Placed an order online so all I needed to was pick it up. Easy transaction. Store was clean and there was plenty of staff to help me. Staff was friendly. Store sits on the corner of two fairly busy roads and its easy enough to get into but more difficult to exit because of traffic. I will go back for additional purchases if Im in the area.

Very nice place for all your hardware needs. I stopped in to grab a metal saw and new screws for my license plate. When I got in I was greeted by one of the employees and helped right away. Very helpful & very nice. Very close to my house so I will be stopping in for more of my hardware needs.

New management or ownership and they are changing and trying new things I suspect.However, I prefer the way you would be greeted as you came in and were asked if they could be of assistance...as opposed to all the Big Box hardware stores where you may not find an employee for some time....Nice store, however!

Everyone at this store was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The employees went out of there way to help us. From the initial phone call we made to the store to help with loading up a large item, we had professional help at every step.

Awesome place and staff. They helped me out and ordered some cocoa mulch I wanted. Its being delivered from the warehouse to the store for me. I didnt even know or ask! Super awesome, Ill be back in a few days for my custom order!

Only place that had needs for canning. Nowhere else had lids and rings and Ace had enough for me to finish all my canning. If you need lids this is the place to go

I usually receive wonderful customer service at any Ace Hardware that I go to, but that did not happen at this location. The employees were not willing to help, were unaware of what products they had and where products were in the store. When we needed help, no one offered to help and there were 5ish employees all standing around the painting center, masks down, chatting amongst themselves and ignoring the customers who entered. We went for just a wheelbarrow, and I told the employee which one I wanted. He charged my card, went outside to his coworker and asked his coworker if there were any wheelbarrows in stock, and where they could be found. His coworker who was outside also was completely unaware of if there were any wheelbarrows in stock && was on his phone hiding behind items in the outdoor center standing in front of the wheelbarrows!! The customer service was lackluster to say the least and I will not be returning here again.

Overpriced, staff is somewhat helpful and very friendly. If you need to return an item you have to return it to the store you purchased it at.

I called ahead to make sure the product i needed was available. Received prompt, knowledgeable and friendly service immediately as I walked in the door. Staff always knows what they are talking about, from the younger members to the more experienced. No waiting on line at checkout. This is why I LOVE shopping at ACE!

I ran in to pick up a web order, and while there i picked up 2 additional items. While I was looking for one, I was asked if I needed any help, which did end up being the case. The employee also grabbed my Webb order for me. Everyone was pleasant, and polite, and overall a good experience.

Bought a small replacement part for the sprayer on my sink. The hose wouldnt go through the mount and I returned it and brought the hose with me. One of the employees took the sprayer head apart and put the mount on from the top of the hose. Outstanding customer service for a $7.00 purchase. Ill be shopping here more often.

The employees were very helpful even though they did not have any stock left of the item we were looking for. They called around to other stores to find what I needed and made the entire experience very lovely.

I go to Ace because of convenience and the selection of smaller, less-common hardware items. Convenience because I dont have to walk through a giant store to get that I need. Being able to get slotted brass screws, small bushings, or a single bolt is a huge benefit to me. Although I rarely need it, all Ace employees are ready, willing, and able to assist me as soon as I open the door. Not getting passed off from one employee to another until one can answer a question in a big box store is not a problem at Ace.

This Ace is the best! From the moment you walk in the door the employees are super helpful. They carry out your large items, salt, your gas tanks, its so nice. They put together the new grill I purchased and one of the staff delivered it to my home. They also made sure my brand new lawn mower started up before we left. I love the personal shopping experience I get here its always A++.

Fantastic variety of flower baskets and very reasonable compared to the larger stores. Nice rewards program which gives you five dollar gift certificates. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who can answer your gardening and hardware questions.

This place has everything you will ever need and if they dont they can order it and get it fast. Large parking lot for easy in and out. Helpful, friendly employees who know what you need even if you dont. Its nice to shop and have professionals helping you. A great shopping experience.

Ace is of course smaller than stores like Home Depot, Lowes, and Menards. With a smaller selection, but there is actually human customer service! As soon as you walk into the door. You are typically greeted by a worker asking if you need help with anything. I almost always have to hunt someone down at the other stores. Which sometimes is no easy task. If Ace most likely has what I need. That is where I am most likely to go.

They had the replacement key fob case for my truck. They even replaced the electrical circuit from the broken old case. Works great. Thanks.

I found that the employees in this place have excellent knowledge of their products. Ive been shopping here for over a decade now, and am finally getting around to writing a review.Here are the reasons I shop at Ace first and foremost.1. When you walk in, someone will generally greet you and ask if they can help you find anything. Then thell help you find it! Crazy. (I prefer that to down isle 24, about a 1/4 mile, theyll be halfway up on the left. Or over in interiors.)2. The employees at Ace actually want to help you. There have been a few times Ive come in asking for a part, but when I give the back story as to why, the staff figure out a better/cheaper or more effective fix.Love their helpfulness, and the prices are basically comparable to elsewhere. If your time is worth more than $1 an hour, its probably worth stopping here first.
