I had a great experience at Express Lube today. The manager communicated the timing, and was friendly and informative from the start. They explain everything to you, check your lights, wipers and more, and change them right there if you need. You sit in the car the entire time, and the entire team seemed to work great together, and paid attention to what they were doing. Ill be going here from now on. Highly recommend this place!

Not worth a star they just try to sell you stuff you dont need and doesnt pay attention to your car. I came in for a oil change and they almost forgot to drain and change my filter, I watched the lube Tech pump oil and I asked him what he was doing he said youre all done I was like no I watched the whole thing he was trying to rush me out .

Went to Express lube to get an oil change. The guy proceeded to take the OIL cap and put it on a white laminated piece of paper and say look your transmission fluid is so dirty it looks like... like ( he may have said sludge, not sure)Very dishonest, it is probably the manager of the express lube facilitating this to get extra cash. I said no just the oil change thanks... Maybe i should have brought up the fact that it was oil and he was dishonest but didnt. Not good, so be careful

I was reading the reviews and I read a lot of bad stuff, staff name Héctor and Israel really a good help, and he give me a good advise, at the end they charge me $107.00, because my truck take 8.5 quarts of oil and 0-20 full sintético. One dollar more then Pepboys, and I don’t have to wait and stay on my own truck, good service and in Pepboys I have to wait hours to do it .

These guys are fast and efficient really know what they are doing and I would recommend them to anybody I get my car serviced there regularly

Took my car there this morning for an oil change. i always make a scratch mark on my oil filter because of past bad experiences, and lo and behold when i checked it they hadnt changed it.when i brought it back,they didnt apologise and claimed they had changed it,but put in a new one anyway.ill never go back there again.

Went for an inspection, told me I had to get windshield wipers for $80. It was a brand new car, dishonest place. They spray some kind of dirty substance on your wind shield and try to prove to you that the wipers are bad. Guess Ill go back to Firestone.They use to be an honest place.

Not worth a star, they dropped my stuffs from glove box and didnt pick them up. Lost one of my box door stoppers.

Took 45 minutes and the total came out to $165.00 for an oil change and 3 windshield wipers. I will never come here again.

Glad this guy went out of business.

I came in for NY State Inspection and I handed the keys to one of the guys and he said I have to wait 45 minutes for inspection so I went to run some errands and when I came back after 1 hour my car is still in parking lot so I asked him what happened and he said that I never spoke with him about the inspection and he couldnt do it as they are closing in next hour.i dont know why wouldnt he said that when I walk in.
