I have never had an issue with pick up or returning trucks. The vehicles are always clean and maintained well. The front desk staff is very efficient and quick. I have used them multiple times and theyve never let me down.

I have never been to a better uahul store.I came in to grab some uhaul moving blankets and ended up striking conversations with the employees..Im not sure of the name of the girl I talked to but she was such a joy to talk to!She was quick in ringing me up, showed compassion and excitement towards my projects that I use the blankets for, and continued to be very social.You can just tell that she was not only kind and sociable, but also a natural leader.I love going into stores or businesses where the employees treat their customers like family.

Had an appointment to get our trailer hitch installed and when we got there we were told that they didn’t have the part in stock. We were told to call Napa or another part store to find the part ourselves. Couldn’t believe it. We sat there and called places ourselves and then the installer told us that he didn’t have time to do it anymore. Absolute garbage. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.

Very helpful and friendly. We had a complicated issue and they resolved everything quickly and with no hassle. Great service!

Just didnt rent what we wanted cause of having credit card and boss said no way but good we called for reservations.

Trailer rental went ok, however I had rented the trailer for two days and brought back in less than one. When disconnecting the trailer I had asked the attendant about the paper work and charges being I brought it back early. He said I should get a email in ten minutes or so that will show the charges will only be for one day. Never did recieve the email and on hold for 30 minutes when trying to call and ask about it. Drove back next morning and sure enough they never did check my trailer in so I would have been charged for the second day. Good company, just poor follow thru. Staff was cordial about it all when I was onsite.

They scratch car .When I called to complain they deny it it’s my word against them.

Best place to go to get your propane tanks filled up. Only pay for the amount of propane they put in your tanks

Service my wife and I received was somewhat rude and poor, as if we were a burden to the gentlemen who helped us.He was rude and did not go out of his way to help us out in finding a moving truck despite it being last minute on our part. Regardless, it doesnt matter, you still should help people find options even though your locations availability is nill at the time.So we ended up going to the St. Cloud location, of which provided us with much better service and ended up helping us out despite the last minute request/notice.

I looked up online for availability on truck and auto transport, everything was available and compatible with vehicle im going to tow, but when I got there they said that they dont have anything and that i wont be able to tow that vehicle with any of their cars. Note before I was towing much heavier cars with same setup. Worst personal Ive ever seen all that because they were so lazy to get up of their chair they should be fired for that. I would never go to that uhaul again!!! PS: Ive done different review on this Uhaul before but they keep creating new profiles in google maps to hide all the bad reviews for their services!

0 stars - on hold for 10 minutes - totally clueless then extremely rude and arrogant on the phone - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT! called the store in St Cloud and got excellent service!

Avoid this location. I had an appointment to have a hitch installed and gave me the price installed over the phone. I showed up for my appointment and dude went and looked at my vehicle and came back and said it will cost an extra $160 almost doubling the price. So dont get scammed by these people. If you need hitch or hitch related work done, seek elsewhere or go to your vehicle dealership

They hooked me up with the cargo van I asked for. In fact I ended up needing it an extra day. I called and they made it happen.

Made an appointment with their call center and after driving 20 minutes toward their location got a call that the appointment was cancelled because they didnt have the part. When called back they also said they didnt have an installer on staff.Thanks for wasting my time and gas. How do I get reimbursed for that?Will NEVER use a U-haul product again.
