Krystal was great working with. She answered all my questions and helped me switch to a larger size unit because the one I rented was to small. She always asked if I had any other questions, and she was very polite and pleasant to work with. I will be recommending Public Storage to my contacts!

Krystal did an amazing job helping me today. I came in few days ahead to get my lock changed and she said it will take up to about a week after she put the request in. I like that she did her job and pushed the process to less than a day and she also helped me with The storage app. The job she done was outstanding and more help than I ever received before. I rented a storage space from this location for nearly 2 years without any issues until it came time to vacate. We vacated the unit on August 27th, 2021 and this location was still looking to get their monthly payment on September 1st. It is now October 19th, 2021 and I just received a letter from a collections agency looking to collect the $183. I have reached out to any 1-800 number I could find on the internet and was only told that they escalated the issue. The first escalation was back on September 4th and I still havent heard back from anyone.Choose a different storage company if you can help it.

Its great that they have heated, super high security units, but the fact that it closes-- and you have to be OUT of there unless you want to sleep over-- by NINE pm is rather inconvenient. Quite inconvenient.

I’ve had the worst experience with this public storage. This is the worst company to ever support. Not only did I request to get my lock cut on AUGUST 17th but it’s still not cut(TODAY IS SEPTEMBER 16) I’ve spoken to 10 different who kept saying the district manager Ellie is coming. I left her voice messages and she ignored them all and still hasn’t called. Im bringing a lock smith today to take all my things out and cancel my service.I lost so much money from mt business because of this. I wouldn’t even give 1 star cause they don’t deserve it

Paul the manager was extremely helpful and friendly. It was my first time renting a storage unit and Paul answered all my questions, got me set up with a nice storage unit and even came to the storage unit and showed me where the lock was and how to open and close the door. Great customer service and Id recommend this storage property to any of my family or friends !!

Paul was very helpful with us at our friends storage locker. very friendly and kind to help with the code to get in the place and out. He even check on me if I needed any help while my friends were gone to drop stuff off. Then when it was time to get the final walk through, Paul was more then happy to help us. I ordered my unit online and the process was painless! The unit was clean and when I checked into the office with questions Sarah and Paul took great care of me. They were professional and really personable. Its good to know my issues will be taken care of quickly and with a smile!

Krystal was a great helping me get the right unit as well as making sure I knew the differences between them. I.e. climate control, drive up.

After waiting 3 months for repairs on our unit, Krystal started there and had the repairs done in a couple weeks. A wonderful asset to this location!

No opportunity to see the storage before contracting and representative doesn’t with the ”take it or leave it attitude.”

Just went to a different location and paid it without having to buy a lock. The old lady Erica here is rude and stubborn. It was strange because normally everyone here is so friendly. Never seen her before and hope to never see her again. Just tried to call and talk to her about it and she hung up on me. Now when I call it says theyre closed. Great customer service. Just called Elle the district manager to voice my complaint.

Erika was able to set me up with a 10x25 for $25 for 1st month and $107 a month after that in less than 10 mins and she was training another person in. If that’s not quick service, then I don’t know what is. After reading down the other reviews. I want to add that I assure you I’m not fake and neither is my review. Great job erika

This place is a disaster. Our storage unit is completely frozen shut. There is an 8 inch ice dam at the door entry. I would assume that all this ice will melt and run into our unit once it thaws. They put some ice melt on it and said come back later...what a joke. We pay almost $300 a month l.

Katiyanna was super informative and very nice. I stopped in to look at options for storage in the spring. She answered all my questions and was super friendly. The drive up access is a plus and the property is super easy to access. I love that they have climate control and will definitely be coming here!!!

Writing this review days after I signed for my unit. The registration process was super fast and easy. The office clerk Tequilla was very helpful and professional! I like that the property has a gate that requires a code to get through. I also think the office hours are very good. Made it easy to schedule my appointment without needing to take time off work.

Walked in to see if storage was available for a few things. Katiyanna showed a unit real close to entrance and building door. PERFECT for my handicap self. So Erika let me know, if I came today which is the 30th, she would be able to help me change to a lower priced unit .But also on top of that, I had people that were supposed to help me move, but they all flaked out on me .So seeing that I had no help, I asked Erika if she had a dolly I could use . She said yes, and then she went out of her way to tell me she had a pallet 😊 . Public Storage (Expecially this one! ) is a great place to store items at! I have been renting for quite some time and no issues thus far. The grounds are well kept and the employees are simply wonderful! Even when there is a line out the door, the managers continue to focus on each persons individual needs and help to insure your items are safe and secure. Thanks Public Storage!

Very well run & clean property. Tequilla, the Property Manager, is top notch! She explains everything thoroughly and her customer service skills are the best!! She answers questions with a smile on her face and gives the impression that shes there to help. She is sweet, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. Janae did a wonderful job getting me signed up. She is great at her job! This place seems to be very well run. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the website where I signed up implied that it would be a dollar for the first month plus $24.xx to get signed up admin fee (or something). There was no mention of having to purchase their padlock and insurance. The insurance ads at least $11 to the monthly rental price. So checking in was Over $50. So just be ready for that. I also would have preferred not to be sold to on packing and moving supplies, but I get it, cant blame them for trying. ;)

Josiah assisted me with my storage decision and was great. This is my second time I have used Public Storage and my first time at this location. Josiah explained everything in detail, answered any questions I had and assisted me in any moving supplies I needed. This facility is very clean and offers any assistance needed including options for insurance. You will be covered with all your moving needs. Thanks for the great service Josiah and Public Storage.

Facility is secure and accommodating. Staff is professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and prompt. Insurance is required, note: that will add to the monthly rate. Book online for cheaper rate. First month rent is $1, plus $24 registration fee, plus insurance. Cheapest insurance is $11 per month for $3,000 coverage. Bring a lock at check in, must be key, no combination locks are allowed. Decent price and convenient.

I worked with Erika and it was a great experience.We have been trying to downsize. We changed to a smaller unit after getting rid of many items. Well, a year later we needed to go back to a larger unit due to unforeseeable events. Erica was able to take care of all the paperwork and get us back into a larger unit in minutes. And in 1 day we made our move over to the larger unit. We are very pleased with Public storage!

Rented a climate controlled unit a few weeks ago. Kara showed me a couple of the available units that I had to choose from.The building and grounds are kept up well. Kara went above and beyond what one would expect.... when my lock started sticking and the key wouldnt turn - I bought it somewhere else - she got it working! Kara is always smiling and friendly and she is very knowledgeable. Public Storage needs more people like Kara !!!!

The property manager was efficient, professional, and friendly. I watched her interaction with other customers and by the interaction she has a good relationship with her other customers too. She shows she cares about her job and customers. I left feeling comfortable with choosing this location.

Called at 230 pm and had the unit I need at a price I can handle by 3pm. Geri was very helpful and made sure I was taken care of. All in all a very good experience.

I like the site, but I did not get online payment instructions so when it came time to pay it was frustrating... Eventually by research I learned that you have to make an online account to be able to pay online... Then I was able to do so. but the local people didnt know this and the online system had a button to pay that led you to a place to pay, I tried to get a password but nothing happened and no note came up saying you have to register first, yes it makes sense, but no it doesnt as I had assumed I had already registered.... You cant talk to a corporate person dealing with paying online and the local people didnt know how it worked... Catch 22.
