Love this place. Small store with a large variety. The workers are always helpful and courteous Their homemade bakery goods are always delicious.

Who ever designed my mothers birthday cake deserves a raise. Wow.. we were all blown away by the detail this cake had and the flavor was fantastic. Will definitely order our cakes from this cub and hope I get the same cake designer. Please look up my order and give them praise! Order was done on 3/8/21 and picked up 3/10/21 and it was under my name. Thank you.

Everything I was looking for I found and they had some fantastic clearance deals. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful.

They have everything you need here for grocery. Though I have Encountered some odd employees who doesnt know where items is. Overall experience is better here than elsewhere.

First time .. 2 ladies delivered .. perfect. 2nd time. Brought to wrong house and way too many substitutions. Says to me...a lot of hurried sloppy work. UNHAPPY. Third time is today(yes i kept trying).. asked for 7:30 delivery and okd. Now. Its 8:30 ..the time you then SWITCHED ME TO without my approval.. and just got message from Anthony? that he just started shopping and it will be at least...? ... 9:30 before groceries get here. Ridiculous. I guess walmart or somewhere might be better. Fuming!

Nice store. Found lots of good stuff and hed just about everything I was looking for. (They were out of a couple of things.) Produce was good too.

Store is always stocked pretty good the staff just try and act like youre not there just speed walking right infront of your cart without even making eye contact

I started using instacart here. Been pretty fantastic. When I used to go into the store it was always clean and the staff was always friendly.

A few weeks ago I was in and stopped at the deli counter. Alex was super friendly and extremely helpful! I’m pretty picky about how thin I like deli meat cut, paper thin. Alex took the time to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted and then went an extra step to let me know the number setting used on the slicer so I will always get the cut I want. Thank you for taking the extra step, the great service. It really is the little thing that make the biggest difference.

Clean, well organized and a fantastic bakery. Also they have great produce and meats. A bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Good location with all youd expect. This one has their standard ethnic food section with lots of good stuff like dried chiles, various curry sauces, a good variety of rice, etc. Their deli is also pretty good.

This cub foods is open 24 hours. The workers become friendly, familiar faces. They always are stacked with fresh fruit and great vegetables. All of the employees are knowledgeable and helpful. The deli has delicious choices and it even features meal prepped meat. Even the seafood section is amazing.

This Cub foods the worst one ever. I walked in yesterday and I have a breathing issue and I can not wear a mask and the punk that was working customer service said you need to wear a mask and when I said I have a breathing problem that prevents me to wear one and she said to bad you have to wear a mask and I said fine you just lost my business and I walked out. I will get a hold of the district manager too. I can walk into other stores without a problem. To bad I had to give this Cub foods a star which deserves no stars. I saw others leave their cart full of groceries walk out after this customer service worker said that to me. Maybe they need to put no mask no service on their doors and watch they lose customers that can not wear a mask due to a health condition.

I TELL HIM THE SITUATION AND HIS RESPONSE WAS HE DIDNT CARE. I ASKED IF HE WANTED MY BUSINESS OR NOT I CAN NOT DO CURB SIDE PICKUP I DONT HAVE A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD. HE WALKS AWAY WITH NO ANSWER. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME BEING OUT IN PUBLIC IN A MONTH BECAUSE OF PTSD AND NOT BEING ABLE TO GO FAR WITHOUT HAVING TO STOP AND CATCH MY BREATH. I NEEDED THE GROCERIES AND DIDNT FEEL LIKE STARTING ALL OVER SOMEWHERE ELSE SO I PAID FOR MY GROCERIES AND LEFT. I WILL BE GOING OUT OF MY WAY AND GOING TO WALMART WHERE ATLEAST THERE THEY WILL RESPECT THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION AND CANT WEAR A MASK. Best Cub Foods in the Twin Cities area! Great staff that put fun activities for the kiddies around holidays! -Thanks for the cute pictures of my daughter and me taken during your Halloween event!- I literally seen two pictures of us in a display with pictures of all the other families that were at that event, and I asked if they could make me copies...and the super nice lady who took the pictures of us opened the display and gave them to me and said she could make copies to put back in the display later! Its that kind of unique personable experience that other stores just cant offer! Thanks again awesome Hippy chick! I hope it goes noticed and you get promoted or recognized and Ill go out of my way to continue to shop at your location!

Unlike other places around the City Cub boasts a decent Deli. It gets 4 stars instead of 5 simply because it doesnt carry pastrami, yet has 4 kinds of turkey and 3 kinds of ham.Come on people!!

Should have read the reviews before my wife stopped by, this really is a bad location, Rude customer service- miss my Lino, Blaine and Shoreview Cubs they have nicer and more helpful people working there. Lot of Karen’s shop here, after my wife’s experience with a unmasked man Karen and useless rude lazy cashier we have decided to stick with our Costco, Target and Walmart combo for our family needs.

Me and my friend went here after school for some chips and pop. My friend left something of hers in caribou so we ran out of cub to go get it. When we came back one of the older male workers came up to us while we were looking at donuts and continued to accuse us of throwing rocks in the parking lot, when we didn’t. Then a few minutes later we were leaving from the donut shelf with two donuts in hand, and another, different, older male employee came up to us and tried to say that we were stealing. Because we came in and out ONCE for something that we forgot. He also threatened to call the cops on us. The only reason why I gave it two stars is because they have a good selection of everything, and that a lot of things are cheap.

We used the bakery at this location to make the donuts for our wedding day. Renee Almberg did an amazing job helping us decide on the design, amount and types of donuts we should serve. They were an absolute hit at our wedding two weeks ago and people are still messaging us saying how wonderful and amazing they were! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fun new dessert to serve at his or her event!

It is 24 hours which is what I love the most about this location. They keep their shelves stocked, and I am not extremely picky when it comes to a grocery store. They have what I need, and they are open 24 hours.

Cub has the post offices stamps but not their own rewards card?! That makes no sense. Night manager even told me I could come back during the day to get 1 at the service desk only to waste my time and be told no by Lynn during the day I have to do it online they cannot help you.... Huh? A buisness that cant even give you their own rewards card... Good work guys, good work. Morons.

I always go to this CUBS. I use a electric cart to get around. There is always a cart available. Employees are very nice and helpful. I also enjoy the fresh Sushi!!!😁

Its a smaller cub the variety they stock is impressive. The quantity and quality however is not.

Cub Foods is my #1 grocery store. I go there for a full weeks worth of groceries. I also go there for three items, 10 minute trip. Location for a grocery store is important.

Great Cub foods location. The produce employees always help run in back to pull up new boxes of produce if I am being particularly picky. They do it with a smile and never make me feel bad about it. Each department here is this way not just produce but I give them a harder time than the others :). They all go above and beyond and I go to this Cub location no matter how many I drive past because of the great staff and store.

Apparently you can use any self check out regardless if you have cash, even on the ones that say “cards only.” I didn’t appreciate that I attitude I got because I wasn’t going to any of the other self checks that said “cards only!” There is only ONE of them that says “card and cash.”

Went there last night around 8pm every time I went to self checkout Im feeling like a criminal cashier came up to me right away and say I can help you check out I know where everything is. Look like she didnt trust me and think I might steal because Im minority she didnt do that to other customers. Other time I experienced self checkout machine alway alarm about 70% of the time and I I alway need cashiers to come clear the code, not sure if it there policy. There is a time when self machine kept alarming and I just walk out and leave the cart of food. This is not 1940 and white people steal too.

I love this location because every item on my shopping list is always available. I am also happy about the convenience of locating each item on my list. Prices are fair and staff are fast and friendly.

Sure it is higher prices than say Aldi but a bigger selection and for a big chain good value.

This Cub is not as big or as much variety as the Riverdale store. Meat section is far smaller with a limited service counter and minimal seafood. However, it does have a fantastic deli with a great chicken wing bar! At times, there may be as many as five different varieties including unusual flavors such as bacon, salt and vinegar, or General Tsos. Very helpful, friendly staff too. Worth checking out!

I thought prices to be very reasonable and it was a very clean store with a wide variety of items..several things i needed were very easy to find. Overall a great shopping experience and loved the deli sample foods

We are new to the area. Tried all 3 cubs that are close by and this is by FAR the best (watch out for rude annoyed teenage checkout people and deli brats though). I wonder if the company treats them differently because all of the older workers are very helpful and kind

Its near my home and open24 hours, very convenient.

DO NOT REFILL WATER THERE! Watch out as you refill water. The water is cloudy before it turns clear when you get refills. I wouldnt trust the quality. Stay away. Its the second time this has happened.

Stopped in today and purchased a bag of unions and a bad of celery, when I got home I had to toss out half of the unions and half of the celery, as they where already starting to rot.Ive noticed this store staring to decline and it just confirms the fact that Ill be traveling farther to get my groceries.

I like cub foods, they usually have what Im looking for and if they dont theyll take suggestions for future orders. Im a fan of smoked string cheese and for the longest time the shelves were void of this product, but a simple request and a few weeks time, sure enough, there it was👍I havent had the greatest experience with the delivery service, but it is a separate company from cub itself.

This Cub Foods is CONSISTENTLY well stocked, has wonderful curteous employees, always clean, and all around one of my favorite place to grocery shop. Ive been living nearby for 7 years with at least 3 trips a week at all hours. I have never been disappointed. Obviously a sign of great management!

I hate your store, your customers and the people in those green shirts in the front end. I will be happy when people your store turns into Hy-Vee. Your staff is not helpful youll all rude. Id give you a zero if I could for the two men in the back room who talk about their customers. Above all, He is a past worker from Brooklyn center, older white man, facial hair and glasses. Applied for a job here and never heard back. I called them several times and every time was told they would call me back. Im a frequent shopper here but will now be taking my buisiness elsewhere. Like I understand if theyre fully staffed but at least have the decency to call me and tell me.

This is my preferred Cub, despite there being closer options. The store layout is great, the store is well lit and it never seems to be overly busy. Never had any problems with the staff or any of the food available.

Theres really nothing wrong with the store but it is sooo expensive! I shop Aldis and only use cub for the few things I cant get their. If you shop Cub you obviously have no need to budget your money! Pharmacy is excellent and love the drive through pick up

Even though I prefer to shop at Cub Im forced to shop at Walfart. Prices are always higher here so I tend to avoid it.

Id highly suggest shopping the coupons otherwise it can get pretty expensive relatively quick. Overal a quite clean environment and helpful staff. I am only giving it 4 stars because the checkout lanes are ALWAYS understaffed.

Customer service is always top notch. I have disability issues and have needed assistance with various things. The staff at the store on Northdale blvd. Have always been friendly as well as professional. Several times bending over backwards or going out of their way to help me. The only thing that I can think of that could be better is the handicap parking does not accommodate wheelchair vans as the spaces designated are too small making parking too tight for backloaders and impossible for sideloaders. So I must rate them 4 stars out of 5.

Shopping st cub store looking for some speciality food item, staff were very helpful, I looked around for myself, found staff to assist and they located item however the store was very cold, hence very warm outdoors. Quite uncomfortable. So cold, anxiously wanted to leave the very cold area.

Love the store, busy but the good prices and staff are worth it.

Experiences can be hard to overcome especially of the negative kind. How have you been open mindedness of an employee at this particular Cub foods excelled my expectations after unsteady first encounter.

The meat counter closes at 8 and it was 8:45 but Cody from the meat department was still there stocking. I asked him if they had any prepacked ground chunk, and he said no but he could get me some from back, even though it had all been put away from the counter and he didnt have to go thru all the trouble. Thanks Cody for going above and beyond!

Found the gluten free donuts I wanted and some good looking flowers along with the Zevia pop since trying to cut out caffeine.

Everytime I go in, sale prices with fine print of with store coupons, have to take the time of having to clip coupons to get the advertised price, garbage system, have a sale, stop asking for my personal info to sign up for cub rewards to get the sale price, this place just sells your personal info to make up for it, theyve been going downhill, Id like to see them go out of business soon

They lie and scam on their prices. They would purposefully not include the deals that are on sale when purchasing grocerys at their store.

It is local with a fairly decent selection and thankfully 24 hours per day
