Wow! The entire crew are incredible human beings! My husband and I ran into a huge problem when we broke two large panes of glass right before Memorial Day weekend. We had contractors coming over and we’re in a real bind. I tried multiple shops and no one could help. The crew at North Star Glass Industries went out of their way to cut our glass the same afternoon and helped tremendously to secure the glass in my car so that we don’t break it again. I am very very grateful for their assistance. In addition to their willingness to help us out before a holiday and at the last minute, they were so incredibly pleasant. I could have stood around and chatted with them for hours - they are simply wonderful people! Thank you so much for all your assistance!!

They made a custom shower door for my bathroom and did an excellent job. it was a complex door with several precise cuts that had to be made and it fit perfectly. Great job!

They dont answer the phone. They dont call you back. Cant get a quote out on time. Bascically, ANTI-Customer. AVOID at all cost.

My fireplace glass door shattered last year and after researching online and making many phone calls, these guys knew what they were talking about and had great pricing. Nearly 50% of what I was going to pay online. They followed through on their promises and within a few days, I had brand new panels with even better handles. They did a fabulous job, were courteous, and very affordable. If I ever need another glass repair, this is definitely where Ill go.

Had broken glass in family watercolor picture. Replaced promptly, friendly service. Several other places didnt want to bother with it. Will use them again and will recommend to others. Did a excellent job!

They repaired four windows a couple of years ago, great friendly fast service. Called them again recently THREE times. They have NOT called us back to schedule a visit. Obviously we wont use them again.

Ive used them for three different customers. First time they went to my customers home and replaced a custom shape double pane dead light. Did and excellent job. Second time they replaced the glass in four vinyl casement windows that I brought to the shop. Did an excellent job. Third time was a quick storm window glass replacement, did an excellent job.

Had to call multiple times to get a tech onsite to get dimensions of the window to replace. Was told I would receive a call back within a few days. A week went by and I was unable to get anyone on the phone after leaving messages. At the 2 week mark I got someone on the phone who told me they would have to call me back because the quote was on someone else’s desk. Still no call back days later after leaving another message. Spend your money somewhere else. They must not need it.

Just needed a small 12x32 glass into an older basement frame. Easy and was completed in less than a day!!!Happy customer.

They dont care about customers time, and they are not ashamed to show it either, Never got the call back when ready as promised, unexplained delayed delivery 2 times in a row, and add the rude customer service lady to that, will never be back !

Have done business with this company for 10 years.Ordered a replacement window for a rental over a month ago, they sent someone out to measure and I called a few weeks later to follow up... lady seemed stressed and said they were behind and need to remeasure... I let them know I was on a time crunch to meet city deadline.Well weeks went by and still havent heard anything, called today to get an eta and she couldnt provide me one till later in afternoon.I called to cancel and let them know I wont take my business there anymore, they didnt care.Time to find a new glass shop.

We had our glass replaced on 6 of the windows in our house and they did a horrible job. They trashed our house with black dirt everywhere (we had to throw out the rugs) and then black dirty hand prints all over our freshly painted white doors. Ive never has a company treat our home with such disrespect. We are trying to sell our home, so very frustrating. An even bigger problem was finding glass shards all over our house... and we have a crawling baby!Not only that they actually broke and ruined our front picture window... we are going to have someone else fix it. Would not recommend AT ALL!

Secretary was rude, they forgot to place our order, it took a month and a half from order to install...for three shower doors? They ordered glass on June 14th and it was installed on August 3rd. Never called in between to apologize, keep us updated, etc. Called right on time for payment though! NOT IMPRESSED. Will be calling someone else for other glass.
