the best sales person (I dont even want to call him that - cause he went way above and beyond what was expected of a salesperson) that I have ever met. His knowledge of mattresses and the way he described the different options made me feel both much more knowledgeable and less naive about shopping for one, but also Pete is just a very charismatic guy in how he described it all to us. Went in hesitant and came out relieved. Yet, I didnt buy anything that first day cause I had to make the rounds and check other places first. Pete stood in the back of my mind whenever I spoke to a different sales person. We literally went to at least another 5 places, checked and asked about all types of beds on 2 different days and we both decided that the mattress we wanted was at Mattress Firm and the sales person we wanted to buy it from was Pete. The delivery of the mattress was right on. Took only like 2 or 3 days to get it and we are loving it. Thanks Pete and Mattress Firm!
