Tried calling three days in a row, no answer and voicemail is full. Finally drove the 20 minutes to get there because the website and Google says theyre open. Got there and they were closed with a sign on the door stating their new hours.It would be nice if they would update google, update the website, maybe record their hours so you can hear them when you call, and empty the voicemail!No wonder this place scores so low. Its clear the owners dont care.

Would not purchase from this company again. Feb. 1st I bought a recumbent bike, it was delivered about a week later. Arrived fully assembled but the seat adjuster did not work which they must have know since they had already assembled the bike but delivered it anyway. Was told I had to email a video to prove it didn’t work. I did six times, all of which they said they didn’t get. I requested they deliver a different bike that worked, they refused. They finally agreed to fix the bike on March 4th, 2019. Very poor customer service. Not once did anyone apologize for my experience.

Taking up Craigslist space with ridiculous amounts of posts. Not cool. The one in Chanhassan is worse.

They did a great job on explaining the product, helping me with my purchase, super friendly, and knowledgeable. (bought a Schwinn AirDyne stationary bike and love it) Id buy from here again! I thought the price was good too.

U90 Power blocks $ copped for under retail... yes sir! Just upgraded today to the 120 extensions. Don’t throw your $ out the window by shopping somewhere else! You won’t find these for a better deal.

Bought an expensive elliptical for $2400. Tried to sell it back 2 years later and they offered $300. Now, I cant get rid of the thing on Craigslist for that much. Products are over priced. Do yourself a favor and get a gym membership. $2400 goes a long way at the gym and you get better equipment.

Only visited once. I was looking for a specific piece of equipment and rather than listening to my needs, the salesperson was trying to push me into a smith machine instead of the squat rack I was seeking.

There was no one there on hour time, I would not recommend.

Tiny store with very little selection compared to the dozen other 2nd Wind stores in the area. I went there just to get an idea of prices and the owner was glued to me the entire time. He was very pushy, condescending and rude.
