I dealt directly with Sheila and she was AMAZING. I cannot say enough kind words about how she went out of her way to make this the quickest & easiest process she could for my husband and I. From start to finish she was available every step of the way. We had an extremely tight window to get our carpet installed before our move & she miraculously made it happen when no other place could!!! I can not thank her enough! Sheila is the best. She educated us on different types of flooring and suggested those suited for our specific needs.She is very knowledgeable with all flooring and taught us a lot that we didnt know. I took many samples back and forth because I couldnt make up my mind and she was very patient with me.Additionally, she kept me updated on my shipment and was very helpful during every step of the way.

Jessica was a great help when finding carpet and very patient, as it took us many months before buying, waiting for the perfect sale. She called periodically letting us know of the sales they had going on. She even remembered us and the carpet we were looking at after not seeing us for 4 months. After we purchased the carpet she went out of her way to call and give me a rebate they had going on. Excellent customer service!! And I love our new carpet. I will definitely be going back!

She was extremely knowledgeable about all types of flooring and was able to help us pick out a high quality wool carpet. We were going to have a friend install it, but the price for Carpet King to install couldn’t be beat so we went with Carpet King for everything. I stopped in for prebound area rug for my living room. Jessica was very nice and explained that they are able to custom cut and make any rug size possible. She asked me my budget on this project and it was unattainable with carpet and binding. She suggested going to the Minneapolis warehouse to purchase a REM and bind that. I told her I had a deadline for a party this weekend. She was very knowledgeable and gave me great ideas for other local merchants. Great customer service and when I have future projects, I will definitely stop in there again!

Jessica was easy to work with, knowledgable and thorough. Complete transparency from beginning of process through completion. Installers were excellent.

Went in and looked at samples before finishing the addition. Asked them to call me back with an estimate and they didnt have sample. They said they would call when sample arrived. Asked if they could install in 3 to 4 weeks. They said they would call when sample arrived then would look at installing date ..ok I understand.They never did call ... I went else where.I DONT RECOMMEND CARPET KING .. after dealing with 2 of there stores and never got a call back from either.
